We have visited this salon a few times with my daughter, and unfortunately, we've had the same…read moreissue with our gel manicures more than once. Within just a few days, the gel polish started peeling off both of our nails. The first time it happened, we didn't complain. When it happened again, however, we returned to the salon and asked them to fix it. Since the polish had peeled so quickly on multiple nails, we were concerned about the quality of the product and asked to have the polish replaced on all of the affected nails with a different polish. We were told that they would only fix the nails for free if we used the exact same polish, and that choosing a different polish would require us to pay for a new polish change. This made very little sense to us, especially since there was no record of the polish number in their system. Gel manicures should not routinely start peeling within a few days, and when the same problem happens repeatedly, I would expect the salon to stand behind its work rather than charge the customer again to correct it. Unfortunately, the way this was handled left us feeling that we were being asked to pay twice because of a quality issue with the original service. I'm sharing our experience so other customers are aware of this policy before getting a gel manicure here.
