Been coming here for about a year. It is a classic Barber shop with a pool table in back, a bar with complimentary beer and Whiskey. I drink neither so I can not comment on that but the water is good. It has a Southern feel to it. There's always folks hanging out "Jaw Jackin" . Seems all the Barbershop have return clients. The website is easy to navigate. You can schedule appointments on the website, but if you don't see a time that fits call up. If they can, they will fit you in. They Specialize I Black folks hair but do really well with straight Caucasion hair. I'm for Eastern European descent (White) and I won't go any where else. This place is down home, great conversation, and always laugh more than once with the conversation. Sports on the T.V. . I arrived to my scheduled appt 10 min early and I was told to wait outside (in the heat). There was no customers in the establishment. I did wait until my appt time. Then, I went back inside (cool) and was told to wait outside. I did wait, again. 10 minutes later I went back in only to be told the same thing. Its hot as fk outside. I thought it was straight out RUDE as fk. Please inform your customers prior to scheduling an appt that they will SUBJECT to WAIT outside in the HEAT. Won't do that again. Waisted time. read more

I booked an appointment here with Franklin for my boyfriend to get his hair cut and it was an over all great experience. The guys were all friendly and inviting, and the shop had a very laid back atmosphere. The cut looked great and was exactly what we'd asked for! All in all, what more could you ask for?
