I had the most wonderful experience here. The inside of the store is very clean, there was music playing and gorgeous lights inside. I asked for an acrylic French tip set with little white flowers, and they are genuinely the most beautiful nails I've gotten done. I took my little sister here and this place is horrible if I could rate 0 I definitely would She took her nails off two months ago and a piece of acrylic got stuck on her real nail it started coming off with her real nail and now she only has half of her nail on her middle finger please DONT GO THERE!! Terrible place. I asked for a sweet milky pedicure. Got no milk soak no honey scrub. I eventually asked and the staff said they don't do that anymore. Why wouldn't they tell me this when i picked it. False advertising and shady. This place also has poor hygiene, lady didnt wash her hands after completing another pedicure and started to work on me. Had to ask her to wash her hands. Not a relaxing experience at all. Go elsewhere if you are looking for good service. read more

Don't go to Pampered Nails on Hurstbourne. The owner Andy (who's amazing with nails) sold it to people who don't know what they're doing. Save yourself the stress and disappointment. I regret going there. I doubt I can even afford to get these fixed. Smh. I know I can't. Bc I just spent my nail money. The lady who did my nails messed them up to the point it brought me to tears. Literally crying! As she was trying to redo what she messed up. I don't want any one else to feel this way. She refused to acknowledge that there are spaces between the nail tip and my actual nail; go look it up, it will cause a fungus due to dirt getting trapped. A couple of nails are angled towards the ceiling. Some are longer than others, two are horribly filed. The 'fixes' she offered; to put white tips on (If she can't do it correctly the first time, she won't be able to the second time. Changing the color of the tips doesn't change the fact she put tips on that were too small for that nail, which is what causes the space) the other 'fix' (which she did) was shave them down, which will make them even easier to break & doesn't fix that there's a space in between the tips and nail or that they're incorrectly angled, mishaped, or uneven. I still paid the full price. I regret staying there after hearing Andy and his team left. Please don't make the same mistake I did. I don't want any one to feel as she made me feel. That I was being unreasonable for wanting what I was paying for and not wanting crappy nails, and then making me feel crazy bc she kept saying they won't break, they're good. Please... Save yourself the stress, trouble, gas, money, and your nails... It's not worth feeling as horrible as I do right now. read more

Oh my gosh! This place is horrible. Went in for a mani and pedi and the man that provided the services did a horrible job. He cut a big chuck out of my toe nail (not sure why) and my toe is throbbing so bad I can't sleep. He also got polish all over my toes and fingers. I let the owner know and she said she would clean them up but didn't. She just cut more of my nails off. This really confused me. My daughter also got a pedi and full set and the woman who did her feet did not give her a massage, lotion, or scrub and het acrylic toe nails on her big toes were not attended to. Don't go here. I was hoping it would be a good option for a Sunday appt with a busy week ahead. The older guy did my nails and I'm still unsure if he knew what he was doing. Best description would be my nails look gloppy- he never really even filed, just kept dipping and painting and wanting me to dry in front of a dirty space heater - blowing hot air! The place is dirty. The guy's hands were dirty. The instruments and polishes were dirty. I'm just grossed out. The guy had this hardened flap of dead skin on his hand that kept getting in the way of his painting and he ended up clipping it off with the instrument he was using on me. I even tipped when I paid - I hate I did that. I think he knew it was a crappy job. I'm actually embarrassed to have these on and go to work this week. Just awful. read more
