Very disappointed with this company. I have used them now for a couple of years to clean our primary home and our rental home, but recently there was an incident that really soured our experience with them. In our primary home I had requested our fridge be cleaned (an extra $45 fee), but one of the cleaners broke a shelf in our fridge while she was washing it in the sink. She was very honest and upfront about it, and I understand that accidents happen. When her manager Stephany, was notified, she told me that they would try to replace the shelf. I offered to replace it myself if they just credit me the difference on my invoice. She agreed to this. Later that night, I noticed that there was tons of shattered glass still on our sink and that our sink disposal was not working. We ended up calling a friend of ours who is a plumber to help unclog it after hours. I also noticed there were several spots in our fridge that were not clean. I was annoyed, but ultimately reasoned that the cleaner was probably focused on dealing with the broken glass and missed those spots.. whatever, it happens. When I received my invoice, they left the fridge cleaning fee in there. I immediately messaged Stephany and asked her to remove the $45 fee, since the fridge was not thoroughly cleaned, and plus all of the added hassle of our broken shelf and all of the glass cleanup that they failed to take care of in our sink, which essentially broke our sink disposal. They refused to remove the fee and instead offered to have the cleaners come out to wipe the spots in the fridge they missed. I told her I was not comfortable with them coming back and would instead appreciate the fee removed. She insisted that she would not, which is absolutely ridiculous. I felt I was being extremely fair and understanding, and this company is not taking accountability for their mistakes. They would rather lose a loyal customer than just remove $45 on an invoice because of "company policy," even if the work was not done properly and resulted in a lot more hassle for their customer. They didn't do a good job for a deep clean move out. Originally they were charging $175 for two hours but they convince me to go for 3hr cleaning instead so they could make my place look tip top detailed clean. My place wasn't that dirty to begin with and I agreed to pay because I was in a good mood and trying to help out small business. So they added additional $65, however, the place didn't look tip top detailed clean as promised!! Come on here, I'm trying to help them out but they left my place just so so clean, which pisses me off! I mean this kind of cleaning I could have done myself! When I hire professionals to do the job I want it to be top notch clean, especially if they were praying for me to pay additional $65 for that. Oh the best part is that they claimed they stayed for 3hrs but I asked my neighbor to keep track on them and they didn't!!!! They supposed to come 9am and finished 12pm but they claimed they were there 8:36am and left 11:30am. My neighbor left her place 8:55am and that's when she saw them coming into my place. I've been using this cleaning company for about 2 years now and have been really happy! If there's ever been a small issue they take care of it right away. I can trust them to clean my house and not worry about anything breaking or missing. I always call last min and they can always fit me in which is great! They just redid the way they clean houses and send 4 people at a time so it is quick, VERY EFFICIENT, and they get way more done than before. Inconsistent, and integrity issues. I used this company for a few years, and depending on the crew they send the quality of the job done varies greatly. Some of the ladies do an amazing job and add little thoughtful touches which were wonderful. But you don't always get the same team, and it makes a dramatic difference. I continued to use them until there was an issue with integrity, where I paid for 2 (or 2.5 I can't recall) hours of service, but the team only stayed a portion of that time then sat in their vehicle for the remaining time so the gps would reflect them being at my home the allocated duration. I had video footage confirming when they arrived and left, yet they claimed they were there the whole time and initially refused to credit me the difference for the time they just sat in their car. This would have only been a slight issue if the tasks they completed were thorough and was a complete job and they just happened to finish early, but it wasn't. These ladies work hard, and mostly I'm ok paying for the job done than the actual time they were here, but there were several things untouched and not cleaned that generally would have been. So that coupled with the dishonesty is what made me decide I couldn't use this company any further. read more

They came out a second time because there was still dirty on baseboards, cabinets inside and out still had to be wiped down and crumbs cleaned out. My packages were opened, our parking passes for the community is missing, and our remotes for our ceilings fans were thrown away. Just finished "deep cleaning" my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home for $195. Not worth it. Advertised deep clean...its more like a shallow wipe down... I'm currently 1 week postpartum and needed my house to be cleaned for the baby. Things were wiped but not well... dust left in corners, windows still have my kids fingerprints on them... kitchen just mop and cabinets not fully wiped down well (still see some stains). Living room not even dusted next to tv. I showed one lady the hairs and dust left on the floor inb the bathroom and how behind toilet it need to be dusted and mopped...she wiped it down.. but the 2nd bathroom..still the same problem...if i mentioned it once, i would hope i dont need to say it again. if i knew they were going to do a not so thorough job, i wouldnt have hired period. Feel like i got ripped off. I text the owner of this company that i wasn't fully satisfied. Not even an apology. When they say deep cleaning... they don't mean it. TLDR: Dishonest pricing, subpar work, rude customer service I used to love Premium Cleaning Service and used them a few times since 2020, but over the last year, both their quality and their customer service has taken a nose dive. The last time I booked a deep clean with them, they left several surfaces dusty. The final straw came when they wouldn't honor their pricing. They told my sister that windows, windowsills, and shutters were included in the total fee ($250 for 3 hours), and they told me that it was an additional $45. I pointed out that they had told my sister something different (for the same house and within a few days of each other), and sent them the screenshot of their original promise to include windows. Instead they dug in their heels, made up some baseless rule that it depended on how many windows are in the house (never mentioned before), and then tried to say that there must have been a pricing change. Two stars still for a decent (not great) job. Owner is now demanding full payment despite missing one in a two room house! That's half my house. Before hiring read the reviews. It's their MO to give a quote promising a deep cleaning with the full scope of work. It was a regular cleaning in which they don't finish because the ladies are too busy talking to each other. I offered to pay what my regular cleaning ladies charge to clean the whole house. This is more than they deserve. They clearly breached the agreement. However they blame it on the state of my house and the fact that I have pets. The house needed to be cleaned. That's why they were hired. They were told about the pets. They continue to insult peoples homes and use that as an excuse not to do the job for which they were hired. Which is cleaning! Update: a month later and stephanie is texting me again telling me that I did not pay her. I paid for the one room they cleaned. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Read the bad reviews! They will come into your house house, spend two hours talking with each other, skip a room (and say that it was filled with animals while there was one cage with three Guinea pigs), do a half ass job and then blame it on your house! Yes my house needed to be cleaned. That's why this company was hired. Not to spend their time talking and hanging out! Also attached is the initial description of my house (1100 sq feet, two bedrooms, 2 baths with pets) and their promise of what they would do. None of it was done!
