While on vacation, I stopped in for a gel pedicure at 9:30 when they open for business. I was the first customer in this morning. Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted by each of the employees. I didn't get the name of the lady who worked on me. The leg massage was wonderful, just the right amount of pressure was applied. My foot massage would have been great if I weren't ticklish. I appreciated that the beautician didn't rush. She spent a considerable amount of time filing my nails and removing my cuticles. I was very pleased with my nails. read more

Not impressed with this manicure. Came from the northeast and used to great nail salons for far cheaper. Usually $25-30 for a mani pedi. Paid $40 and pedicure was good but the mani was not good at all. I even told the tech my cuticles we're not trimmed properly and the polish needed to be cleaned up around edges. They thought this was good enough. Not going back. read more

***Under New Management - Disregard Previous Posts*** I have been a client of Zee's for over six months now. When I found out she'd moved to a new location, there was no doubt I would be following. Walking into Four Seasons felt very inviting and I was comfortable the entire time; I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I was offered something to drink on more than one occassion and continuously asked if I needed anything. If you're ever in the area or need a new nail salon, I'd urge you to give Four Seasons a try! I'm sure any technician would deliver excellent service but I highly recommend Zee and/or Tony. read more

This place does a wonderful job on nails. It's the first place that I've been to that knows how to blend the pink and white ombré correctly. The place is clean and comfortable to be in. They have a huge selection of regular polishes, gel polishes, and dip powders, so it's next to impossible to not find a color you'll like. The only negative I have is that the tech whole did my nails wasn't necessarily rough, but the sides of my nails and fingers are a little sore from the filing. read more

DONT COME HERE i just moved to sc and i'm trying to find a new nail place. i am 15 years old paying with the money i had made at a job before i moved and i have yet to get another one. let's just say i don't have an infinite supply of cash. it's safe to say that this salon won't be my new go-to nail place. i looked at prices online to see that a full set was 35 bucks, i also asked for some flowers on my nails. i also showed the lady who did my nails a specific picture of what i wanted. she did not do that, she basically put 6 tiny dots on my fingers and not with the colors i wanted and charged me 20 extra dollars for it. not to mention my flooded cuticles and left over polish left on my fingers and hands. after i came back in to tell them it wasn't what i wanted, they said all they could do was take the design off. they only gave me 10 dollars of the 20 i paid for the design, leaving them 45 bucks plus tip for those nails. read more

Place was clean and the staff was nice. But my boyfriend and I sat for our pedicures. Paid extra for callous removal treatment and both of us left with callouses. The nail polish on my toes was decent but not great. I just feel as though I should've taken time to do the same job, if not better at home and saved the money. read more

I am from out of town, upstate New York to be exact none of that Westchester, White plains nonsense real upstate as in directly across Lake Ontario from Toronto. Even though one of their more mature lady customers said "All of us vacationers didn't know how to drive & caused all the accidents because we didn't know where we were going." The service was comparable to what I am used to at home. The major difference is at home everything is included & here everything is a la carte. This of coarse makes it morexpensive though but I expected it would be in a major tourist area like this. I hadn't had time to get it done at home because well accountant, tax time. I am used to a salon having only a couple higher end brands of polish like OPI they had many different brands & some drugstore brands. I am not used to a salon having these. When she shook up the bottle & started painting my toenails I wanted to stop her because it was not the peach it looked like before shaking. I didn't say anything because it was not a bad color there was not the greatest selection. It lasted pretty long so overall a decent experience. read more

I've been going to Four Seasons for years, however I will Never go back!!! Yesterday I went in for a mani/pedi and had a gift certificate from my daughter. They would not honor it stating it had expired! The certificate didn't even last a year! So basically they stole money from us!!! If you go ..... don't get a gift certificate! At first I LOVED this nail salon. I went regularly for about 6 months, but recently within the last two months the customer service had been TERRIBLE. I'll call and make an appointment, then show up for my appointment and have to wait for 30 minutes. Today was the icing on the cake. I made an appointment today (11/12) at 9:45 for two manicures and one pedicure. When I called I asked if they had any availability for today and was told me and my mom could come in at 2:45, took my phone number and name down, thinking I was good to go. When we showed up about 5 minutes early the entire place was PACKED. I stated that I am here for my 2:45 appointment for two manicures and a pedicure. The owner and EVERYBODY else in the salon starred at me like I had 5 heads. The owner was trying to argue with me that I didn't have an appointment. After she ROLLED HER EYES, she told me to pick a color. After that, I walked out. Maybe it was an off day for them but I won't be returning. read more

Worst manicure ever. 8 of my nails were chipped within 2 days. I called and left message that since I paid $42 for a mani pedi, the mani should last more than 2 days. I didn't even do anything to cause it (like cleaning!) I told them that since I was a new customer I'd like the mani redone! They never even called me back! read more

I had started going to this salon a few times and liked it until I accidentally missed an appointment and came in the next day thinking my appointment was that day. The owner was very rude and scolded me for missing my appointment and when I asked the nail tech if she had time to do my nails anyway the owner interupted and said No! very rude and it was embarrassing since it was rather busy.
