Radiance Dental showed up and man was it a God thing. the dentist and her technicians have been wonderful. they saved my teeth, which were in bad shape. They care about you individually that you are comfortable and happy. I'm in my sixth month of repairing old and bad caps on my teeth, taking out bad teeth and replacing them with implants. My mouth feels wonderful for the first time in many years. I highly recommend the dentist and her technicians and Sam their wonderful office person. it's a beautiful small office. Usually I'm counting down until it's over, but this time I actually felt more relaxed than I expected. Dr. Laura Bodnar was also great. She took time to explain what she was seeing and walked me through everything clearly. It turned out I have an issue that needs specialized care, and instead of making it stressful, they were very compassionate and helped me understand my options and what comes next. Dr. Elmira Amy Latshikyan was great as well. Overall, I left feeling listened to, informed, and much less scared than when I walked in, which means a lot for someone who normally gets very anxious about dental visits.

I asked for a refund and they were not inclined as "this happens". We went to a new dentist that fixed it and noted that it would have to be redone. After multiple attempts we have not been able to get the money refunded or the claim removed off our insurance to have the work redone by our new dentist. Root canals are intended to last at least 7 years for insurance to cover them again and now we are stuck paying out of pocket because Bhatia will not release the claim. The tooth now has to be extracted. After 3 visits to Bhatia is just didn't make sense to continue to go back to "fix it" and now my husband has to loose this tooth.

He's already had one surgery from a ENT surgeon to clean out the infection that was caused by the puncture. And will require a second surgery to repair. Dr. Sean's office is unresponsive and has never returned. Multiple phone calls for a request to speak with the doctor. I feel like he has bailed on this case. Even a maxillofacial surgeon that he referred my husband to, wouldn't treat him. He said "Dr. Sean can fix his own complications. I'm not comfortable jumping into this mess". I am editing this review on 4/9/26 to 4 stars as Dr. Sean's office did reach out to us to speak with us and discussed a plan moving forward, which we agreed to. He and his office staff apologized for the lack of communication as he was experiencing some staffing challenges that have since been resolved. Thank you Dr Sean for your attention to this matter, we appreciate it.

She always knows the usual patients and definitely tries to get to know the new patients as well with her big friendly personality. Dr. Ohan is upfront on what you need to get done and what doesn't need to be done. He doesn't push services that are not needed. Also I had an issue with my teeth and they brought me in that day after I explained what was going on. I called in the morning and they squeezed me in around lunch time. Dr Ohan took a look at my issue and ended up having to refer me to a specialist. It was a Friday afternoon and as you can imagine-all doctors had gone home or started their weekend. However Marci called five different oral surgeons to try to get me an appointment that afternoon. Dr. Ohan didn't even charge me for seeing me on short notice. They are super sneaky and don't tell you anything up front, you start to believe that they actually care but then get billed for things you never agreed to and realize you've been tricked. I was super respectful and after the first time they did that. I told them any additional costs need to be agreed upon prior to doing anything. Literally one of the next appointments I get a bill that's over $1000. Every time you go there they will pressure you to spend thousands of dollars on whatever they think they can convince you to do. When you don't do it, you still get a super high bill with things you never agreed upon. Save yourself the headache, go anywhere else but here. Will be filing a complaint with the dental board of California.

My husband and I were planning to move out of the country and I wanted to use my HSA balance to invest in improving my smile (I mention this to preface that I had a budget, which I told Kimberly about from the beginning). I had a consultation with Dr. Ringer, during which he recommended veneers, teeth whitening, and advised me of the risks of composite bonding (including chipping). I agreed to composite bonding, 2 cavity repairs, and teeth whitening, and booked the follow up appointments for all 3 items. A few days later (still days before the first appointment), I changed my mind and decided I couldn't afford the composite bonding and only wanted the teeth whitening and the cavity repairs instead. Kimberly told me she understood and would let Dr. Ringer know. I had a separate appointment for the teeth whitening, then returned for my final appointment to repair 2 cavities I had on a front tooth (which happened to be one of the ones I was originally interested in getting composite bonding for). At my appointment Dr. Ringer proceeded to prepare my teeth for the composite bonding. At that point, it was too late to refuse once he started doing interproximal reduction. I thought he was prepping my tooth for the cavity fillings. He almost forgot afterwards to even do the cavity repairs I wanted and had no idea I was declining the composite bonding. I was very upset and reminded Kimberly that I declined the composite bonding and she acted as though she didn't know what I was talking about. I have written evidence of the situation. She took several hundred dollars off the price due to her mistake, and then left for Vegas the next day. Not to mention, I was extremely unhappy with how my teeth looked after the composite bonding process, and the "chipping" has been an extreme inconvenience. My husband and I have since moved to Australia and 3 out of 4 of the teeth Dr. Ringer bonded have broken (not just a chip), but completely in half!! The entire pieces of bonding he added have broken off. It started with small chipping and then led to the entire pieces of bonding coming off. I have had a dentist here in Australia repair his work and was told that what he had done was very thin bonding that would never have lasted long at all. They recommended that I should have all 4 teeth redone. Since having my teeth redone in Australia, I haven't had any more chipping and the aesthetic quality is significantly different. Please see for yourself. Accurate rating description for two starts is "could've been better." This place only has PA/NP…read moreand no MD on site. They have the capability to draw blood and send to lab for stat orders. Unfortunately, what they lack ends up a longer list. The first MA was unable to get a vial of blood and said someone else would try on my other arm with a straight needed (vs butterfly). She left me without even putting a bandaid on the arm she poked and I had to struggle to put the bandaid on one handed while still maintaining pressure on it. Next MA comes and draws blood and when she's done she yelps I don't have a cotton ball (to put on the vein she just drew out of) and my blood is just pooling while she puts a bandaid on. Luckily I'm well versed enough to know I needed to put pressure on my bandaid. The NP who saw me was new to (per the MA) she really didn't put my mind at ease. Her expertise and knowledge seemed lacking based on the answers to my questions. First thing she asked me was, why are you here and not the ER? I told her my PCP sent me here because she didn't feel it necessitated a ER visit. She wanted me to be evaluated by YOU to assess and in your medical opinion, do I need to be seen further or what course of action next? She swabbed me for flu and covid and I verbally questioned her because I had isolated severe GI symptoms. She said sometimes those present wither GI only. Does it? I don't know, I'm not an MD but I'm also someone who works in healthcare and it didn't feel like the proper procedure. When I asked if she would be ordering any stool samples, I heard through my closed door "do we do that?". Ok, she's new, I'll give her that...but she comes back in and says "if you'd like to have the order for stool testing I'm happy to give that to you." Am I the md or am I the patient? I came here for your professional medical opinion! Do I?! So after I kindly communicated that I am looking to her for her opinion as the expert whether or not my symptoms necessitate an order, she still doesn't quite give me a direct answer! I haven't been to that many urgent cares, but I've come to see a trend that many of the urgent cares that are owned by a company with multiple locations don't have MD's on staff physically there. That said, I've also noticed the trend that many provide sub-par care.

I came in specifically because I was feeling unwell and suspected a blood sugar issue--especially since lab work from a different clinic the prior week showed a fasting glucose level high enough to indicate diabetes. Despite explaining this, the Physician Assistant (PA) dismissed my concerns, told me I "didn't fit the profile" for diabetes, and ordered a thyroid panel instead. Three days later, the support staff called to tell me they lost my blood sample and needed me to come back in. When I expressed frustration that they lost my sample for a test I didn't even ask for--while still refusing to run the metabolic panel I actually needed--the staff member literally hung up on me. I only returned the next day because it is within walking distance of my house and I was having the same feeling again, wanting to get to the bottom of what was happening. While the PA on duty that day was attentive, she ended up sending me to the ER for my blood pressure. After waiting four hours at the hospital, the ER doctor confirmed it wasn't an emergency at all. To top it all off, I received another call from the urgent care informing me that they did eventually run a metabolic panel, and my A1C and fasting glucose levels are, in fact, indicative of diabetes. Between the PA completely dismissing a patient's concerns, the staff losing blood samples, and being hung up on, the lack of professionalism and competence here is alarming. Go somewhere else.

My family has been patients of Dr. Ching and Pamela for 20 years. I personally think Dr. Ching gives the best injections, they never hurt and no soreness afterwards. He is also really fast, no sitting in the chair for hours. I love that. Pam is the best hygienist, ever! Her cleanings are so thorough. My 10 yr old son looks forward to his appointments. i heard about this dentist from my mom, i went and got my teeth cleaned today, i was shocked at the timing it took, i got there at 3:10 or so, filled out the paper work, then he immedatly got to work and it took 10-12 mins! wow! i have never seen a dentist so nice, yet so caring and careful of every tooth, yet the cleaning was super fast! Dr Lee does…read morenot feel comfortable providing even a basic cleaning to 1st/3rd trimester pregnant women despite all major guidelines including American Dental Association and ACOG (ob gyn guidelines) ensuring it is perfectly safe and strongly recommended. It's extremely important that pregnant women get routine cleanings during their pregnancy as they are at increased risk of gum disease. Dr Lee chooses to go against all major guidelines and enforce his own policy denying pregnant women important dental care that they need. I find this to be a red flag, if he's uncomfortable doing a basic cleaning for someone who's pregnant, I wonder if he is truly confident in his skills as a dentist overall.

The first thing that popped into my mind was make sure it's close to the house in case you have issues, you don't have to go far. Radiance Dental showed up and man was it a God thing. the dentist and her technicians have been wonderful. they saved my teeth, which were in bad shape. They care about you individually that you are comfortable and happy. I'm in my sixth month of repairing old and bad caps on my teeth, taking out bad teeth and replacing them with implants. My mouth feels wonderful for the first time in many years. I highly recommend the dentist and her technicians and Sam their wonderful office person. it's a beautiful small office. It is incomprehensible that someone would drill eveneven one hole, never mind 17 holes in perfectly good teeth all for greed and money. I went online and found someone had almost the exact same story she was told she had 15 cavities got a second opinion and had zero . Stay away from this dentist we don't want them here or practicing anywhere !!!!!
