Worst nail experience ever! DO NOT use your debit/credit card at this salon, they will give themselves a tip! My tech cut my finger open and then added a 6 dollar tip on my card without my consent. When I used to come to this salon, I would get seen right away. Fast service & good nails. I came here recently, I waited an hour before I got seen. Loved my nails, but you would think on the weekend, there would be more help for that poor lady. The clientele there are a little rude, too. Won't be returning . I've been here multiple times but my last two visits turned out to be disappointing . Love the woman who sits at the very first station doing nails , she's GREAT . Always loved her work . But I need a place that does great work all the way around. First gel pedicure I got peeled off that same night ! My family questioned whether it was gel or not . If I hadn't watched him use the gel polish I wouldn't have thought so either. I returned a few days later & they fixed it . This time it lasted 2 weeks before it started peeling & chipping, could've got the same result by paying less & getting regular nail polish. Such a waste of money and my time ! read more

The older lady did my nails and the color was way off. It was supposed to be a nude/beige color but they turned out pink. I mentioned it wasn't the same as the sample color and didn't get any response from her. She continued to paint. She asked if I wanted the files down and I repeatedly told her no. My nails (and hair) take a very long time to grow due to a vitamin deficiency so I was very upset when she continued to file them. Every time I stopped her she said she was fixing the ridges but continued to file them down. The only reason I didn't leave without paying is cause someone else paid for me, other wise I would've left. It's ridiculous, my nails were supposed to be beige, I would never chose pink! read more

This has been by far the worst nail salon I have been to in Las Vegas. Not only is the customer service trash but the work and quality is worse. I spent $60 (charged $61 for whatever reason) for a lackluster shellac mani and reg pedicure where the lady cut cuticles of 3 of my fingers to where I bled. The lady that did my nails yesterday was completely rude. I took my little sister with me and she got her nail color changed & my little sister was sitting under that light for maybe 20 mins until I told her to come so I can check if they are done. The lady that was doing my nails literally yelled at me and told me not to move and yelled at my sister to go sit back down because they aren't ready when clearly they were done. First time here. The guy that works there is not very social at all. But he does amazing work. He never does designs apparently and I gave him a design to do and he tried so hard to do his best and he did a great job that he was very nervous and you can tell. Not talkative at all but a nice guy and the ladies are really nice there as well. Omg sooooo I never really write reviews but I think my nail tech Quan (if I spelt your name wrong I'm sorry) but he deserves more stars than what they have provided for me. Let me tell you....his energy is amazing he makes your visit to the nail salon worth the time, and not only is his conversation amazing his work is awesome man. I'm from California and haven't found a nail tech in Vegas that satisfies my desires on how I want my nails to be done. The moment he was done with my nails I knew. This will be my nail tech until he retires! But it doesn't stop there....his mother (not sure her name sorry) have done work on my sister and let me tell you I can see where he gets his skills from. She is amazing as well. And very sweet! And his older sister did my sister nails this last visit, let me tell you babyyyyy her 20 years of experience shows in her details and art she provides. This family is what you have been looking for ladies. Sorry for the long review but I think this shop well deserves it. I'm shocked it's not packed with customers! Tried this place out because it was close to where my friend and I were running errands. Needed to get a pedi and this place does them for $20. It was a 30 min wait because they were a little short staffed but it didn't bug me since I had company to wait with. The employees were very friendly and didn't ignore the customers. The inside was pretty basic nail salon but very clean. The chairs were newer and very comfortable too! Both my friend and I are happy with the pedi's and will be going back. read more

I was recommended to go here. I will NEVER go there again. The guy that was doing my nails was so rude because I asked how long he did nails. He told me never to go to him again. I couldn't believe that. He also rushed to do my nails and they were crooked and I asked him to file one and he gave me the dirtiest look. Went in for a full set and pedi .. this lady did not hold a conversation what so ever then I asked her that i would like to get the acrylic design with glitter and that i wanted 2 other fingers another color. She said $5 more for stiletto mind you the price was already $45 then she said She is close to finishing my polish and then i asked if she can add some rhinestones to two fingers and she said no I took too long on your nails so if you want you can go buy some at the store and put them on yourself. So unprofessional so I let her finish then I proceeded to pay her with my credit card and she said we don't accept that type of payment i said you always take it and she said yea before yes but not anymore. Then she said i have to charge you 2 more dollars for paying with it. I said ok fine . I paid and i left her no tip for her poor customer service and shitty attitude. Always get your nails done by Nancy and not Michael, he's rough and a little crabby sometimes. Other than that I had no problems whatsoever. Always get the French tips and my eyebrows waxed and she makes sure to not go too thin and works wit my frail nails. Anyways, regards to some of the reviews, some of you guys are straight racist customers lol. Sometimes I see customers taking advantage of these people just because they have a little broken English pretending you didn't ask for, what you EXACTLY asked for to get out of paying, so this makes the atmosphere a little uncomfortable. Listen, so what if their first language isn't English, let them speak in the language they are most comfortable with and stop assuming it's to talk about y'all. Sometimes it's probably as simple as "can you do that customer sitting down". It's not that big of a deal really. The absolute worst place in the world. Not only did they do a mediocre job on my pedicure, but I checked my account 2 days after I went there and discovered that even though I had a receipt reflecting $25, they'd charged my bank account $75. I took the original receipt to the shop and immediately the lady denied that the receipt was even theirs. Once I pointed out the man who did my pedicure and charged my card she said it was my banks fault and I needed to speak with them. During this entire ordeal this lady snatched my receipt from me and walked it around to other customers saying look we only charged her 25. To which I said yes you're right, however at the end of the night when it was time to calculate receipts someone obviously falsified the amount. Do not ever go to this shop. Please just don't do it. I went in to get a full set done. The guy ended up giving me claw like nails, which where not ask for. After I pointed the mistake he filed at them some more. But only on one side of the nail. So now I have off centered claw nails. He did this after they asked me to pay. Polish was smeared everywhere. All over my hands. The spots he tried to get off with remover ended up being gray smudges all along my cuticles. The refused to fix them because it was already 5 and they where closed now. One thing you should know about here is depending on the employee's mood is how your service is going to be . I've been here when they are nice and my nails have looked decent. Pretty good if I got lucky. But I've noticed when they are in a bad mood I get shitty service. I try not to judge on one visit. But it's been multiple times it has happened to me. For me to complain is rare. I always think Yelp is for people who are just whiny about a semi bad experience. So for me to actually put a complaint about this one visit is important. One of the ladies was just plain RUDE. My friend accidentally messed up her manicure and needed repainted it. And the lady said, " shame on you I don't have time," and if it wasn't for us murmuring about how rude it was she wouldn't of came back and redid it... but not even that.... we get it's an inconvenience... but she redid it horrible. Went in for a pedicure today and eyebrow wax, waxing went ok even though she had a full conversation with a coworker as she waxed my eyebrows. The pedicure was awful I chose the $25 pedicure the most expensive one is $35 he literally took 15 mins my feet barely touched the water! The polish he used was old or something Bc it has bubbles and feels rough. I paid extra for callus remover and it made my feet turn white and start peeling within an hour after leaving! I asked him for change to leave a tip (before I realized how awful they were) and he brings me back 4 fives I said I need singles he said he didn't have any and stood there waiting for me to hand him a five dollar bill. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK HERE! THIS WAS THE WORST PEDICURE I HAVE EVER HAD! My feet are rough and dry, they looked and felt better before I allowed this place to touch them! Horrible place, dirty, and the male techs look like they could care less about nails. Don't they realize they work for tips? I've seen them dilute nail polish with polish remover and that makes the finish very dull instead of shiny. The customer service that I experienced on March 19th 2018 was the absolute worst. First, the guy Michael and the lady that works there too, don't know her name, were arguing in front of me and another girl who was also in there getting service. They were arguing in their language so I have no clue what they were saying but it got pretty intense to where I wanted to tell her to just stop my pedicure so I could leave, but I didn't I stayed just to see if they would stop. They didn't, they continued to go back and forth, another customer who had come in and was waiting got up and walked out. smh. I could not believe it then once I sat down so Michael could do my fill, he couldn't find the gel polish i wanted but the lady did, she got up, walked over to us and threw the polish at him. Toooo much, very unprofessional, just all around terrible. Just listen to me and don't go. I have never wrote a review before but I had to because I was so taken aback. This place caught our attention bcuz of the $5 eyebrow sign. Upon entering in was packed due to it was the day before mother's day. To our surprise we waited about five minutes before someone was ablt to assist us. Once called we picked out our colors and went to get our pedicures. Both of our chair were broken, the massager didn't work. This was a real problem for us we were looking forward to it. They moved me to another seat and attempted to fix my daughters chair. It kept stoping and she kept asking them to fix it. Everyone ignored her and she just said forget it and got up. She was done. I on the other hand was good until my technician came and cut my nail so low it bleed. He just said oh sorry. Kept going and didnt put anything on it. My nails were uneven abd the paint job was bad. He had me go find the polish color he put on my toes. I had him redo it and they didnt seem to be happy about it. As i was sitting down and others had finished. I watched as the emptied the water from the spa chair, filled it up and added some blue cleaning stuff to the water and had the next customer come sit down. No scrubing of area or anything. We also got our eyebrows down and the lady took about 2 mins and we were out. No tweezing was done. The hardly spoke english and were pretty rude by just ignoring people.
