The minute I opened the door I received a friendly greeting and was seated for a pedicure. I had a couple of special requests and the technician listened carefully and did exactly as I requested. The technician was very attentive and communicated throughout the procedure to ensure that I had no pain or discomfort. This was by far the most pleasant pedicure experience that I have had, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I did withhold the 5th star because the floor needed to be swept (a lot of nails and other debris), but the technicians sat in the massage chairs looking at their phones when they had no customers rather than attend to the floor.

However, I'm currently a caregiver for my mom and wanted to treat myself. I walked in back in September and Rose was so kind and patient with me. I wanted to get something nice done before I flew to Ireland. The staff worked with me to create these custom design nails of a claddaugh and Celtic design. The nails lasted me a month! I got so many compliments. So I went back yesterday to get some Halloween nails. Jennifer helped with the nail art and was meticulous in trying to get the design on the witch hat. Both times I went there are plenty of regulars, which I always think is a good sign. I will definitely go back. There is plenty of free parking in front of the building. Oh don't forget to bring cash to tip your nail tech!

1. Unfortunately this was the worst dip powder service I have ever had. My nails were overly damaged during the service and are paper thin now. 2. To remove previous dip/polish they have your entire hands soak in a bowl of chemicals. The smell is so strong I instantly got lightheaded and had to ask for a mask. 3. Due to the harsh full hand chemical soak my knuckles began to bleed. Normally salons will wrap just the fingernail in polish remover. 4. They only let you tip in cash, I asked to tip by card but was refused. Tips aren't taxed so why make it harder on clients to tip?

Went in for Gel X manicure. I had builder gel on my nails when I went in for my appointment. The…read morenail tech I had soaked my nails for 5 minutes, then sanded them down. She did not soak the gel completely off (as other nail techs here have done in the past). I requested short almond nails. She put the nails on, but left a gap between my cuticle and nail (no other nail tech there has done that before) and then cut them down, but then started to round the tips. After the 3rd time of telling her I wanted them shorter than what she had them, I just gave up....additionally after asking several times to sharpen the edges to make them look more almond instead of oval. She did a half efforted check of making sure the lengths of the nails were even, which some of them are not. Then the nail polish came on. She put 3 coats on, but there are bubbles in 3 of them and visible brush strokes on one. I usually don't post bad reviews especially involving this nail salon, because I've had my nails done a few times here and they have always been on point and have been exactly what I asked for. It's just disappointing because I paid $75 for nails that don't look good and aren't what I wanted.

"Tommy" cut all my toenails off so short that when he's filing them it's just scraping the meat off the tops of my toes which are already tender from being cut so close. He cut my pinky toenail on my left foot completely off- and had to put an acrylic nail on it. The right one is so short it looks stupid. The polish on a couple of toes aren't even covering the nail so it looks crazy. Then Vincent does the 3D flowers and starts gaslighting me saying Tommy told him I came in with my nails that short which is a damn lie and tells me he knows it's too hard for me to understand... like I'm so stupid and so uneducated that I can't comprehend what's going on- that he simply needs to file my toenails square and they'll look better. I have none left so what are you shaping. No he butchered my toes and did a wild job with the paint and rhinestones. The tops of my toes hurt and it's HOURS later. Nothing close to what I asked for... This is for my birthday festivities and now I'm just crying and my toes hurt... what heels am I wearing? I'm not. What outfit is an outfit without the shoes to tie it together? Ruined me. The whole weekend is ruined. So I had to sit with this crap on me for hours because I had more stuff to do to get ready for the weekends events for my birthday. I tried to be quiet and not let it be known how angry I was and how badly it hurts. I have to say that this was just jacked up and shouldn't ever happen to anyone. I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried not only a new place for the first time but also getting art on my feet too. So this was just awful and now I have to carry on with my toes hurting for how ever long it takes to heal and pray I don't develop an infection or damn fungus. I'm a plain polish woman and I'm good with it. So for me to have gone and asked for something that should have been special... Yes I'm livid. I waited all evening to come write calmly and see if my feet would feel better. They don't. I have 3 pairs of new shoes I can't wear this weekend. I'm embarrassed and sad and my toes hurt! My daughter even finally reiterated that I didn't like them and that Tommy really cut my nails entirely too short, all Vincent could say is ok I'll make them pretty for you... but only by- shaping them square.
