He did a very thorough job inspecting the house and he called us that night to discuss it, and even sent us the final report the same day, despite it being late in his time zone. When he called us to discuss it, he took his time explaining his findings and answering our questions. We did not feel rushed at all. He is very friendly and personable and easy to talk to. The report was quite detailed and contained a lot of photos which I appreciated. We also ended up getting a structural test for a great bundle price. Upon arrival there was team of two who tackled the home and completed the mold and structural test under an hour. They were extremely detailed when explaining the issues that did arise when they were done with the inspection on site and within a few hours of them leaving, I received the two full written reports with detailed explanations and local contractor recommendations for the issues that the did find in the attic. They also offer a follow up service for a check in inspection once you have the work completed in the home. I highly recommend this team! They were fast efficient and affordable.

It took them a month to give me the results, at which time it was too late and I was almost stuck losing my 2000$ good faith deposit on the home and was forced into a legal battle to be able to back out of my contract. at the end of all of this, 3 months after completing the 10 minutes of work to come in and do a visual inspection they sent me an invoice for 300$. after voicing my concerns with the inability to use the results they shared with me i then had to wait 4 more months for a response. I do not recommend doing business with this company is you are under any type of normal time constraints. I am now stuck paying 300$ for 10 minutes of work that turned out to be unneeded and cause me much more work and legal troubles. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Kelly indicated that he may not be able to get the filters, and that he thought the web page I ordered from had been removed. I received an email on June 10th, stating I was getting a refund in 3-5 days. I finally had to call back on June 19, as I had not received a refund. Kelly then cussed as me, and blamed me for ordering from a web page that wasn't supposed to me there, then hung up on me. There's a reason this is a mom and pop shop, and based on my experience they won't be in business long.

Greg inspected our new home in August 2023 and I can't express how disappointed we are. He told me…read morenot to take notes because he included everything in his report. He did not--the report was short and omitted most of the useful maintenance notes I've relied on with past home purchases. He said the stove top was working. It's induction, which means it only works if you have a metal pan--he didn't have a pan! He suggested we change a furnace filter ... but omitted the detail that the filter was FOUR YEARS old. And didn't check the other two filters, which were 4 and 5 years old and mostly dust and mildew. The biggest problem he missed? A part in the furnace was cracked and leaking water, which meant the furnace is almost dead. My service tech caught that and we are buying a new furnace. If Greg had done his job, we would have asked the sellers to pay for it. They broke it by not replacing filters. He also didn't tell us the dishwasher and washing machine were almost dead. The water here is very hard (calcium) and the water softener he said was working fine was broken and turned off. The dishwasher and washing machine were full of the white residue from calcium. We already bought new appliances and are putting in a water softener system. Greg's poor quality report cost us thousands. Was he working for the seller or is he incompetent?
