Then she walked upstairs after I told her I shopped there before. Errr..... OK. Do I look blind or do I look like I cant afford even looking at your stuffs? What kind of reaction do you expect after saying that to a customer? I mean... do you say that to a new Freshman in college "This is a high end education facility"!? Or better yet, "Hi welcome to Porche dealership. In case you dont know, we are high-end"? Its bloody obvious that its high end designer stop. If you think I cant afford it, well customer has a tendency to walk out when its too pricey or just not somethig they like. No instruction needed... No one needs a bloody announcement. Not to mention she just walked upstairs w/o saying "call me if you need anything" of sort. I was left downstair for a while, even tho I actually wanted to buy something that day, I walked out and shop from another consignment shop in the area, with much better customer service. Hey snobby lady - people don't dress up to go shopping ... you just lost a deal that day.

For example, I was greeted warmly by Melissa today and she helped me pick out a few new outfits to try on. She gave me honest feedback and insightful styling advice, but with no pressure. She had an authentic interest in helping me find a piece that was functional for my lifestyle and that was special enough to help me feel like my best self. To top things off, as I'm walking out, she recalls that I had a son at home and asked if he might want a small packet of gummy bears. This may seem like a small gesture, but it's more than that to me-- she remembered me, she remembered him, and she cared. She cared enough to offer him a cheery moment (even if she wasn't there to witness or get credit). That's so cool. Well, even if Tucci wasn't conveniently located in the same shopping center as Philz coffee and Jimbo's, I'd still make the trip to visit Tucci because they're worth it!

I understand that the parking is for in-store customers only. But the moment I stepped out of my car, a woman came running out of the store and started yelling at me, saying the parking was for those businesses only. I hadn't even walked away from my vehicle yet, and she had no idea where I was going. For context, I'm a Type 1 diabetic, and my blood sugar suddenly dropped very low. In that moment, I urgently needed food or I risked being unsafe to drive. My boyfriend was with me, but he isn't insured on my car and doesn't know how to drive a manual--and she still insisted that I make him take my car. On top of that, it's not safe for me to be walking around alone when my blood sugar is that low. I calmly explained the situation and told her I just needed a quick snack and would be back in under five minutes. Despite that, she showed zero empathy and continued yelling. At that point, my priority was my health and safety. I also didn't feel comfortable leaving my car unattended given her aggressive behavior. I waited a few days to write this, but as a Type 1 diabetic, this situation was genuinely scary and upsetting. This happened Saturday in the late afternoon. Situations like this deserve more understanding and basic human compassion. Please do better.

Multiple pieces were stained, dirty, and a three pieces had rips/holes. The shoes were piled up in heaps, and are no longer organized by size so you have to look through every pair for your size. I don't mind overpaying when the experience is quality, but these clothes are WAY overpriced and it feels like Ross meets Salvation Army. You can do better.

I did find a great dresser that was just what I needed. If I'd purchased it the day before I did buy it, I would have paid much more. I just lucked out with my timing. I sold high-quality, double and triple-matted, archival-framed artwork there, some of which were prints while others were original paintings. All of them sold for next to nothing.
