So unprofessional and disrespectful when the owner was simply asked to medicate a nail that had begun to grow mold beneath the acrylic that they had applied! They gracefully took me in as a walk in very close to shutting down for the night even though I needed a FULL SET and a pedicure. Everything was done beautifully and timely without being rushed. Facility was clean, massage chair was heaven sent. If there were to be the tiniest downside to my experience, it would be that there is an extra charge for anything different, even if i provided the stones or colors myself. I went to the salon to have the Polish removed for my toes and give them a little bit of a break. First off they didn't use clean tools. I watched her go from her last pedicure to me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I should have asked for clean tools but I couldn't because she was on the phone for the entire time she was with me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All I wanted her to do was remove the Polish and clean up the cuticles a little bit so I could wear them naturally. It definitely wasn't a full pedicure by any means. However when I got to the checkout stand she told me it was $30. I questioned that for a polish remover and cuticle clean because this is normally $15 other places. But she said it didn't matter that I didn't get the full pedicure it was still $30. At that point I was stuck and had to pay it. It was my fault I should have asked the price ahead of time about $30 for 15 minutes is a little bit ridiculous on top of the dirty tools and her being on the phone for the entire time. This has been my 2nd time here. I like that it's close to my house and they don't close until 10pm. First experience was about 3wks ago and I came in at 830pm and got a pedicure the customer service was 3 stars the overall pedicure was 3 stars. The older lady doing my nails didn't say a anything to me the whole time until it was time to ask for the color I wanted. I said French and she started talking to another tech then walked away. So of course I was confused what the hell was going on. It took the other tech almost 10mins to come to me and do my French pedicure. That tech did do a great job on the clean while lines and asked me once she got done with my big toe and the one next to it if I liked it before she continued, which I appreciated because some do it to thick or to thin. Oh and to top it off I purposely came to get a pedicure for a good massage...it was AWFUL. The older lady barely massage my feet. I was so sad because my feet ached so bad from that's days work. I should give 2 stars with the 1st experience actually. Grrrr... This 2nd experience I'm writing as I'm getting it done and so far so good. I got to the chair right away, the tech that did my French tip polish 1st time is doing my entire pedicure, Hannah. The massage felt good just wasn't long enough.
