Average at best, not terrible, but not great either. For a big job (31 windows and screens and 1 sliding glass door) I was clear about the fact that I have 31 windows in a 2 story house. Initially, 1 guy was sent to clean by himself. He was very nice, I just knew that the job was, at the very least, a 2 person job. I expressed this concern and was advised that - possibly - an additional person would come later to help. Around 1:30 or 2:00, 2 other people showed up. At this point, it was obvious everyone was kind of rushing to get the job done. As a result, 1 upstairs bedroom screen was missed. It was on the floor. They had to come back out the next day to clean it and put it back in the window. The windows and screens look much better than they did, although some dirt was missed in most, if not all, the tracks. Clearly, the job was under-bid at $380.00 given the scope. I feel terrible for the team because, based on the price I paid, they couldn't possibly be getting paid very much to do all this hard work. In fairness, I haven't had the windows cleaned since the home was built in 2018. A better approach, however, would have been for him to come out to the property to view the windows and screens in person and quote the appropriate price, rather than trying to come in at a low price, but under-bid and give a rushed job. read more

I hired Samy to clean my clients house ( move out cleaning) house was empty. she didnt clean very well, bathroom floor wasn't clean, spider webs wasn't removed! she didnt clean the windows or remove the dust. I dont know, she was hired to clean the house but it wasn't clean as it should. she did the basics, like sweeping and vacuuming the carpets, I'm not satisfied. I used Clean Break service for our 1000sqft apartment cleaning. They came half an hour later. Initially they said that 2 persons will come. However, three people came. We wanted our apartment windows-doors, bathrooms and kitchen cleaned. They worked for two hours and cleaned everything very well. They needed no instruction or help during the process. They removed the cooked items and vegetables from fridge, cleaned the fridge and kept them back. Cleaned all the cabinet doors. They also cleaned the bathrooms very well, specially shower doors. Other than this, they made the bed, cleaned tables and other items, vacuumed carpets and moped the floor. Cleaned all the trash. They had the least quotes compared with others and turned out well for our small apartment. I would definitely hire them later. Some notes : (1) Would prefer if they use shoe covers (or we can offer them next time). (2) they did not remove cobwebs on top corners of some of the rooms, perhaps, i should have mentioned. Not a big deal. (3) They play their own music (not loud) during cleaning. Was not a problem for us. read more
