DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! I was fooled by all these good yelp reviews. I had a HORRIBLE experience getting my wisdom teeth removed here. I was told I was going to be asleep for the procedure...nope! I was coherent for a large portion of the procedure. The doctor couldn't even put my IV in, I was poked multiple times in multiple spots, I regret not just walking out then. As I am crying on the chair while they are removing my teeth and stitching my gums, I hear the doctor say " remind me to never take a case like this again" so unprofessional. When asked why I was awake the doctor blamed it on my weight... why was this not disclosed to me at the consultation or even before the procedure?? Even worse is it has been MULTIPLE MONTHS since my surgery and parts of my mouth are still numb!!! The first red flag is they had me pay $280 out of pocket right off the bat at the consultation. Then, they completely overcharged me in which my insurance has to provide me a refund and the office has been completely unhelpful with this as well. Stay clear of this place. Definitely the most amazing place to get help when you're in pain. My daughter was going through so much pain with an infection on a wisdom tooth and was told all four needed to be pulled out. She was told one was deeply impacted and needed a surgeon to do the procedure. Thank goodness he was the first one on yelp I read. I felt so comfortable taking my daughter there from the moment we got to his office. We went there to see about my daughter's infection before she traveled outside the states. To immediately starting her surgery. She had all four done at once and was shopping within a couple hours. The next day she woke up perfect and the following day she flew to Europe. TLDR: Exceptional! Dr. Hung Le - Dr. Le has exceptional bedside manners. He walked through the entire steps of the procedure with us from start to finish - thoroughly explaining the sedation, removal, bone grafting, and recovery. He brought out his tooth replica to visually show us and answered all questions we had. On top of that, he also identified a mass on the X-ray that went unnoticed by all other doctors we visited! Procedure - The procedure was painless. My wife said that she fell asleep immediately and when she woke up, the procedure was done! There is support staff there to monitor your vitals throughout and after the procedure. You are also given a "goody kit" that includes the doctors personal number, instructions, gauze, ice pack, etc. When everything is done, you get wheelchaired into your car. And the healing went well (tooth removal and bone graft). Patient care - Dr. Le called us at 9:00pm after the procedure to check up on us and see if there was any ongoing pain or additional follow up questions for him. Front desk staff - Elvie could improve on her customer service skills. We spoke to her on the phone and had questions prior to procedure. She made me feel like I was being a burden because I had questions. I do hope that she improves her customer skills because Dr Le is wonderful and she might have been losing him customers without him knowing it. We almost didn't go to Dr. Le but we chanced it because he came highly recommended by our dentist. Cost - We paid a fair price for the work that was done. Elvie did quote us $56 for the entire procedure from start to finish. But after getting an understanding of the procedure and hearing about the care that is needed, it was evident that no doctor would be charging $56. I would be running away from a doctor that did charge that amount. Office area - the office is kept very tidy, clean and organized. You can tell that doctor Le is someone that takes pride in his work. Alsooooo wowww! UCSF from start to finish!! I'm amazed by his credentials but even more amazed by how humble Dr. Le is. We'll be continuing our future procedures with him -- we have a few more oral surgeries to do. read more

You also are free to message or call him back anytime you have questions or concerns and he will answer them promptly!
