I used them 2 months ago. Before booking we confirmed that it was gonna be 2 girls for about 2 to 3 hours. She sent one lady that stayed under 3 hours. Most counterwere not even fully wiped down. The lady didn't speak English so I couldn't communicate with her but my cleaners usually at least try to organize the counteracts when done such as push the toaster to the back wall but this wasn't even done. Looks like they didn't even trounce my kitchen counter to wipe away crumbs under the toaster. Everything else was not up to par. Looks like someone came thru and just did a quickie wipedown.if I wanted that I could have dinner it myself. Not paid 200... I still typed the lady well but was extremely unhappy with the service. The cleaners did a good job the first time they came, however after that, they started skipping major cleaning tasks and claimed that they did it (all stains on the cabinets, dust on window shades, stains on kitchen faucet was very visible, and apparently no one really cleaned those areas). Even though I provided brand new cleaning towels on each visit, they rudely insisted on using their towels which were in ripped condition, faded color due to many uses, and looked so ugly. This service was awesome! Super reliable, super quick at responding through phone calls and text. We moved out and needed a deep clean and they did just that. All corners of my super dusty Loft were wiped and cleaned. I noticed all edges of the floor trimming were cleaned and nothing was left with any grime. They were super great about me doing a walk though before paying to make sure everything was good, and when I noticed a spot on the floor, their cleaner was very eager and quick to clean it. I could even tell that she cleaned the walls!! My floors are the worst to clean, so I knew that there might have been some spots in the lighting that she may have not caught, but she left the place spotless. Great service! Our home cleaner was late but it sounds like it was out of his control as his keys were locked in his car. The company was very communicative and transparent about it. The gentleman who did the cleaning was very apologetic and respectful and also had good communication with us throughout the process. We left him and he spent about two hours cleaning which is a great value. We noticed some minor issues but it may have been due to our expectations being too high. Hired for a move-in deep clean. Home was mostly empty with freshly painted walls/baseboards so overall less work for the cleaners. The day of, received a call that to deep clean blinds would be an additional $150 since original quote includes only "dusting blinds". This was close to a 50% increase in original quote, but decided to go ahead given scheduling and timeline of other home repairs. We accidentally sent them the wrong address, flipping two numbers, which they originally wanted to attribute to price increase as well, but our actual home is less square feet. For a deep clean and the total price, expected to find our home sparkling. Unfortunately, seems to have been only a cursory wiping of surfaces as we have swept up dust from empty shelving, corners of rooms/empty closets and had to clean crevices of the fridge and restrooms ourselves. For kitchen deep clean, fridge and microwave were included. Our microwave was brand new so nothing for them to do there. Even so, there was a lack of attention to detail in cleaning the fridge. I've been working 7 days a week for quite some time. I haven't had the chance to really give my apartment the deep cleaning it deserved and it was way over due. Personally I would not recommend for a deep clean, but standard clean they do just fine. We hired this place for a deep clean for our kitchen and standard cleaning for our guest bathroom. When they arrived we pointed out specific areas we wanted them to focus on and left them to it. A couple hours later they let us know when they were done and wanted us to check and let them know if they missed anything. The bathroom looked good for a standard cleaning but we were extremely unimpressed with the kitchen. I specifically had to ask what the difference was between "deep clean" and "standard clean" because it looked as if they had only done a standard clean. There were still tons of spots we had to ask them to clean after they were supposedly done, and it was kinda annoying that we even had to ask considering they should have cleaned it already if they were doing a deep clean. The baseboards of the kitchen were something we had asked them to focus on when they initially arrived AND after they were "done" because we noticed they had half-assed them. I'm attaching a picture of what they looked like even after they left. Those baseboards should have been SPOTLESS by that point and they weren't. We also wiped down the kitchen counters after they left and the cleansing wipe was dirty (as shown in attached picture). And everything they cleaned looked super streaky. My roommate and I had to spend more time after they left to properly clean our place. I'm sorry but if we're spending a couple hundred dollars on a deep clean and we still have to clean more ourselves afterward, that is not a good job. I hate to write a bad review for a small business but we gave them a chance and completely wasted our money. read more

TERRIBLE. I SHOULD HAVE JUST DONE IT MYSELF. We had just bought our home and it was completely empty and pre-cleaned by sellers. I have previously worked in house cleaning, and didn't think this to be a big job (being empty and pre-cleaned). I wanted to support small business, and female owned at that. Since this was our first home, I wanted it to be fresh and deep cleaned before we started our life there, and thought it would be a nice treat to have it "professionally" cleaned. When I first contacted the company, I advised what I wanted done IN WRITING- a DEEP CLEAN- with attention to cupboards/shelves in closets, walls, windows (tracks and blinds), baseboards, fans, and carpets (only 2 bedrooms have carpet). I was assured all of these things were part of the deep clean (except the carpet, but they could do it). The reviews were positive, pics looked great, and the quote was the lowest I got. Perfect, or so I thought.... When the two crew showed up (30 minutes late), I AGAIN went over what I wanted walking around the house with them, because I know communication doesn't always trickle down from the top to those actually doing the work. The guy said "no problem", and I left thinking it would be a couple of hours, since there were two of them, and again, the house is pre-cleaned. I was a little concerned when they showed up with the same carpet cleaner I have at home (but was told carpet would be steam cleaned), but gave them the benefit of the doubt. FIVE AND A HALF HOURS LATER, at almost 9 pm, I went back over to see how they did, expecting my home to be sparkling. First, it was kind of dark in the home (remember- house is still empty) as I walked through. Second, I was rushed from room to room because "it was late and they wanted to go home". Uh, yeah, me too. Also was told that the carpet should be wet from the "steam clean", but was miraculously completely dry. As I asked about the things we had discussed, I was hurriedly told it was all done. As I walked around, it looked EXACTLY the same as it had before they got there, but I attributed it to not being well lit in the house. I was told I could pay Zelle, and after having the number verified by the crew member sent the $330 (which I now see was WAY more, since another review said she paid $120). I showed the same crew member that it was sent and had gone trough to the number he had verified. When it didn't show up immediately in the account, he stood behind my car so I couldn't leave. After 5-10 minutes, I told him I had somewhere to be, and asked if he could move. The next morning, around 7 am, I got a text that the money wasn't there. After again verifying the number and sending screenshots of the debited amount out of my account, I was told the number (which the crew member told me was right the night before) was wrong. So I had to sit on the phone with the bank to cancel and resend.which I was ok with doing, because I was reassured they did everything we discussed. When I went back that day to take a few clothing items over, I saw what was really done- NEXT TO NOTHING. The shelves and hanging bar were covered in dirt and something sticky (in both bedrooms), AND there were cobwebs(!), so I had to clean them myself. Strike 1. As I looked around the rooms, I saw dark smudges, hand prints, and marks on the walls, doors and door jambs. They were incredibly obvious, not something you have to try and look for. Strike 2. By that time, I was getting incredibly pissed. I went to look in the kitchen cupboards. 1 shelf out of the whole kitchen was wiped off, and there were huge cobwebs and dust bunnies on the open shelf above the sink. What did you do for 5 1/2 hours????? STRIKE 3. I could keep going (like about the dirty fans, dirty baseboards, dirty floors, etc), but I'm getting pissed again, and am trying to keep this review professional. But I have approximately 15 or so photos of things that were supposed to be done that weren't. I called and talked to the crew member who was there before, and he said he would come back and fix it. Cool. Went over the stuff when he got there, and he blamed it on the other girl, who cleaned the kitchen. But what about the bedrooms, buddy? We were in the process of trying to bring a few small things over, while they cleaned. After awhile, he found me as I was getting ready to leave. He said everything was done and walked me through the kitchen. There were still grease spots on the wall, but he said that they couldn't get them off. Also, he rushed me again, because this was an unscheduled visit and they had somewhere else to be. Fortunately for them, so did I. So again, I took him at his word that they did all that we had (again) discussed. Guess what? They didn't. Needless to say, I was livid. I decided that if I contacted them, it was not going to be a respectful, professional conversation. So I decided to let it go. Mistake 2 (Mistake 1 was hiring them). I found them on yelp and they were super responsive. We made an appointment for 6pm but they called me around 12 and asked if they could come earlier which was fine because I wasn't working that day. My space is a small studio. 3 of them showed up and got straight to work. I paid for a deep cleaning and everything seemed to be fine when they left but after I found lots of cobwebs left behind, sound bar wasn't moved and cleaned underneath, lots of things weren't dusted. On a positive note, the bathroom was really gross and they did a great job cleaning that. I would use them again but I would spend more time showing them what I need done. read more

I do live in the city so there's only metered parking which I ended up paying for them to park. Normally as a business they would pay it themselves and use it as a business expense. I left to run errands while they cleaned. I even left I think a $10 or $20 tip for them before I left. Bathrooms were good, they didn't touch my bedroom for whatever reason, bed wasn't made, floors did not look properly mopped as I could see my previous cleanup whenever my dogs made an accident in the house.
