After speaking to multiple service providers and getting not-so-good service from one of them, I landed upon with Prime. They were highly recommended by our close friends, so we hired them without doing much research or looking at the reviews here. Carla, Ana and Fransisca arrived at 8:10 AM and were off to a start in 5 minutes. They were all masked up and very fast! Within sometime I could just find how clean some corners or places became, almost like new. Our appliances looked as if they were just unpacked after purchase ! I had not even mentioned , but they cleaned my Airfryer which was lying on the counter top! Our floors which are hardwood on living and downstairs were flush washed and looks new now. For a few hours I did not feel like walking with my soft indoor slippers ! They were immaculately cleaned. I have asked for monthly maintenance cleaning just going by how meticulous they were in the first cleaning. Horrible cleaning job! I Damaged my bathroom fixtures. I hired them for a move in clean, I am attaching pictures of the job. They are not professional cleaners. They are not insured or bonded. Did a horrible horrible job. They used a metal scrubber on the shower heads despite me asking them not to and completely destroyed the finish. The window tracks, the bathroom, the inside of the cabinets had dirt and hair still sticking to it after they had "cleaned" it. Highly unsanitary cleaning - they use dirty rags, the same mop/ cleaning supplies in all homes despite COVID. I sent all the pictures to the manager Tony - no apology was received and he did not pay for the damage to the shower head. Complete waste of my time and I had to hire professional cleaners again. read more

I needed a full deep clean on short notice. I had construction done on my home and I was staying at a hotel and wanted a full deep clean prior to moving back in. Tony was very accommodating and fit me into his schedule with only two days notice. Easy to communicate with. Unfortunately his crew of two maids, Karla and Dora didn't even do 25% of what I hired them for. I left for the three hours and returned to find they only vacuumed and cleaned two showers. Mirrors were dirty, nothing was dusted, appliances weren't cleaned, window sills still had dead flies, cupboards dirty...I could go on and on about what was still dirty...literally everything! My sink still had dried toothpaste. I also noticed everything was in disarray. Books on my shelf were laying sideways and everything was out of place. They didn't even wipe down the kitchen table but left the chairs sticking out 2 to 3 feet. I was beyond disappointed because I had finally been able to move back home and just wanted a clean home to come home to and finally get a good nights rest. It was so bad it seem like it had been done on purpose. I went out of my way to thank them and be super nice and told them if they need anything don't hesitate to call me while I was gone. I texted Tony and sent him pictures. He expressed his disbelief and said this was the first time it had happened. I find that very odd based on his proposed resolution. His resolution was to only charge me 50%. I couldn't understand why he would want to charge me 50% when they didn't even do 25% of what I hired them for. If anything, they cost me more work and money by breaking my blinds. When I questioned him why he would be charging me he apologized and said there would be no charge. I offered for him to come by and take a look at it so he knew I wasn't exaggerating and in any way but he told me the pictures said it all. I am now left with blinds that have smeared dirt all over them into the fabric strings and they even broke one set of blinds that are for a custom size window. When they wipe the blinds down it then left dirty water that dried in horizontal lines on the window glass behind it. Not cheap or easy to find based on the measurements (10' window). When I texted him a picture of the broken blinds he then started ignoring me and hasn't responded. I just spent the last two hours disinfecting my house. I had to disinfect and clean everything they may have touched. Every door handle, every window (11 windows with 2 slides each), every faucet, etc. I am so exhausted and defeated I just want to cry. Save yourself the troubles. Do not use this company. When I hired them I never could've imagined it could end up this bad and causing me extra work. At this point I should've just done it myself. I hope to hear from him soon on how he would like to resolve the broken blinds situation and I will then provide an update. RUN as far as you can! You've been warned! read more

I was initially a bit skeptical about their quality as their quote is a little below average; however, in the end, I was super happy. I'll defintely re-hire them again. Tony always responds short time, and provided clear appointment & guidance. On the service day, the maid and Tony was working very hard and carefully. Very professional work on the refrigerator and cooking range. The price was flat, not hourly, but they didn't cut the time - they actually worked longer than I thought, making sure everything was clean. I had them come out for a deep cleaning. I've attached the messages from the owner describing what is included in the deep cleaning. I asked about the negative review they have on here and he says that he pulled his team before they finished which I now know is most likely a lie. Two ladies were at my home for 3.5 hours undisturbed by me. The only thing that was cleaned was the one toilet and a half a** job in the first bathroom. In 3.5 hours. The oven wasn't touched, the stove top wasn't thoroughly cleaned, they left cleaning spray on the burners which I've attached photos of, and they didn't dust anything! The floor is still dirty, and the kitchen is too. The owner apologized for them not cleaning up to my standards which is condescending AF, but they should have cleaned to a business standard. This is insane! How do they have all these 5 star reviews? Do they choose who they clean well for and who doesn't deserve it?
