Cady Brender, the hygienist, made the biggest difference for me. She took her time, checked in with me throughout the cleaning, and explained what she was doing so there were no surprises. She never made me feel rushed or judged for being anxious, and the cleaning was thorough but gentle. Usually I'm counting down until it's over, but this time I actually felt more relaxed than I expected. Dr. Laura Bodnar was also great. She took time to explain what she was seeing and walked me through everything clearly. It turned out I have an issue that needs specialized care, and instead of making it stressful, they were very compassionate and helped me understand my options and what comes next. Dr. Elmira Amy Latshikyan was great as well. Overall, I left feeling listened to, informed, and much less scared than when I walked in, which means a lot for someone who normally gets very anxious about dental visits.

I asked for a refund and they were not inclined as "this happens". We went to a new dentist that fixed it and noted that it would have to be redone. After multiple attempts we have not been able to get the money refunded or the claim removed off our insurance to have the work redone by our new dentist. Root canals are intended to last at least 7 years for insurance to cover them again and now we are stuck paying out of pocket because Bhatia will not release the claim. The tooth now has to be extracted. After 3 visits to Bhatia is just didn't make sense to continue to go back to "fix it" and now my husband has to loose this tooth.

Dr. Bhatia has been great with answering all of my questions to my understanding and I feel confident that she will provide me with all of my options so that I can make the best decision for my dental care. I know that some people feel pressured to do things they don't necessarily want when they visit the dentist. But, I have yet to feel that way. He's already had one surgery from a ENT surgeon to clean out the infection that was caused by the puncture. And will require a second surgery to repair. Dr. Sean's office is unresponsive and has never returned. Multiple phone calls for a request to speak with the doctor. I feel like he has bailed on this case. Even a maxillofacial surgeon that he referred my husband to, wouldn't treat him. He said "Dr. Sean can fix his own complications. I'm not comfortable jumping into this mess". I am editing this review on 4/9/26 to 4 stars as Dr. Sean's office did reach out to us to speak with us and discussed a plan moving forward, which we agreed to. He and his office staff apologized for the lack of communication as he was experiencing some staffing challenges that have since been resolved. Thank you Dr Sean for your attention to this matter, we appreciate it.

This is clearly a corporate-run practice that prioritizes high-pressure sales tactics over actual patient care. It feels exactly like sitting at a car dealership being pushed into buying an extended warranty. Here are the main reasons I will not be returning: The "Courtesy" Saliva Test Scam: They offer a complimentary saliva test, which is just a scare tactic to pressure you into spending hundreds of dollars on treatments that insurance will not cover. After doing their recommended treatments, I had to fight just to get a free retest. Shockingly, my second results were significantly worse than the first, and they completely failed to explain why that would be. Constant Sales Pressure: When I returned for my second standard cleaning, the pressure started all over again, pushing for even more unnecessary, out-of-pocket treatments. Poor Workmanship & Oversight: After a visit, I thought the hygienist had chipped one of my teeth. I had to make an extra trip back to the office, only to find out it wasn't a chip, but rather left-over dental cement from the work they did four months prior. Lack of Internal Communication: While a different dentist in the office was cleaning off that leftover cement, he pointed out another tooth that he thought had an issue. It turned out to be work they just performed at my previous visit. They don't even seem to trust or know what their own colleagues are doing. I do not understand how any ethical dentist can feel good about scamming patients who rely on them for honest healthcare. If you want an office that actually cares about your oral health instead of their corporate bottom line, look elsewhere. I am moving back to a small, private dental practice where patients are treated like people, not profit margins.

Literally one of the next appointments I get a bill that's over $1000. Every time you go there they will pressure you to spend thousands of dollars on whatever they think they can convince you to do. When you don't do it, you still get a super high bill with things you never agreed upon. Save yourself the headache, go anywhere else but here. My husband and I were planning to move out of the country and I wanted to use my HSA balance to invest in improving my smile (I mention this to preface that I had a budget, which I told Kimberly about from the beginning). I had a consultation with Dr. Ringer, during which he recommended veneers, teeth whitening, and advised me of the risks of composite bonding (including chipping). I agreed to composite bonding, 2 cavity repairs, and teeth whitening, and booked the follow up appointments for all 3 items. A few days later (still days before the first appointment), I changed my mind and decided I couldn't afford the composite bonding and only wanted the teeth whitening and the cavity repairs instead. Kimberly told me she understood and would let Dr. Ringer know. I had a separate appointment for the teeth whitening, then returned for my final appointment to repair 2 cavities I had on a front tooth (which happened to be one of the ones I was originally interested in getting composite bonding for). At my appointment Dr. Ringer proceeded to prepare my teeth for the composite bonding. At that point, it was too late to refuse once he started doing interproximal reduction. I thought he was prepping my tooth for the cavity fillings. He almost forgot afterwards to even do the cavity repairs I wanted and had no idea I was declining the composite bonding. I was very upset and reminded Kimberly that I declined the composite bonding and she acted as though she didn't know what I was talking about. I have written evidence of the situation. She took several hundred dollars off the price due to her mistake, and then left for Vegas the next day. Not to mention, I was extremely unhappy with how my teeth looked after the composite bonding process, and the "chipping" has been an extreme inconvenience. My husband and I have since moved to Australia and 3 out of 4 of the teeth Dr. Ringer bonded have broken (not just a chip), but completely in half!! The entire pieces of bonding he added have broken off. It started with small chipping and then led to the entire pieces of bonding coming off. I have had a dentist here in Australia repair his work and was told that what he had done was very thin bonding that would never have lasted long at all. They recommended that I should have all 4 teeth redone. Since having my teeth redone in Australia, I haven't had any more chipping and the aesthetic quality is significantly different.
