I've been to this place twice. The first time, I arrived 1 hour after they opened, the door was locked, so I called the number on the door and asked if they were open. They said yes, and 1 minute later, they drove up in their car. I said I wanted a mani/pedi. They never asked what kind, I received the basic one. I would have paid for a more premium service, had they asked. The second time I went there, I pulled up in the middle of the day, door was locked, again I called the number on the door and asked if they were open, since their posted hours said they were open. Customer service is horrible! Will not recommend at all.. as soon as u walk in they aren't very welcoming.... Vivian is apparently the owner and for being the owner has an attitude. Not friendly at all and even speaks poorly on her colleagues.... Save the trip... there's a reason the place has no customers. Just went for the first time since my salon isn't open on Mondays. I went about 20-30 mins before closing and they gladly accepted me and were very kind. Vivian did a great job and was very meticulous and gentle. I didn't feel like they were annoyed that they stayed open past 7pm to finish my nails. Will definitely come back. read more

I was recommended to Vivian by an old coworker of mine (I loved her nails -they were long, perfectly shaped claws, with cute hand painted characters on them) So I already knew she took her time and provided quality work. I set up an appointment and came in for some pampering and got just that and more! I've had full sets & pedicure's done here 3x now and have nothing but positive things to say about each time. If you have a nail design/idea she can do it or something even better. The nail retention is great and the place itself is clean and relaxing + the nail techs are very sweet and welcoming. There are only a couple ladies working in there so only a couple people are being taken care of at once. My daughter and I wanted to have a fun girl's afternoon by getting our nails done. We waited 30 minutes to even be seated. They got started on me after 15 minutes of being seated. My daughter waited and hour to even have her feet taken out of the bath. We were walk-ins but for something as simple as a pedicure and a mani pedi for my kid I think spending over 3 hours and almost 100$ is not something we're going to do again. This is beyond the worst place ever. These people DO NOT keep their promises. I don't even know where to start but it was my second time coming here and I had booked an appointment with them 1 week in advance, I get here and it was CLOSED!!!! No one bothered to give me a call nor even let me know that they were going to close early!! I had left work early so I could get there on time but it turn out to be a complete of waste of time. I then make another appointment 1 week in advance again I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt. I show up and I see that there were no customers ( I was like oh nice!) I go inside I tell them I have an appointment and they start talking among each other for like 5 mins straight. (Keep in mind I don't understand their language but for their face expressions they looked bothered). They tell me that the lady that normally does the acrylic won't be seen me??? I lost it I was like again!! I was like this is unbelievable, they could've at least sent me a text or a call to let me know in advance (the lady that does the acrylic has my personal number) but instead they decided not tell me anything! These people have no CONSIDERATION of others people TIMES!!! How can you run a business right, when you can't even have proper communication with your customers.! read more
