After 30 min, they said it would be another 15 min of waiting which we couldn't do. If I'd known this place did not honor appointment times, I would never have booked here. I get milia (tiny white bumps that resemble white heads) that need extraction, and the blackhead care is simple if a little uncomfortable. All that being said, I attempted to make another Pedi appointment and was told they were not accepting appointments for me. No explanation, nothing, just no appointment for me! None of what she said was in any way accurate. The desk person stated that all she knew was that she was not allowed to schedule me AND at the time I was getting the cut, there were a total of one other client and Liz in the entire salon when I was there and the only person who said anything negative was the stylist.
