Gave us a great deal with a discount to repair our car after a collision with a deer. So far, no issues. Took around 2 weeks to fully repair the car after it was dropped off by the tow truck. Mixed feelings because I forgot to take our change (which was sorted in a clear plastic case) out of the car before leaving it with them and now we are around $10 shorter in toll money. Also, our glove department was definitely rifled through. Could have been the towing company however. Definitely make sure to remove any valuables before leaving your car with them. This place is awful. Was great years ago but now they're just scammers. Went to get two new tires installed and an alignment. $50 seems like a great deal until they tell you they can't do an alignment because of an issue which they charged $35 to diagnose. They then wanted to charge me $800 to replace two bushings on my lower control arms. $70 in parts if you buy them with the brackets which aren't necessary to replace in this case. I asked them how much for labor if I buy the parts. They quoted $500. Went on YouTube to see how the job would be done. It literally takes a max of 10 minutes on each side. They wanted to charge $500 to unscrew 6 bolts and then screw them back in. This place is extremely shady. read more

If you want a reputable mechanic this is not the place to go, they are rude and arrogant and take no responsibility for damage to your vehicle in their possession after they take apart your vehicle electrical system and realize they had no idea what they were doing, then instead of honest conversation they and admit they don't know what they are doing they immediately blame the customer and give all kinds of fairytale excuses as to it being already like that? That's odd.. Read through many other customer issues reviews on many sites when researching this company which I was sent their saying these people could handle the necessary work. I have never dealt with such a dishonest disrespectful business. Spend your money at a more appreciative establishment. read more

Four years later some things have changed at Ahn's Auto Repair; many the service desk manager. I brought my vehicle in for repairs that started at around $2400 to over $2700 once he was finished with me. I've graduated to senior citizenry and am on a fixed income. I wanted a new car but couldn't afford a car payment and decided to put the work in my 2006 Honda Ridgeline so I can drive it another 150k miles. I brought my truck in thinking I needed the shocks and struts replaced. It didn't handle bumps well and made noises when turning corners. The mechanic test drove my truck and gave the service desk manager a list of everything that needed to be repaired. Shocks and struts weren't on the list. What was on the list I agreed to have serviced. The manager told me it would take two days but then called me the day I was supposed to get my truck telling me he needed another day because he was sent the wrong parts. The following day I was informed my vehicle was ready but when I test drove it, the alignment was off and the noises persisted. In other words, my truck was driving worse now than when I first brought it in for repair. It was at this point that the service desk manager rudely disputed my claim and interrupted me each time I tried to explain the situation from my point of view. He did admit that his mechanic misdiagnosed one of the issues with my truck but proceeded to add the price of that repair to the total. He told me that he was sorry they didn't align the truck properly after the repair and the repair they overlooked would need to be done once they ordered the part. So now they will have had my truck from a Thursday thru Monday when the additional part arrives. Now it's Monday. I pick up the truck, the alignment is fixed but the truck is still noisy. Again I complain about it and the young man argues with me again. I decided to pay the balance and take the truck to a Honda dealer for an inspection (I'll share the results of that next time). Once I paid, one of the customers got out of his chair and politely told the service desk manager (agreeing with me) that my concerns were valid. I could share more specifics like what exactly was repaired and replaced but I'm typing this using my cellphone and my finger is tired. Needless to say, watch out when doing business with this company. In the past I've recommended this repair center, now I cannot and keep my conscience clear. Hopefully they will make this right. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This company takes no responsibility for damages done to your vehicle while they work on it. I'm usually pretty easy-going and I don't make a fuss about stuff but I will NEVER come back to this place. I went in to get my left tire plugged because it was reading low at 24 PSI. I know it was my left tire because I've been putting air into it for the last 2 days. My right tire read at 35 PSI. After they so-called finished working on my car, before I left the parking lot, my left tire was now reading at 35PSI and my right tire was reading at 24PSI. He charged me to plug the left tire but I was walking out with the same problem I walked in on but on the other side. I asked him if they switched the tires because its ironic that the one tire that was 24PSI is now 35PSI and vice versa. He said they didn't switch the tires. So I said that something must have happened to the other tire while they "fixed" the left tire. He said that they weren't responsible and I couldn't prove that the right tire was low when I came in... "um sir.... if my other tire was low when I came in, wouldn't it make sense that I ask you to fix both tires instead of just my left tire?" He was very argumentative, accusatory and flat out rude. I asked to speak to the owner and he refused and said that he translates for her. I asked for a refund because I was walking out with the same problem I came in on, he refused ..but sarcastically offered to fix the other side at a charge... No thank you. Use this company at your own risk... if anything happens to your car under their care, they wont care... but will fix it for you for a charge... read more

So I called that I was on my way to get a tire replaced. I had to get my car towed. When I arrived at 8am the guy at the desk...who isn't the normal guy quoted a price and I asked for an oil change. I waited for 2 hrs...at one point I asked how long and I was told 15mins. When 15min became 30mins I asked him to check on my car. He comes back to tell me the tire was not replaced and they were told the wrong tire size. At no point did I tell them a tire size...that's not my damn biz. Totally not happy. This is my second and last time come here. I wonder how long they were going to tell me they had NOT replaced my tire. Bad business poor customer service. read more

I would have given this place 5 stars but the only reason I'm giving it 3 is because whoever the front desk receptionist is RUDE! I brought in my car to get fixed and brought my boyfriend along with me. I was explaining to him what was going on and every time he replied he would not look at me, he would only look at my boyfriend. Second he has a smart ass mouth, and I don't like that. SH*TTY!!! Worst money ever spent. My car was given back to me in worse condition than when I brought it in. And just to be clear, I was only in for a routine maintenance (the premium package- oil change, tire rotation, fluids topped off). My car came back to me making a rattling sound which I was told was was the tires from the rotation. I asked if they could make sure everything was in place and check that nothing was knocked loose. Justin the manager immediately dismissed any fault, yelled at me, talked down to me, lied repeatedly, and even stated that taking a look would be admitting fault. He said his good customer service was reserved for work hours. In the end I had to take it to 2 different places that Ahn the mechanic and owner who worked on my car had created. Eventually it was found that the air filter cover for the engine wasn't fully secured. Thanks for nothing Ahns Auto Suck. Glad my family, especially my 2 month olds safety was your least priority. read more

I was skeptical at first to take my jaguar and jeep to a new garage. I was so use to my old mechanic and their honesty that it would be difficult to trust someone else. If you want an honest quote with great work on top of it this is the garage to go to. I bought tires and an alignment for my jaguar and the job was done in record time. With no additional costs factored in. My girlfriend got her used tires there and yes they did find additional work that needed servicing but they were honest about it and although she didn't get an alignment the service was great. I'm getting my jeep axle seal fixed tomorrow. I'm hoping for the lowest price and great work as the previous 2 jobs. Ahn's is definitely recommended. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I work for a dealership and service shop for which I am the service writer. My shop is too small for an alignment machine, so we took a couple cars there for an alignment and every time they charged us 35 dollars just to say they couldn't do it. My mechanic was unaware of this and sent a friend to Ahn's for an alignment and same thing charged him 35 dollars just to say they couldn't do it. He took his vehicle to another place for his alignment and was able to do it with no problems. Why that is I have no idea. I would never take another vehicle there again. read more

I first went to Ahn's for a tire plug after calling around and getting crazy quotes ($35 to plug a tire???). I went back again for an oil change. Both times it was a quick, straight-forward, reasonably priced process. The older gentleman and young guy who helped me inside were also super nice and friendly. Do not go to these people! They have horrible customer service, are dishonest, deceitful and take advantage of their customers. I bought two used tires from them and had them install them for me. The first time I drove my car after that, I immediately got a flat tire and found a tear in one of the used tires I purchased. When I took it back to the shop, they told me it was my own fault and couldn't refund me even though THEY gave me an awful tire. Not to mention, I asked them to fill pressure in all of my tires including the donut and they said they did. When I later checked the tire pressure, I realized they had not filled air like they claimed. If you don't want to waste your time and money, do not go to this shop! read more

DO NOT USE them. I had an alignment done last Monday. I wasn't driving my car a lot and yes I was a little preoccupied with Christmas last week. My husband noticed it on Christmas Eve and I called on Monday. They told me to bring my car in, so I did. Then I got a call that you only have 3 days to get it fixed and I must have hit a pothole because they would not have let it leave like that. So one why did they not let tell me about the policy on the phone and two they called me a liar. Also, it is an alignment. I have used this place recently and went pretty good, but my last visit was not too good. On my first visit I witnessed him being rude to someone but blew it off since I didn't know what all was going on. This time I went to get a repair done that I was previously given a quote. The manager Gee, is very rude at times and apparently has a problem with someone asking questions. Aside from that, he states the mechanics located another issue in the same section that I came for. I was replacing the stabilizing link and they said the bushings where cracked. I did as I always do go out and see for myself. I took pictures previously of the stabilizing link area. Now when I brought it previously they only said the link was needed. Now they say both. In addition to that, why not tell me first before only ordering one part so that I don't have to return for the same section which takes more time out of my schedule. I could have gotten it all done at one time! The bushings were not available so he just ordered the link. Instead of waiting and telling me first so I could leave and come back at another time. Not happy about that and at that point did not want them working on my car at all but he stated he already gave the mechanic the stabilizing link parts and they started the work. The mechanics don't speak English! NEVER AGAIN to the point I don't even trust them and will be going to another mechanic tomorrow to have them look at my car! I'm not going to accept that he is foreign and it's their demeanor! Nope sure will not. This is customer service and I don't care where you are from! Now I leave and the car is making the same tapping noise it was making before I left and paid my money! NEVER AGAIN! This crazy! read more
