Julie the owner, I just cannot say enough about her. She is one of a kind and an incredibly caring, wonderful person. Recently I took our 2 labs to be boarded while my husband was having surgery. My older lab who was almost 12 developed an emergency medical condition (she had underlying medical problems), Julie notified me there was a problem and rushed my dog to the emergency room. Unfortunately my dog had to be put down and Julie was just so compassionate throughout the whole process. She had taken beautiful pictures of my dog while she was there and healthy and presented them to me and one was beautifully framed. I cannot say enough about this woman and facility and her caring staff. Whether you need boarding or your dog needs a day of play at doggie daycare, this is the place to go.

My dog has stayed there several times, but this most recent time, she developed GI issues, so they switched her to a bland diet. After 24 hours of not keeping the bland diet down, they brought her Urgent Care, where she had an xray to rule out a blockage and received fluids, anti-nausea and probiotic meds. Then they brought her back to the kennel where they got her to take her meds and she was able to keep the bland diet in. For those 2 days until I returned, they kept me fully informed, made recommendations but asked me what I wanted to do, conuslted with Urgent Care and my vet, and took care of my dog like she was their own. Jill, the owner, even gave me her cell number so I could reach out at any time, and texted after I picked up mt dog to see how she was feeling! I'm so grateful for their experienced guidance during a stressful time and the TLC my dog received there, I'll never bring my dog anywhere else and you shouldn't either!

One of the owners gave us 3 sample bags of FROMM dog food to test out. I went back to the store with the sample bag looking to purchase the dog food our pet preferred. I came in with the sample, labeled bag. A young employee got us the food to purchase. Three weeks later, I went back to the store to repurchase a second bag of the same food. I could not find it. I did find a much larger size bag and asked one of the owners if they still carried the smaller size. The store is co-owned by two women and one of the owners informed me they only sell the larger bag and the smaller bag is CAT FOOD!! I was immediately stunned. Our dog was sold and ate a bag of CAT FOOD! I asked if this could be damaging to our dog. The owner shrugged, looked away from me and said "maybe an upset stomach". After feeding the same brand of " FROMM" Dog food to our pet, our dog became violently ill. Our vet gave her an anti nausea shot and she is slowly on the mend. Our vet informed us how dangerous this is for such a small dog to consume such a large amount of cat food. She was SO sick and it was quite alarming as she was throwing up blood. She still has not fully recovered. I went back to to Pets Dream Too and asked to speak with the owner. I was told "she is in the back getting a haircut and that her hairdresser comes to her business and she is not available." Once again, I'm thrown off by the strangeness of this place! I asked her to please get the owner. Bonnie, the other owner came out and I told her our story. I was hoping an expecting for accountability and sympathy. I received neither. Bonnie's goal was to find blame. - A young employee made a big mistake. I understand mistakes happen and was not there to find blame. Also, In the employees defense, the product is not labeled clearly. There is no photo of either a cat or a dog and the wording on the cat food is very light and small on a hunter green package. Mistakes happen. Nobody over the course of three weeks caught the mistake in my home. Bonnie told me she could not understand why my vet said to keep feeding her the dog food. Bonnie also let me know if I buy 12 bags of the 5lb dog food, my next bag is free! REALLY? She is trying to upsell me? She also let me know of a wet food I could buy that my dog may like. While she apologized, it was w/out any sensitivity. After being a customer for 2 years, she had no idea who I was or any regard for our horrible experience. I'm still stunned. While I'm not one to say anything unless it's positive about a small, local business, I felt this needed to be shared. This easily could have been handled with kindness and sensitivity. That sure goes a long way. I i will never enter this store again.
