Been patronizing this location for some time and never been a problem until today when I expressed a concern I had with the remaining dipping polish on my mothers finger tips. They first suggested that she wash it off and when that did not work they began to rub her fingertip roughly with some product in which it still did not come off and when I challenged them to acknowledge that the nail tech who calls himself Dan did a poor job..the Manager first stated that it was the choice of color she choose for dipping polish and when I stated that she had selected that color before he changed it to that it was the brand in which I responded that regardless this product was supplied by them and they should remove it from utilization. In the end I simply asked them to acknowledge the poor job performed and now horrible customer service in which they refused and responded that if we were unhappy to not return..DONE #wontseemygreenagain read more

The physical space is beautiful. One of the best I've seen and it's on par with what you might expect of a downtown spa. The service needs improvement. It was my first time, so I asked if they had a fee schedule. The reply was, "I don't know." Then he walked away. Ummm, really?! If he didn't understand what I wanted (there was no language barrier), he should've asked. For a Friday, early afternoon, they did not have enough techs working. I purposely came before post school/work hours. But I still waited longer than I should've. They had a good polish selection. This is important ro me, considering so many places assume that everyone likes neon colors. The tech was decent. I don't like when they just tap your leg for you to move. Say something or make eye contact. She went through the motions rather quickly, which wasn't pleasant because it seemed rushed. However, I appreciated the hot towel foot treatment. I also appreciated the dim lighting and running water sounds from the waterfall. Overall, a decent pedicure. I was rather shocked when she motioned for me to get my things and head to the front. I don't think I've ever not been helped to the dryer area!! So I fumbled to gather my things as she started to clean the bowl, prior to me standing up. Hmmm, I'm not sure if I will return. One of my worst experiences. I got a manicure (if that's what they want to call it) but my cuticles were not cut and my polish was unevenly distributed. I was so pissed I went back the following day and asked for the manager. He glanced at my nails and told me they looked great. I went here to get my nails done and I'll be honest this place is so beautiful and so relaxing but the workers are pretty rude. The guy who was doing my nails asked me 20 questions about my boyfriend, asked me out and gave me his number. Then insisted that I buy some moisturizer every 10 minutes. My no chip nails came off within a week and weren't even filled in properly. Please do not be fooled by the peaceful and serene setting. I paid $66 for a basic pedicure and gel manicure. It has only been five days and my gel polish is chipping away. There is not enough lighting in the salon to view the imperfections. However after the third day I noticed that my manicure has streaks and was starting to chip. Was a great place when it FIRST opened. I've been going here for over a year and the service has gone down. I recommended this place to everyone and now I regret that decision. The manager is very rude. He does not greet you when you walk in , rather he barks at you to sign in. It seems as if they need to hire more nail techs because everyone is always in a rush to finish. I've been to this nail spa twice before. The first time Anna did an amazing job on my ombré stiletto nails. I came in today and Anna was off, but this was the only free time I had this week. I showed them a picture of what I wanted done and I asked if they could recreate the look. I need to emphasize how I told them that if they could not do it just like the picture displayed that I would go somewhere else. They assured me that they could. The guy (Liam) was extremely messy and I told him that it did not look anything like the picture. He said that he wasn't done yet and it would be better when he finished. He even used his fingers to take off the excess dipping powder. It was terrible!!!! He said well I have to cut off the tips and you can go somewhere else. I asked to speak with the manager and he said that he wasn't there and that I should come back at 5pm. It's unfortunate because now I never want to come back here and I actually like Anna. I received the worst full set here. The guy must of been a new nail tech name began with a T. I received no chip nail polish, he put so much polish on my nails it was on my skin and also clumped to one side of the nail. Making them look horrible. My nails were filed sharp and too square. I had to attempt to the round them on my own. My full set didn't last 2 weeks. My pedicure was ok but but I've had better. The only positive is the salon is very tranquil. Kayo was amazing! He did a French acrylic nail fill for me. It only took him 35 minutes to complete and I had 2 repairs. He was fast & accurate. The spa was clean, beautiful and tranquil. The chairs in the spa, at the drying table, and waiting area are very comfortable. I had a great experience. For credit card payments there's a $1.00 fee added to the check. Prices were comparable to most salons. Basic Acrylic fill was $16/ repairs are $3 each and French design is $5.00 extra. read more

I wish I could give this place no stars! This is by far the worst nail experience I've had. I went in today with my mom to relax and get mani/pedis. However, the nail tech I had was mean, rude and very aggressive! First, I was told to sit and wait for my full set by who I assume was the owner/manager. Then this woman comes up to me and rudely tells me to follow her. I sit in the chair for my pedicure and she rushes through my service. She then puts my feet into the sandals I came in and they are very clearly not meant for pedicures. As soon as she finished polishing them and I started to walk to get my full set, my toes smudge. She comes back and I tell her what happened and she huffed at me. I tried to show her the reason why it smudged (i.e. the shoes) and she aggressively pushed my hand away and told me I'm messing it up. She also told me I don't know how to walk (really?!). As soon as we get to the station to do my full set, she rushes through that as well and doesn't even ask me what shape I want! Once she starts polishing my nails, she then tells me not to move because she's going home and if they smudge she's not redoing them, nor will anyone else. It then comes time to pay and my mom lets them know she'll cover both. That seemed to be an issue for them. She handed them her card and they tell her we prefer cash and have an ATM in the front. She asked why since they accept cards and one guy tells her they don't want the credit card fee. But now she has to pay the fee from the ATM and her bank. By the time we left, my moms nails smudged also. We're basically out of $100 for the both of us and our nails still look crappy! Never coming back again! read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I paid $105 for a no chip pedicure & no chip acrylic manicure, and the polish I chose must have been tarnished because that same day once I got home, it was streaky, and I noticed the overlay on one of my toes was crooked so I called and spoke to the manager and he said I could come back the next day. I went back the next day and instead of just fixing my toe he argued with me and told me my toe was crooked, and then he "fixed" the polish on my hands. Also, that same day, little holes and streaks formed on my nails. So I went back the next day and showed him, and he told me I had to come back in an hour. I returned in an hour and chose a different color. Then, that next day one of my nails broke and I had to go back, and PAY for it to be fixed. After all of this in the past week, I have broken another nail and the no chip polish has began to CHIP. After paying $105 I should not be dealing with this. This place is awful, they rush, and their products are clearly not great. I will be going to the Orland location from now on, they are much more pleasant and have better products and customer service. read more

I've been to this salon a few times, and enjoyed the service and calm ambiance. But my last visit was horrible. They were extremely rude. The woman felt the need to remind me of the cost of the service I selected twice as if I didn't realize the cost of what I requested. Then I had to request the old clear polish to be removed from my toes several times m, because she clearly did not see it on my toes. Finally, she sat me at the drying station that was not on, and when I brought it to her attention she waved me off and kept walking. So. I call at 7:15 out of courtesy for a simple manicure; now when I mean simple, I'm mean cleaning and pushing back cuticles, cutting, filling and applying my own lotion. Guy who answered the phone asks when I'll be coming. I replied leaving in 6 minutes. I roll up at 7:28 and the door is locked? Picked up the phone, called again, guy answers in a hurry and tells me to wait. Literally opens the door and greets me with, "Manicure? You said 6 minutes. " You can tell they were closing up and rushing the workers. My lady was possibly new or on training. She was rushed by a guy constantly checking her work over her shoulder and saying to hustle to a point she almost took some skin while cutting my nails. For what they charge and they are expensive...they should have Technicians that know what they are doing and they are not very sanitary when it comes to Pedi...the towels were not too clean and the Pedi tools were not in a package like they have been in a Autoclave...they go to the back and come out with them on a tray(no cover)so how do I know if they have been sterilized? He yelled in broken English and said "you get out". After telling him I would turn him in to ICE I allowed another tech to finish the services. But...I will never return. There's something a little weird about this place... First off, it's decorated very nicely and smells good. I'm assuming since it's supposed to be a spa, that's why it's so quiet. I got a fill in with no chip polish and a pedicure. Angie did my fill in and she did an awesome job. She didn't talk much, or at all to be honest, yet I love my nails. The pedicure was the worst. The tech kept trying to get me to get the deluxe for $45. I declined and that's when I received the MOST BASIC pedicure ever. There's still skin hanging from my toes! He barely used the pumice. And the polish was sloppy. He even had to re-polish some toes once I got in the light. Speaking of lights, they turn off lights while you're at the station. Like, I saw a guy getting a manicure and when the tech left to pour the water out, she turned the light out...It's really weird like they're worried about the light bill or something. Back to this pedicure, the light went out so that could be why it was so horrible! Oh, and they have a little note at the stations that say they PREFER cash and there's an ATM at the from. They take cards, but it's an extra $1. All in all, the pedicure was less than mediocre, the $1 to use the cards thing is weird (it's not posted anywhere), and the lights are weird too. Was I the area, and needed my nails done. Got a pedicure and a no chip manicure. Within 3 days my nails already started to chip and peel. I've never had a no chip do this. Went in today with my 10 year old daughter. I had a pedicure and DIP manicure and my daughter got her toes painted and a DIP manicure. First, the nail tech cut my toe in at the beginning of the pedicure (accidents happened, but it hurt and bled). The nail tech responded quickly and appropriately, but I felt a discount should have been provided (it was not). This is the first time we did the DIP manicure, my daughter's manicure seemed to go fine, but my tech was sloppy and although it looks pretty, there are areas that could/should be cleaner. Finally, with a price tag of $114 ($40 each for the DIP), the manicure did not include a hand massage, hot towels or any other manicure elements. These are all included with a no-chip. I'm not sure I'll get a DIP manicure from this place in the future. Too expensive. Hopefully it will last the 2-3 weeks promised. read more

My aunt and I tried this nail shop for the first time yesterday. Ok, the ambiance is beautiful. However, it does not suffice for the poor service. I've been getting my nails done for years and this is the first time I've ever had such a fast pedicure and manicure. And I don't mean that in a good way. The nail tech's were moving so fast, my tech didn't even slough the back of my feet. She clipped my nails, and barely cleaned any excess growth under my nail. She put exfoliating scrub on my legs and didn't even take it all off. Before I knew it, she was putting my sandals on. She didn't even lotion my legs and ankles. See, if I'm paying $25 dollars for a pedi and $33 for a no chip I want proper service. My aunt experienced the same service..crap. So, now time 4 the no chip mani. She supposedly called herself pushing my cuticles back. She barely touched a few fingers. Then when she applied the polish, she kept getting polish on my fingers. A couple of my nails were not smooth. I told her about it and she didn't do anything. I just wanted it to be over. When she finished and I got outside to the sunlight. My fingers had polish all on the sides and rim of my fingers. I still had fingers that were not polished correctly. I had to go back in and make her fix my nails. Which, she should've done in the first place. Needless to say, they move too fast and do not give the customer proper service for the money spent. OH! It wasn't even crowded either. The old saying, you never know what u have until it's gone. I'm going back downtown to my nail tech. Where I'm treated with respect and great service. We only tried this place out, because it was in the neighborhood and I didn't want to go downtown. Also, she said her name was Annie or Ann which I think was a lie, because when I went back in for her to fix my nails, she wasn't in view and the other techs didn't know who I was talking about. This, was the worst service ever. They need to slow down and stop being so sloppy. They've lost 2 future customers plus more, because I will not be referring this place. They waxed my upper lip and didn't even clean me off after wards a week later I had pimples all over my lip it was digusting and I had to see my man that week!! Then they continuously did my nails ugly because I'm young. They charged me 50 for the first picture and the nails were too thick and they polish chipped that was the exact same day I got them done . The other two pictures were because I told her could she fix something and she dug into the acrylic and she threw my hand to me and flicked me away like I was a dog. When they first opened I use to go and get my pedicure and manicure, I would always have an issue from the polish chipping off and my nails cracking. I went and got a full set done last Wednesday trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I work in a office so I don't anything that causes my nails to break. However on Saturday my nails all began to chip and break, as of today 5 nails have broken off which makes no sense being I do not need a fill in yet. This place is horrible. While the interior is nice the customer service doesn't exist. My cousin and I wanted to get a mani and pedi and they said I could only get a manicure because I was too big to sit in the salon chair. The pedicure chairs are your standard massage chair that is at any nail shop and I've never had a problem sitting in them before. I went to the back and sat in the chair and I fit fine and I was comfortable. But then this woman comes racing towards me telling me to get up and starts screaming she wasn't saying any words just literally screaming like I was godzilla. I was discriminated against and was embarrassed and mortified. I will never go to that shop. I went to another nail salon up the street and they informed how bad the service was and how lots of customers complain about that shop. I brought my 4 year old here for her first manicure, and the receptionist was so rude. No smiles. They spent 3 minutes on her little hands, and they looked great- but charged me full price... Never again! I just went in for a soak off, Tony rips my nails off, damages my real nail and then lies when I bring it to his boss attention. But any service you get from them. They expect you to pay. I don't need you to knock nothing off my bill, how about you all do better business and actually take care of your customer nails like they pay you to do. I never asked for a pop off, who pays for you to pry their nail off and damage it. A soak off means you put the customer in acetone and soak the artificial nail off.
