The downside is no 24 hour guarantee... with the upper level washes at Royal, Delta Sonic (and I'm certain there are others) you'll be able to come back again for a free wash within a certain time period. Helpful if you're sloshing your sled through the salty streets of Monroe County during the wintry months. Just washed the ride yesterday and, after a days commute, it looks like I never went there. So, given that the price points are similar to the other aforementioned car washes, I only go here if I need a quick wash...

They never looked up from playing on their phones and I even went on to to tell them: "now is the time you need to look at me and say oh sir so sorry this happened let me fix this " What actually happened was still crazy. No one spoke and I had to inquire if I could speak to someone who is not indifferent and actually has social skills and only then finally the young man sitting by the computer asked me for my phone number and said my account was terminated. Not sure how the management at this location operates but they need some customer service training.

They really offer exceptional service and value! We've been using their "Unlimited Monthly Royal Car Wash" option for November-May every year for the last 11 years, and really couldn't be happier. The staff are consistently cheerful and super helpful, and we feel like the value is very high given how much longer it helps your car last in this salty-snowy region! I'm embarrassed I haven't written a review before today -- but just today (01.12.22 around 9:00am) the Manager named Greg at the Monroe Ave site REALLY gave EXCEPTIONAL service. Two cars (mine was one) were having issues with the sticker for unlimited washes, and he helped both of us at the same time -- making it so neither of us had to get out of our car, didn't have to pull around or come in, he handled BOTH of our issues in the time it took for our cars to go thru the wash and then he met us at the other end to give us receipts. SO friendly the entire time. Everyone at this site is always super cheerful and helpful -- but he REALLY went the extra mile for two of us!
