We found out more information from the Disney app and friends that recently vacationed there. Mary continued on a personal phone call telling the caller that her clients were just leaving after we just sat down. Mary made it very well known that she herself visits the Magic Kingdom often and actually just had returned, apparently she chose not to hook us up with her own valued information.
