I brought in my vehicle for some needed repairs that the dealership wanted to over charge me for and I was glad to see respectful and helpful people working there. The two guys at the counter were being kind and gave me a timeframe to get the work done and told me that if they did not have the parts that they would keep my car. Thankfully they had the parts and the service did not disappoint. I would recommend coming here. The parking I'm spaces in that area are limited so be mindful when driving up. read more

This good year tire store is on route 40 right after the staples. It's a pretty small sized store. My tire pressure symbol came on like 2 days ago and I filled it up immediately after. Then I realized that the symbol came on again in a couple of hours. I knew I had to get my tire checked out because this was going to continue being a problem. I usually go to the Toyota location for my service needs because I bought my car from there but Goodyear is a lot better. I looked online and got an appointment and they had many free service like free alignment check, free tire repair, free battery check, and free tire consultations. They found a nail in my tire and they decided to fill it and told me it'll stay good for the duration of the life of the tire. I was happy I didn't need to buy a new tire and it was all done for $0. read more

On the plus side, service was fast and friendly--changed 4 tires in about an hour, at least on a Tuesday morning. Your mileage may vary. On the negative side, tried to sell me the wrong tires--Kellys instead of Goodyears--weird; Tried to sell me a bunch of services i didn't need--standard Goodyear practice. I used to buy their tires all the time. Not much has changed. At least they figured out how to remove a hubcap without destroying it, which happened at their earlier Route 40 and Ingleside Ave. location many years ago. If you have hubcaps that rotate off rather than pry off, make sure you let them know. read more

One of the tires on my car developed a slow leak and I took the car in for an evaluation. They confirmed that i had a puncture on the shoulder of the tire and that it could not be fixed. I scheduled online for a 12 P.M. appointment for a 45$ oil change and tire rotation. Should be pretty simple, right? Instead I was told first, it will be 100$. Okay, it's upsetting that your online price was a lie but I understand high mileage oil is more expensive. Then I was told "It'll be about an hour's wait". I waited for OVER THREE HOURS. The last slap in the face was that they claimed I needed a bunch of other services, including new tires, and that they were refusing to rotate my tires unless I bought new ones from them. I do most of my car maintenance myself, it's just more convenient to get my tires rotated by someone with a lift so I combine it with an oil change to save time. So it's obvious that these were BS upsells, plus even if I did need tires there is zero justification for refusing to rotate the ones I do have (would actually be safer, since at least it would be wearing in a different spot...) Also, the tech who spoke to me was also incredibly rude and dismissive! The ONLY reason I'm giving two stars is because the guy working the front desk was kind and professional, and clearly having to compensate for a terrible team in the garage. read more

I had a flat tire and I needed to get it repaired. I called ahead and they were very polite and were able to get me in. Once I got there they were supper friendly and very nice to talk too. Also I went for a flat tire and they didn't pressure me into buying other items. All they did was check up and gave me an estimate of what my car needed to be fixed. The tire only took 15 min to replace! I am definitely coming back here for any car issue I will have in the future. I would also recommend this place to anyone that needs any car care! read more

My tire got a flat due to a nail in the road. I needed emergency service and showed up here last minute, right before close. They were booked but told me they would fit me in if I came first thing in the morning. That's what I did and the service was great! Came in here this morning because I ran over a nail. The employees are super nice and offered me complimentary coffee and water. I was in and out in 35 minutes with my tire patched. There was no charge for this service and they didn't try to sell me on anything else while I was there or try to tell me I needed a new tire. I couldn't be more happy with my visit this morning. I arrived at the store early to have my vehicle air conditioning inspected and repaired. I spent an hour and 45 minutes in the waiting room. I was asked if I wanted an oil change and new tires while I was waiting. Hindsight, I wondered if they were repairing my truck or just trying to up-sale me on fix-it items. Anyway, my air conditioning worked on the way home and I parked my truck. I got into a few hours later to drive and it was hot as hell. What?! How much do I have to pay to get the service repair I PAID FOR! They demanded payment for the repair, which I gave them. When it came to the repair, they failed to do their job as mechanics, as a business, and under the Goodyear name brand. This is not the first time I have had to return to have an issue repaired twice, but really. Goodyear charged mefor an INSPECTION of my air conditioning system..! How could this store technician not find the problem during his inspection that I paid for? Why did Goodyear advise me that I can not bring it back because they were too busy...!? Really...? Goodyear was not too busy to collect payment for services rendered when they finished..! WTH? When can I return to let you all take a secondshot at repairing my vehicle AGAIN...like I paid for the first time? Try TWO days from the repair date it was in the shop.! WHAT..? Goodyear, you can not bump one of the other appointments to get my vehicle, that I have already paid for, REPAIRED like I paid for THREE DAYS AGO..?! REALLY?!! read more
