I come here all the time (no longer will) Every time I come it's a different price! I get the same thing.. French Tip fill with boulder gel. I've been charged. 55, 60, 65 and just this last time $745 but for just a solid plain gel no French Tip! I pulled up my bank account to show the last time I was there for a French Tip fill I was charged $60 and now they were charging me $75 for the same exact thing! When she couldn't do the French tip because the lines from the fill would show through I picked a solid pastel color and was still charged $75. The last told me last time I was probably charged by someone new (it was her who did my nails the time before and charged me) I said ok I was told $75 originally for a French tip fill but was unable to do the French tip so the $10-15 up charge should be taken off since I'm no longer getting French tip I was then told they were charging me for length and shape! I'm getting a fill!!! my nails are medium length and almond shaped, I have never been charged for that before!! They are scamming and shady!!! Do not go here no set prices! read more

Makes me sad to leave a negative review but I went into the salon to get my acrylics removed and just get a manicure. To take them off- the nail tech just cut them, put an uncut acrylic between the tip and my nail, and wedged them up to rip them off, which definitely didn't feel good as one of my nails started to come off with part of the acrylic. I paid $40 to have part of my natural nails ripped off and a clear top coat applied. read more

Upon arrival, I was greeted and asked if I wanted a bottle of water because one of the employees noticed I was hot due to the summer weather. I made an appointment for 1:30pm and was seen very close to my appointment time. I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Helen who has 30 years of experience in the mail business! She greeted me with a warm smile and immediately inquired about what I wanted and how we would accomplish it. I am very particular about my nails and she listened to exactly what I wanted. I requested natural looking nails with a very thin layer of acrylic. Helen was very meticulous as she worked and compared each nail for proper shape and length. She constantly checked in with me to make sure that I was pleased with the process and man does she work fast! I don't think anyone likes to sit in a nail salon for hours. In addition, Pure Spa and Nails is extremely clean and their tools are properly sanitized. So recently I bought my god mother a gift certificate here after she hadn't been to a nail shop in 10 years. I had some free time so I walked in to see how she was doing and maybe get a manicure myself. This other lady asked if I wanted a pedicure or manicure. I said "Oh, I don't know yet." She said under her breath "I don't know." Ok lady that made it to a I don't know to a no now. The lady ended up being so rude to my god mother that ANOTHER customer said "I usually don't get into other people's business, but that's wrong. I spend at least $100 here when I come and I won't be coming back." I'll never for the life of me understand how people WE'RE paying have an attitude! Needless to say my god mother is never going back here. My mom tried this place again and she ALWAYS gets a design on her big toe. The Indian/Sri lankan lady who calls herself the "owner" said "starting this month no designs on big toes." WHAT. So you don't want money? Alright. She also thinks they were overcharging her. My mom has a strong feeling that they're prejudiced here. So much so she asked me to come in to see if they would treat me the same. I told her I'm not spending a dime on this place and compromising my sanity dealing with them. So in sum, if you want to be potentially overcharged, get so offended that other customers jump in, have a rude experience from people you're paying a service for, and not get a design because they're not doing them anymore... come here! read more

Though I definitely appreciate the ability and quickness to get me in right away--I definitely wasted a solid $80 on a new set of acrylics. I needed my nails done for a very important conference and this is the only place that took me right away as a walk in; I got my nails done on a Tuesday, they surveyed their purpose for the conference, and came right back off the following Tuesday. I went to get them removed as my own nails were hurting from HOW THICK this acrylic was on my fingertips--the nail shop that removed these said that there was acrylic EVERYWHERE under the nails, that it was INSANELY THICK, and that since I had short nail beds they had put wider tips and that's not how you're supposed to do it--their exact words were "it must have been someone who BARELY came out of nail school." I will say she put in effort and kept checking with me to see if I liked them and regardless I needed them for the conference and I was running short on time so I didn't really care what anything looked like as long as it looked okay coming out of there! It wasn't until the thickness of the acrylic started hurting and lifting that I realized what a terrible job this actually was! They are very friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is nice and clean--this nail tech may just need more practice as the other 2 did seem to know what they were doing read more

My mom went here a while ago and she had an awful experience. The guy employee working there treated my mom like a fellow human being, but management seems to be the issue. The owner spoke to my mom condescendingly, sarcastically, and made faces at her, which was incredibly rude. However, the owner didn't treat other customers there that way.
