My first time visiting this facility was amazing! The beautician I had was awesome. Very polite, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I get really bad ingrown toenails and she was able to remove them without causing me any pain. That being said, I am currently sitting in the parking lot after leaving my second visit, and I will never be back again. To start off I said up front "I get really bad ingrown toenails. Can you help me remove them?" The beautician told me yes. I pointed to a toe and told her this one was really bad. She told me she would take a look at it and see what she can do. She starts the pedicure, everything's fine. She starts cutting my toenails, and she skips removing the ingrown toenails. So I asked her about it and was told she would do that part later. She then finished the majority of the pedicure; everything but the nail polish. At this point, she faked trying to get the ingrown toenails. And by that I mean, she cut off part of the dead skin by the side of the nail and told me she got it. I had to ask her a second time. And then a third time. And at that point I'm done. She got parts of them out. So it's not like she didn't know how to do it. She just wasn't for some reason. Also by this point, my nails and my feet were dry. Which made removing the ingrown toenails hurt 1000 times more than it should have. The only reason I pay someone to do pedicures is to get help with my ingrown toenails. Which cause me a significant amount of pain. I now have to go home and try to do it myself without making the situation worse. I will never visit this facility again. read more

The nails are the perfect shape I wanted I didn't even have to pick a color they asked I said hot pink brought over 3 to pick the tone of pink I wanted! So thankful I gave Orchid a try! Without them I wouldn't have found Angela! I was going to another nail salon and they were unable to fit me in so I gave Orchid a call since they are in the area and was given an appointment within the hour. When I arrived for my Mani and Pedi, they quickly greeted me and gave me a multitude of gel colors to pick from. While I was waiting for a Pedi chair to open, they started the process of removing my gels. When we got them removed we realized that the prior nail salon had out two holes in my nails and didn't fully take off the powder I had one before they covered it with gel (probably trying to hide the holes). Angela was awesome and gave me a couple of suggestions for how we could best handle the situation. We ended up doing a dip so it could fill in the hole. They had a lot of colors to pick from with the dip. I have never had dip done and am super happy with the results! I also got the luxury Pedi and my feet are still smooth and beautiful days later. The plastic is used the the tub and they sterilize there instruments... I have tried at least 5 other Spa's in the Centinnial area . It's worth the drive for me to come back to this Spa . Probably the best pedi I've had while in Vegas. Massage wasn't the best but my feet are SOOOOO smooth! So why only 4 stars? I got the deluxe pedi $35 and a full set $25, but my total came to $65. My friend and I had nail appointments there at 2pm today after work, we were maybe 5 minutes late. They were incredibly rude right off the bat and informed us that they could do one of our nails. Then he kept pushing the dip nails after he understood and repeated that she wanted a pink and white acrylic full set, yet burning time and not properly describing the dip, even though it's their product. Then he changed the price on her 3 timedthen he proceeds to inform her that she has to wait until tomorrow. It was a very unprofessional and uncomfortable environment. I get my nails done by one of thee absolute best on Maryland pkwy and Pebble at Glamour nails, he is fast the nails are strong and they lady 3 weeks. He tells you he is going to make them beautiful and he does!!! Him and his wife are the only ones they and they are friendly and make you want to come back. While I was getting mine done 2 other ladies walk in and he takes them! They have and outdated selection and their presentation awful. I wanted her to see the color changing polish, I told her to put it in the cold and it will change, then they contradict me and say hot, well the color DID not change and he says it because it was on the nail. My nails are absolutely thee worst set I have had ever had, they look like a 3 year old did them,. It was absolutely the worst $43 I've ever spent. We work at 7-11 in the plaza and I'll be dropping in to give my review in person and yes i will definitely tell people not to go there. This is the ONLY nail spa I go to in Vegas. Lee is heaven sent when it comes to the shape of nails. He's a master at doing my stilettos or coffin shaped nails. They have a coupon card as well so that you can get money off of your visit and they're open on Sundays! This place stays pretty busy so make sure to make an appt ahead of time. Visited location for two separate appointments. The first was fine. Scheduled a soak off and new set, the nail tech decided she would pop the nails off instead. Quality of nails and polish was good, so I overlooked this and booked a second appointment. I went to a different nail tech for the second appointment, and just made up my mind that this isn't the place for me. Overwhelming chemical smell. Told to wash my hands without soap. Nails were filed hard and crooked, poor acrylic application that doesn't go to edge, messy polish application, experiencing lifting and polish color discoloration (this is a first), and my cuticle was cut. So I wanted to like this place, after reading reviews I wanted to base my own review of this place. Little did they know I was there to review them. First let's start off by a call to the salon, Lee answered and made an appt with me for a fill and pedicure. Came in, had to wait because he was still working on someone. That's fine I waited about 10 min and I noticed NO CLEANING after this customer, including any tools that I noticed. I asked if they clean their tools and he looked at me confused. This is the owner and you should know the answer to this question which I interpret as a NO! Then he started scolding me about how I should not wait too long to get nails done and that I should not use nail glue. Well nails were done biweekly at my last salon for 15 years and they use glue under acrylic nail tip and my nail tip to seal. I don't know what this character was talking about and talking to me like I was 5 years old. You are there to provide a service not to scold and humiliate customers. He was also yelling at his workers and miserable owner should not be in service industry!! Then he took all nails off and put a new set on to charge over $80 just for that and it did not include a pedicure that was the worst I ever had and literally legs and feet sore from being manhandled. Then I was told that you have to tell them to be gentle?!! They should be asking you! not me telling them how the hell am I suppose to know you don't know how to do a pedicure and massage? This place is garbage and you will definitely get a fungus or some type of illness from this dump. Nickel and dime you for lies and treat you like a child. Stay away from this filthy dump. If you want to be treated like a child, scolded and overcharged $120 plus then go there filthy nickel and dime place miserable owner!!! So many other BETTER and CLEAN places to go!!! read more

Let's start off this no where near the shape I asked for paint is way to thick ,nails were just crooked , it looks like blocks on my fingers just horrible. I usually get long but these are first way to long that my fingers were hurting when I left there . She was rough when cleaning my nails and left bumps in my polish. After she was finished, she got up and left. Not one word.
