Parking- I just did the paid parking in the structure since it was closer. It was $8 for 2 hours. The komodama class was around $70 and you get to take home 2 you've made. The instructor was patient, helpful and had good instructions. The group had many follow up questions and he explained things well. They gave us a good assortment to choose from to make the kokadama. After we finished making them, we wanted cute vases and the instructor helped us find the best fitting one for our plant. The whole store is filled with adorable plants and accessories. I walked out of there thinking I'll be able to keep my plants alive but it's a serious challenge. Overall, highly recommend taking a class from Pigment. Then she started going pharaoh on us and he tried to return it because this is not customer service that we look for and she told him she could only do store credit and laugh in his face. We ended up leaving and we will never be returning here. I'm extremely disappointed because we are regular shoppers there and we couldn't imagine why someone would treat someone else that way.
