These folks helped me right away when I came in, downside is either they don't know what they're…read moredoing, or lied to me about my car. They tried telling me I had 6 months or so left on my engine life. That it was going to die a slow and painful death. "See that rattling? It's really not suppose to be doing that " Receptionist: "yeah, that's really bad." "Oh, I see... What does that mean exactly?" "You've probably only got about 6 months left on this engine..." Receptionist "Don't worry, I can print you out an estimate." Now that I've had my car checked out 3-4 times since, there is nothing wrong with my engine. Dirty shenanigans, I tell yah.

**Update** I ended up going to another local shop who informed me that some of the previous work…read morewasn't done to industry standard. They called NAPA service center that did the work and informed then of what they found. Both shops are familiar with each other and work together from time to time. After the phone call, I received a request to bring the vehicle back in and give them one more chance to fix the issues. They immediately found several issues that would cause problems. I spoke to Rick this morning and he says they gave it a good long test drive and the vehicle is running right and ready to go. And if I have any other problems to bring it back. I'm sad that it took this long for them to understand my frustration but happy that there may be a light at the end of this tunnel.

I brought one car, had it fix no issues, everything was ok, brought another car, and they "fix" it,…read morecame back with the same problem and was told "maybe it's something else" excuse me, maybe? So I was about to get charged for initial repair plus new and parts, because couldn't find the issue from the beginning? Took my car somewhere else, was fixed and saved $100 bucks, maybe shouldn't have gotten charged the first time because it was just a trial to see if there was other issue, I would have left my car for final repair It was more about the principle, as a plus I would only say because the gentleman (who appears to be the boss) has a very passive aggressive way of treating people. Very rude, I guess unless you are friends with him, or you are not a woman

Signed up just to post this…read more Was stuck in Waco with worn brakes and had a replacement set on hand I was hoping to get installed. While calling around, I spoke with two employees at this shop, a woman and a gentlemen who I imagine was the owner or manager. For simply looking or asking for help, I was berated for owning an electric car, despite needing service that is fairly typical on most cars. The phrase "it's your own fault for purchasing that car, you know what you're getting into" is not something I imagine someone who needs help should hear in a time of need. I understand I may have been a bit needless as we were trying to solve our problem, but I did not expect this degree of treatment or discrimination for owning a particular type of vehicle. They were also very unwilling to help when I was hoping for any referral or recommendations on how I might be able to get my brake pads replaced. Ultimately, I was left without help and feeling even worse than when I began the call. Would not recommend for service. Absolutely would not recommend if you own an EV. Tesla owners especially, this is exactly where you'll find people willing to make you feel bad about your purchase. Unless you perfectly fit the "profile" for the type of work they do, go elsewhere. I imagine you might get better treatment.
