I wish I could rate less. They are at my 4plex right now. Completely unannounced and with no knock on our door they started blasting years of gutter trash all over our property. Completely covered the Cadillac EV in the driveway. Plastered all my outdoor belongings. And ripped a hole in my canopy cover. The man rinsing stuff off with a hose why they couldn't just let us know and he quickly informed me he doesn't get paid enough to deal with me so call his boss. VERY unprofessional. The reps from Grace came to my house which is a two story craftsman and we did a walk around inspection. To my surprise they pointed out a place where my gutter had come away from the house. They offered me a great deal to treat the roof, get rid of the moss and clean and reattach the gutter. The work they did was superb, done quicker than expected as well as sooner than I'd thought they would. All the workers as well as the reps were courteous and professional. We recently had Grace Home Services out for a big package job on our house, we bundled gutter clean out, dryer vent clean out, driveway/stair pressure washing, soft washing siding and exterior window cleaning. The package deal was great and from the start of communication with the office staff, to the conversations I had with the crew who showed up to do the work, I felt like it was all explained well and there were no surprises. Our driveway and large staircase, which is the concrete with exposed aggregate, gained some traction back after the pressure washing, which is fantastic on top of it just looking better. We have a lot of gutters in awkward places and they managed to get to all of them, while not having access to our wet cedar shingle roof. The soft washing for the exterior of the house was awesome, you don't realize how mossy/dingy things are until they get cleaned. The windows are also spotless, no streaks left behind! Overall the value for getting all of these tasks done was great and well work it. We will be scheduling them back in the summer to clean our cedar shingle roof. Highly recommend! read more

About a half-day job to clean a 5300+ square foot, 2 story house roof, along with the pool house roof and an outdoor tool shed roof. Physically worked the moss off vs. the usual bleach spray technique. Left lines of zinc powder to help for the next 6 weeks or so. I haven't checked for leaks or damage - way too early for that - but it looks like they did a GREAT job and the crew was top notch professional with a great attitude. We recently had our roof and window cleaning done by this company. This was the first time we hired a company to clean our roof so I don't really have anything to compare their work to. With that said, I think they did a descent job cleaning the roof from what I can see. They only did the main roof and none of the side roofs. I was disappointed with their cleaning or the lack thereof. They scraped the moss off the roof and just left them everywhere. If the cleaning was not part of the package, it would have been nice to be informed. Windows - They charged us $199 for the window cleaning. I know for sure they didn't clean all of the windows because I was home the entire time they were here. They left soapy mess all over our outdoor grills and one of their broken mops in our yard. They promised to send me pictures of their work on the roof but I never received them. We paid about $780 for the entire job and I probably won't use their service again. I prefer to pay more to get better quality service. read more

Avoid using this company. They don't honor their contract. I hired them to clean my roof and clean up the moss after the cleaning. I had them add a line to the contract stipulating that they would clean up the moss and dump it in the yard waste bin or along the tree line. They showed up late, but appeared to do a decent job cleaning the roof, even though part of the time they were working in the dark. Afterwards I noticed that the anti-moss treatment was placed directly under the eaves, so even after multiple rain storms, there is still white powder on sections of my roof. Also, when I was mowing the lawn I found 3 wire brush heads left in the grass along with the plastic packaging for one of the brush heads. I also discovered that instead of dumping the moss in the tree line, they just piled up under my neighbor's rhododendron. I tried to contact the company multiple times, but I have not received a reply. Save yourself the headache and use a different company. read more

I don't know how this company has so many five stars. Here is a list of my complaints. 1. They were supposed to arrive in the morning. With no heads-up, day of they changed the time of arrival to 1pm-2pm. They showed up at 3-3:30pm. My husband and I left to pick-up our children and theGrace team had left, after completing nothing and never texted, called, or emailed me to say why they left. 2. They did not clean my garage roof. After standing on my garage and looking at things, but not cleaning it, I was told that the garage wasn't in the quote. Is my garage not part of my home? Why did they ever get on top of my garage and look at the shape it was in if they weren't going to clean it? 3. A small section of my roof wasn't touched and is still dirty. Not sure how they missed it, but at my height of 5 ft 2 in, I can see it. 4. The gutter that is right in front of the house still has moss on it! Don't recommend. read more

We can only easily see one side of our garage roof so we were glad to see Grace Roof Cleaning offered pictures after they finished. These pictures never were sent to us and I asked several times for them to be sent or for an update on if they were taken. They came out 90 days after the initial appointment (after I contacted them to schedule) and I again asked if they could take pictures and I was assured that they would. Either they didn't take pictures a second time or no one sent them to us. Again I asked several times and eventually they just stopped replying to me. Very unprofessional. Going through Yelp I got a few quotes, and they were reasonable price and had 5* and could fit me in pretty quickly so I decided to book them. I specifically asked if they provide before and after photos since that is a big deal for me since I can't see the top of the roof and they said that they do. A crew is 2 came within the time frame and started but left before they were able to show my the photos. I noticed an area that still had moss on lower awning and reached out and they did send out a person to get that resolved. But again when I asked for the photos they said it will be later and never got them. It makes me wonder if they they a good job on the areas I couldn't see. Since I did have to have them come back for the small portion I could see. Maybe that's why they won't send me the photos after a whole week now. I may change my rating if they ever send me the photos they promised, but at this point not getting much replies from them. Maybe this review will. Lastly, instead of putting the debris into the yard waste they put in my garbage bin instead which was a mess I had to clean up. read more

This was in the South Bellevue Area. Thanks goodness for Grace Roof cleaning, my home now looks fabulous and Matt and crew were great to work with. What I wish I had known: The gutter service touted as "interior, hand cleaned, airblown and power shot washed" is someone coming in with a powerful leaf blower and blowing the stuff in the gutters all over your yard/patio/driveway. This leaves a decent layer of dirt left in the gutters. While they aren't clogged I don't know that I would describe them as clean. A 2 man crew only spent 37 minutes here. I'm all for efficiency but when I asked to see the before and after photos I only got the after photos which I believe is because they weren't all that different from the before. In hindsight I could have taken my own leaf blower to the gutters instead of paying $600 only to have to clean up the mess left anyways. read more

I'm quite dissatisfied with their work 1. A lot of debris were left on my upper deck despite me pointing it out. 2. The skylights were not cleaned. They are part of the roof. If they were excluded, your quote should have stated that explicitly. 3. The debris filter in the down-sprout at the front of the house was clogged. They did a very good job cleaning the roof of my mother-in-law's home. We are getting the house ready to put up for sale. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because there were a couple appointment mix ups. They were suppose to show up on Saturday between 9-10 am but apparently it wasn't added to their schedule. Changed it to Monday between 2-4 and they showed up earlier when I wasn't there. They apologized and cleaned the roof of an outdoor shed free of charge to compensate for the mix up.
