Our overly full…read moregarage was the result of my husband buying in triplicate and not ever wanting to let something go because 'we may need it some day' - but of course, when we did need it we couldn't find it! I had been talking about finding a professional organizer for a while and he was resistant, until he landed in the ER after an accident in the garage. I found Organ Mountain Organizers as soon as I started to look - thank goodness! We got rid of, sold, or donated LOTS of stuff. Our garage is now an open, organized space! And safe! We highly recommend Sharon to anyone who needs help with letting go and organizing.

Simple Clean - Kayla's employee scraped the finish off of our cabinets with a scraping implement. Kayla refused to accept responsibility.

Her employee scraped the kitchen cabinets above our stove with a scraping implement that removed the finish, and they also poured or squirted some sort of liquid in our sink that stained the metal. Kayla's "solution" to damaging our cabinets was to send to our home the father of one of her employees, who is some sort of handyman but does not know how to finish cabinets. He said that there was no way he could repair the damage properly and match the color of our custom cabinets. Instead, we ended up having to hire a cabinet company to sand and refinish our cabinets, and when we tried to discuss with Kayla that her company was responsible for covering the cost of the cabinet repair, she refused. She actually told me that we could afford to pay for the repair, and she couldn't, so we should be the ones to pay. She also said that I should sue her employee to try to recoup our cost. Then she hung up on me. We also haven't been able to remove the stain from our sink and are just hoping it will fade over time. In addition, she bills by the hour, and her crew did not stick to the list of cleaning priorities that I provided. They instead did unnecessary and unrequested things first, such as organize our 10-year-old son's desk, rather than prioritizing cleaning the floors first as requested. This resulted in the cleaning taking more time than we agreed to pay for, and we were billed for the extra time.

Excellent Agent - House Sold on First Offer…read more We found Erika Ceballos to be professional and competent, but with a few caveats. She met us and immediately we realized she was the right person to help sell our house quickly. She was organized, timely, and energetic. She understands the market and has the tools for sharp decision-making. However, we encouraged Erika to be more assertive. It was our suggestion that we have an open house when the sale started off slowly. She quickly set it up and passed out flyers in the neighborhood. We suggested that Erika communicate with us more often on what was happening amongst realtors inquiring about the house, how many people attended the open house, etc. She upped her flow of updates. When the offer came in, she was on top of that. But we felt in limbo waiting to hear back from her about how the buyers were reacting to our counteroffer. We'd prefer more responsiveness. During the sale process, we needed a few resources for minor repairs and moving. Erika was quick to suggest reputable contractors in the area, who were all very responsive and capable of doing the work without delay. She also provided us with weekly snapshots of the housing market in our area. We did have to ask for that content the first time. Afterward, she was on it. Importantly, we found it essential to go through the comps carefully ourselves to land an optimal selling price. Once we worked that out with Erika, we made only one price adjustment to sell the house. After the offer was confirmed, Erika handled all transactions smoothly using online tools and apps. She texted us when there were new documents to sign and submit. Our buyers had some complications toward the end that delayed the sale, but Erika powered through and got the deal done. We highly recommend Erika Ceballos for all your real estate agent needs. In a rapidly changing market, you need someone who is reliable and dependable to get a deal done. You'll be ecstatic to work with Erika and get your property moving on the market.

Once I contacted Ferguson Moving everything was easy. We communicated through email and they responded timely consistently to answer all our questions. Moving day they called ahead to let us know they were on the way. We had Mike and Patrick and they were very professional, friendly, and efficient. They moved our 3 bedroom home and everything smoothly. They did a great job and finished in 4 hours. I highly recommend Ferguson Moving Company! Thank you!

If I could give zero stars to JOHN FERGUSON MOVING & STORAGE, I would!…read more We hired JOHN FERGUSON MOVING & STORAGE to move several pieces of furniture to our new home. Everything started out great! They arrived on time, and were polite and helpful, but then things went terribly wrong, hours later, when we arrived to our new home, and they started to unpack. I discovered three pieces of furniture that were damaged. The first was our leather sectional. I immediately brought it to the attention of Mike, the team leader, and Danny, who was in charge of the sectional. Both started to claim that the damage looked "old" and must have already been there. I told them that I know my furniture and I had also looked at it specifically the night before. They continued to argue with me, and I asked them to stop arguing with me, and to please finish with the move. They also scratched my entertainment center WHILE I was standing there in front of the them! I told them that they were scratching it, and they did not stop! When they were leaving, Mike rushed me to sign a claim form describing the damage to my furniture. He told me that they could have the damage repaired. I believed him, and signed the claim form. I was still extremely satisfied with the overall outcome of the entire move, and told them so. I know how difficult it can be to move furniture. However, and sadly, a few hours later, I discovered that the new refrigerator which is housed in our garage was dented! The front door had four visible dents on it! I called JOHN FERGUSON MOVING & STORAGE the next morning to add another claim for the damaged refrigerator. I also emailed them. I could not get ahold of anyone for quite a few days, and after repeated calls and messages, Kristin Ferguson called me, and sent Martin Sanchez to my house to "fix" my damaged items. Martin Sanchez wasted 45 minutes of my time by talking nonstop! Martin told me that no matter what they do, I will always know the damage is there, and it "will never be the same again" What???? He also changed the subject and told me that he could plant trees for $75 each! He even gave me his business card! How can he conduct business for one business, and try to drum up business for himself? Hmmm!! The next day, I tried making contact with JOHN FERGUSON MOVING, and Kristin Ferguson was no better than the two movers who argued with me about my damaged furniture! He said that I never told the movers that the refrigerator was damaged, and had already signed the claim form. I told him that this must not be a rare occurrence when a CUSTOMER finds another piece of damaged furniture due to the move, a few hours later! He was adamant that I already filed the claim, and added that I told the movers that another moving company had moved my new refrigerator! I NEVER, ever told the movers this information because it NEVER happened! That was a lie! JOHN FERGUSON MOVING & STORAGE were the only movers that moved my refrigerator! I explained to Kristin Ferguson that, as a female senior citizen, trying to keep track of four men moving my furniture was daunting, and the garage was the last place I was going to look at while they were there. Kristin Ferguson was masterful at interrupting me and twisting my words! It was disheartening and I was very disappointed with the entire situation. I knew in my heart that he was not going to help me whatsoever, so I gave up trying. I was treated rudely, disrespected, and accused of being dishonest! I do not, and cannot recommend JOHN FERGUSON MOVING whatsoever ever! They simply cannot be trusted.
