He also offered for me to come back so he can fix those areas, which I appreciated. If you've never gone from dark to light before, just know it takes time and patience. Good vibes there. Aisha and the ladies made sure we were all comfortable by asking if we were ok. I was in there for a long time lol but it was worth the wait. I was scared because I never been here before so I was taking a huge risk, in my opinion. I searched for a braiding salon via Yelp, of course, and this place came up. I called to see if I could get braided the same day, Aisha told me yes and to come in at 11am. I was there at 11am but didn't get in the chair til about 12p or 1p, she was doing a sew in which I was patient with her because that is a long process within itself. But once Aisha got started, she was moving. She was fast braider and IT IS NOT SUPER TIGHT which is important to me. Hair is not included in the price. $20 for the hair, but you can purchase your own. If you purchase your own, make sure you ask them what kind of hair to get so you won't waste money like I did but oh well lol. The parking lot is small with designated parking for certain businesses. I told them it was no big deal for me to come back later and they asked if 230 would be okay. Me and my kids went to The Teahouse (you can see that review too) and had a nice time and then came back. The stylist who did my hair was a lovely person and she gave me exactly what I was looking for....she also gives the best head rubs while she washes your hair. The price wasn't ridiculous either compared to most places around here. I'll definitely be back!
