Stopped by J&D to show them (Paul) a damaged side view mirror, thinking that they'd order the part and I'd have to come back later in the week. No, instead Paul left his shop, drove to the parts store, came back and had his guys do the work. THis was at 4:30pm. I was out of there before 5:30. I was thrilled to have what I thought would be a several-day undertaking be completed in under an hour. I will be returning to this shop.

He typed out all the things he found with the car and the price was very reasonable. When we discussed the issues, his phone rang a few times, and I acknowledged he had a call coming in, but he focused on our conversation and made sure I got the answers I needed. Mixed feelings because I forgot to take our change (which was sorted in a clear plastic case) out of the car before leaving it with them and now we are around $10 shorter in toll money.
