I went to them because another shop told us our car had complete engine failure, but wouldn't take…read moreour warranty plan and CMC would. They were super nice and seemed helpful so they don't lack customer service. But the good review stops there. They did an inspection and we needed a new thermostat. Replaced that. Continued on with their inspection. They said it was either the radiator or water pump, but wouldnt know till they broke down the car and needed approval for that from warranty plan. Long story short they never actually did that and it went from not knowing to being sure it was the water pump. So they replaced the water pump and the power steering pump (even though inspection said no leaks and mentioned not needing one). We got the car back at this point because the next thing was head gaskets which they wanted $2700 for and we had to save a little for that. But the next morning, our engine was dead. This whole time the first shop was correct. It was indeed complete auto failure which CMC failed to tell us. They just wanted us to keep dumping more money into it. Also we paid our deductible for the warranty plan over the phone so we'd be able to pick up our car when they were closed. We get there and our 2nd receipt shows we denied a radiator replacement (which we didn't, our warranty plan covers that so wouldn't make sense too. They never told us it was bad). It also shows they charged an inspection fee to our warranty plan even though we paid that before they started any work and they charged them more than they charged us. Also our receipt for the inspection said our inspection fee would be applied to repairs if we got them done there which we did and they never applied it to the total. Liars. So we decided to go with another mechanic to replace the whole engine since CMC was obviously trying to scam us and our warranty company. He was flawless, but we were shocked when he reported that the company we previously used (CMC) returned our car with quite a few things still disconnected and bolts that were not fully tightened. He also said our radiator was not bad (CMC said it was). Our car has been running great ever since this guy worked on it. But we will need a new radiator soon and there is no way I am going to CMC for that... or for anything ever said for that matter. Really shocked at this place due to the fact of all the other ratings. So either they have gone down the toliet or because we had a warranty plan, they wanted to nickle and dime us. Either way, what they did was not professional or right and they put my kids in danger by returning our car with all those loose bolts and disconnected things. NEVER AGAIN.

Jason called around to find a match but no luck for my 05 sentra manual transmission. He put my mind at ease with an easy fix that would work out perfectly for my vehicles need. He also replaced my bulb for my tag light right before i left. I arrived this morning and was out in the hour and a half or less that was quoted. The pricing was fair. These guys are honest, knowledgeable and keep you informed evey step of the repair. I had my minivan serviced here in December 2024, and ever since then, it's been nothing but…read moreproblems - electrical issues, mechanical issues, all getting worse over time. I finally had it towed to another mechanic out of state, and guess what they found? The entire electrical system was fried because of a faulty alternator - the same one this shop put in. Turns out, the alternator they installed was the wrong size and putting out too much power according to the other mechanic, which completely destroyed my system. I'm now paying thousands in repairs because of their mistake. And to make it worse, the alternator was used, something they never told me until I came back trying to return it under warranty. At first, the two guys at the counter were polite, but then they called over the owner, Lloyd.That's when everything went downhill. Lloyd walked up rolling his eyes before I could even explain what was going on. He immediately got defensive and accused me of trying to "take money out of his pocket." He kept repeating the same line - that I didn't come back to him for the issue, so he didn't know what was wrong. How was I supposed to know it was the alternator when it took another mechanic to figure that out? He wouldn't even look at the alternator, compare the serial number, or actually check the warranty like I asked. He just kept rolling his eyes and talking down to me and my grandmother like we were the problem. I wasn't even asking for the full amount - just the $380 refund for the alternator, which was under warranty. He still refused, saying he'd "send it off to be tested" like we wouldn't hear back conveniently that "nothing was wrong" with it. The way Lloyd handled this was completely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing. He was rude, dismissive, and treated us with zero respect. Everyone else there was kind, but Lloyd was condescending, arrogant, and clearly more interested in protecting his pocket than doing what's right. This man has completely lost my trust. I wouldn't let him touch a lawnmower, let alone a car. Do. Not. Ever. Trust. This. Shop.
