Upon arrival was greeted by two friendly staff members: Carina and Sandra. Once greeted my experience with the other staff Gaby that took very comprehensive 3D exam of my mouth. So far,all is well until, I sit with Dr Kim. He's a perfectionist and to say the least very well knowledged in my treatment plan. Of course, the plan comes with a HEFTY price! I'm sure his award plaques and wall decor is 30 plus of recommendation and recognitions. I stopped counting,and was focused on his knowledge. He was friendly and offered a treatment plan for which I am thankful for. I haven't moved forward with any procedure because of the cost. I did leave a $1k deposit,as I would like to have him complete my intensive oral surgery. Again,so far great service and understood my pain in my mouth and my wallet. For now, I can only share this much,as I have not had any physical procedure scheduled. No sales calls or pressure from office which I like. Once I am ready,I will update. For now,I can recommend on cleanliness of office,nice staff and knowledgeable Dr. Kim. I was referred to this office by my dentist. They work well with your primary dentist,great communication. I never saw Dr. Kim for a periodontal evaluation, left the office because the following reasons: 1. I arrived at 11:50am for my 12:00pm appointment and finished all paperwork by 11:55am. Waited 25 minutes with no acknowledgment from the receptionist or doctor. 2. I then asked the receptionist how much longer and she said maybe 5-10 minutes, umm...we do not have an open room. She did not sound truthful. 3. Her rationale was because I was early and that they don't normally have patient coming in early. Prior to my appointment, I received several text reminders which I confirmed via the link in the text. They should send appointment reminders to themselves! I came in at 1:50pm for my 2 PM appointment after being reminded like crazy via text about it for a month. This was a referral from my dentist for a consultation. At about 2:30pm, I noticed the two patients in the reception area before me were still there. One of them had an appointment at 1:30. She'd been waiting for one hour and counting! I asked the receptionist how long the delay would be and she said another half hour+ for mine. I had taken time out of my workday for this appointment and was disappointed. My wisdom teeth have been causing me a lot of discomfort as of late, and I've been really nervous about getting them extracted. Dr.Kim and his entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The procedure was quick, painless, and easygoing. I was practically shaking walking in but he was very reassuring that it would be fine, and it was! Post-op was just as easygoing as the extraction was, I've been recovering faster than I thought I would, all thanks to Dr.Kim. I can't recommend him enough!! read more

Dr. Kim is our family's periodontist. My family has a lot of problems with teeth and Dr. Kim has helped made our lives so much easier! My husband and my sister each has 3 dental implants done by Dr Kim. I was lucky enough that when my front tooth broke and I needed a dental implant, I know exactly who to go to. I came in for half a day, went to sleep, and woke up with a beautiful front tooth. Dr. Kim has extracted my tooth and put the implant post in while I was asleep. He was willing to work with my dentist so that my dentist can do a temporary tooth immediately. Being a female, I did not want to leave the office with a missing front tooth. I did not have any pain during or after the process. Of course, I took the pain meds he prescribed. I woke up the next morning, seeing that most of my gum has already healed. Dr. Kim has healing hands!! Seeing is believing!!! I highly recommend Dr. Kim!! By the way, he is very nice and easy to talk to!! read more

The clinic has a very pleasant atmosphere because of Dr Kim's great bedside manner. I have been going there for 3 years for various procedures and his level of service is excellent.
