Me personally I think I like donuts better than beignets, maybe because I'm approaching them with the mentality of a donut and how you can get different styles and flavors and whatnot. Their food case could also use some attention (things like the biscuits being displayed cold make them look almost like pretend food and an empty case can be a little off-putting visually.) Not quite. Since these are pre-bagged, the powdered sugar condenses a bit and the beignets tend to stick together. They're still made on site and served warm, just not the same fresh to order bite. That said, for an airport location when you're short on time and trying to catch a flight, the convenience alone made it worth it. I didn't have to wait around for my order and the frozen café au lait was delish! Definitely still worth stopping for one last taste of NOLA before heading home.
