I would've liked to give them a good review, but unfortunately, like many cleaning companies, they do a good job to start and then begin to cut corners. I did use them for about 8 years or so due to simply being too busy to go through the process of finding a new cleaner, but I couldn't take it any longer. Throughout using their services, there were several times they arrived earlier or later than expected which threw off my daily schedule. There were several times where I was asked if they could shift a day or time and I almost always accommodated their request. However, the one time I asked to shift a time, I was refused. The initial agreement included cleaning living/dining/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 3 baths. During covid, I went down to 1 bedroom needing to be cleaned, but there was no change in price. When I brought it up after I had realized, I got nothing in return. No refund, no extra cleaning... that's just the rate now despite it never being discussed prior. I began noticing inconsistent cleaning... bathrooms weren't being cleaned as they once were, items not returned to their proper place, window sills stopped getting cleaned, etc. They constantly scuffed the kitchen island wall by banging stools against it which I had to repaint. They ruined a marble counter top by using the wrong cleaning product and didn't bother to tell me. Many times, they have left random leave cleaning items around (towels, cleaners, step stool), signaling a clear lack of attention to detail. Over the years, they had broken a few items and didn't tell me until I confronted them. I understand accidents happen, but when something breaks, the owner should be notified immediately. Finding out later only makes it worse. When I would bring these things up to company, it would get better for a couple visits and then back to subpar standards. When I recently cancelled service, I told the person I spoke with I would like to talk with owner to address my concerns and perhaps I could be talked into continuing service if it got back to being consistent. I never heard from anyone. read more

I had my windows, sliding doors, skylight, and 2 ceiling fans in the back patio cleaned last week. When it came to scheduling the appt, they were on top of their game Pros: window glasses were cleaned well They finished the job in an hour Cons: 1) small window in the second bathroom got missed and was not cleaned. 2) small window in the first bathroom got damaged. It doesn't secure in place when in locked position. When I opened it after they left it hit my forehead. The tracks were not cleaned. 3) ceiling fans had still dust on the top and sides of the ceiling fans. Looks like they were just wiped dry and not washed with water and cleaning detergent. 4) skylight screen was not tucked in place. One corner was hanging loose. 5) cleaning of the tracks in the window sills and patio doors were not consistent. A number of them had traces of dirt. The screen edges were not wiped off so the dirt still shows even if the screens were washed down. 6) finishing the job fast does not always translate to finishing the job thoroughly and efficiently. I have tried 2 other places before and didn't have these issues. When I called the second time to report about the skylight, Greg told me that the bathroom window was already broken before the cleaning which I strongly refuted as a lie. That window tightly locked. His guy just forced it hard when he opened it and I actually heard a loud noise. He should have reported to me about it when it happened rather me discovering it after they left. This company was referred to me by my close friend in the neighborhood. I was apprehensive at first because of the bad reviews. Lessons learned, be sure to check the work needed to be done before they leave your place. I didn't think I have to micromanage the workers but as someone else told me you may have to since you pay for it. The second team that came back was better and pointed out the issues. There is a language barrier too since they could not fully understand what I'm saying in English. It was the lead who would translate them in Spanish. read more

The easiest and biggest thing to spot was the dirty baseboards and they completely overlooked it. I had to clean the baseboards myself so at that point, why did I hire anyone to do it? Supervisor was condescending and saying since it's something small, they can send cleaners back. Only knocked off $10. Do not recommend. See photos of before and after, and I personally cleaned them. The former tenants left my rental in terrible condition. I quickly looked on Yelp in search of a fantastic cleaning provider, and I discovered Green USA cleaning. It was a quick and easy process to get in contact with them and schedule an appointment. Given the condition the unit was left in, I didn't think much could be done. Today was my first time using Green USA Cleaning Company's services. Right from scheduling the service with Daniel, the entire process was very smooth. They even send you a reminder of your service which I thought was very cool. Anahi, Gabriella and Andrea did an excellent job cleaning my home today. They reached on time and got to work immediately. They split up the work and did a spectacular job of making my home super clean and shiny. Really, all my appliances are sparkling clean. They did a thorough job cleaning the bathrooms. One little detail that I really loved was the fact that they cleared out all trash and put in new trash bags. They also did a great job cleaning my plantation shutters that I have throughout my home. Contracted this cleaning company with custom statement of work (SOW) speaking twice to the customer service representative (Carla?) and, of course, was promised Sun and the Moon in order to get a contract. Rep promised that all service requests were noted down and once crew arrives on site they will call me with better cost estimate and clarification on the SOW (work supposed to be done in unsupervised mode without me present). Result: they arrived but never was called. SOW on garage items that I particularly was asking for not done. Very poor service, stay away. Cannot work in unsupervised mode. read more

I was disappointed in this company. Sucks too because we had such high expectations with the great reviews. This happened awhile ago but this situation still bothers me. Here's some reasons for my 1 star. 1st. Daniel gave my appointment away to someone else because I didn't answer my phone fast enough (was driving). So I had to wait another week. 2nd. They were 3 1/2 hours late!!!!! & I had to get in touch with them to find out if they were still even going to come. They said they were on the way & it wouldn't be more than 20 minutes but another hour went by. 3rd. I felt they rushed the job because they were late & got put behind. So many things were not touched that were on the list. 4th. No one ever did a walk through or asked what I'd like done & no one checked their job after being finished like I read they do with other customers. I was hoping a manager of some sort would call me later to follow up. But no. I paid close to $300 for a $100 cleaning job. They didn't clean everything that was listed. By time they showed up to my house it was a little after 4pm so they wanted to go home & were in a rush to do so. I thought it was also a little strange, one of the girls used my cell phone charger to charge her phone. I don't mind that but she ended up taking it home & bringing it back an hour later. Lol. Not sure what happened with that. After they left I did all the touch ups. I'm disappointed because I was looking for a bi-weekly cleaning service but I can't do it with this company. read more

Previously there were grime everywhere on the kitchen sink, cooktop, tub and despite my effort I can't get rid of them. The green USA cleaning restored them as I just bought them. Everything is clean including the hard to clean corners. The cleaning guys are very friendly to us. The outside cleaning is also good, getting rid of dirt, cobweb and mold on the concrete. Fradulent company - DO NOT HIRE THEM. I had hired this cleaning company for a cleaning service at my property in San Jose on 2/13/24 . They quoted 2 hours for cleaning. the cleaners arrived at the house. The cleaner confirmed that they will finish the cleaning job in 2 hours. This was recorded in text. The cleaners left the home dirty and did not do the job. I sent pictures of the same to the cleaning company. The cleaning company representative initially said that they will send the cleaners again to fix the job. They did not do so. I then received another call from them saying that will charge for 30 minutes extra cleaning time to send the cleaners again to fix the job. This was contradictory to the initial terms of service. Their website also clearly mentions a satisfaction guarantee which they violated. They had themselves confirmed that they will complete the cleaning job in 2 hours after they arrived at the home. I had to take 1 more day off from work and hire another cleaning company on 2/15/2024 to clean the house. I have reported this company to the better business bureau. read more

We called this Carpet cleaning company for first time, ask them for advertising ad which was two rooms 80$. And kitchen te and grout 2$ per square foot. Their service exceeded my expectations. The only minor cons were that they were a few minutes later than their arrival window (which they apologized for), and that they send too many text messages and emails regarding the appointment. The bottom line is, they did a great job and worked much harder than I asked them to, since the carpet was in bad shape and I didn't expect much. In fact, they got out practically all the stains, which I didn't expect them to do. They were efficient and friendly, and they stuck to their estimate! After seeing all the time and effort they put in, I fully expected to be charged up to double, but they asked for the original amount even after I offered more (so I increased my tip). In order to leave this review I had to establish an account but it was necessary to let you know about this company, its owners and staff! 2 weeks ago I had my home deep cleaned by Green USA Cleaning. 5 stars is not enough! 4 people arrived. 3 to clean the house and 1 to wash the windows. They were kind, professional and thorough. They were here many hours. I had people that had cleaned my home for over 20 years and I got used to the way it was done monthly. Sometimes they were great and sometimes - not so much - but I didn't want to let them go. Then circumstances led to their leaving. I didn't know where to turn so I turned to Yelp and found Green USA Cleaning. After chatting with the owner, Daniel, we decided on a deep cleaning to prepare for Green USA to continue on a regular basis. We set a date and they arrived at the agreed upon time. I must admit I thought sending 3 cleaners and 1 window washer was a bit over kill - but they went to work and I retreated to my office. Occasionally they would ask a question about how I would like something done and then went about doing it. A couple of times I went in to watch what they were doing because they were very quiet and there was NO CHEMICAL smell. I watched them clean the base boards and crown molding and I became extremely embarrassed. They were filthy and I was shocked. They cleaned the shutters and I was shocked at the dirt that came from them. I have been using Green USA Cleaning Company for over a couple of months now for my Airbnb home and I have to say that they are really good at what they do. Daniel is very helpful and he works well with our schedule. My guests really love the place and comment on how great the house is. It is really helpful for a cleaning company to know how to clean up for the next Airbnb guest, and I especially love how they make the beds. It really does feel warm, inviting and welcoming. Additionally, for an Airbnb home you need a lot more things to be taken care of compared to regular cleaning, including laundry, changing linens, gift baskets and other small things we request them to do. It is also really nice that Daniel makes sure the same crew comes to our house so they are familiar with things around and can take care of it well. I also like the fact that I can easily schedule using an app (HouseCall) and I can get regular notifications about the cleaning schedule and progress. His crew themselves do an absolutely fantastic job, but the real star is Daniel. He is so friendly, accommodating and professional and he makes the experience so easy and stress-free. The only issue we have had with this company was on the weekend however. The weekend clean we recieved was less than stellar. I've used this service 3 times. The first time was amazing, cleaners were meticulous and thorough. A crew of three came on a Saturday and went through out house in probably 4 hours, including an intense cleaning of our stove. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms looked amazing. They even did the hotel thing where they fold the toilet paper and put new plastic baggies in trash cans. My wife and I were both really happy with the job they did. The second time was probably the worst of the three. Despite claiming to use green products, and assuring us that was the case to ease concerns about our newborn, the cleaners used so many chemicals in our bedroom that it set off multiple CO2 alarms. We actually called the fire station because we wanted to be sure there was no leak, and after coming to check the firemen reported no leak but said it was most likely due to cleaning supplies. Even putting aside the visit by the firemen, the cleaning itself was worse. Our sink had marks in it and we were told that's just how that type of sink is, but it sparkled after the first cleaners came. We didn't feel great about this visit. So why would we use them a third time? This last weekend we were moving back home after a kitchen remodel and were eager to get all the dust cleaned off the floor so we wouldn't have to worry about the baby breathing in garbage. Our contractor had experienced delays, so we needed a last minute cleaner that was willing to come in on a Saturday. We tried to get the cleaning crew that we had the first time, but were told that the head of that crew no longer worked for them. A set of three cleaners showed up on time and spent a couple of hours cleaning the house. Some parts of the kitchen were still not done (backsplash tiles), and since all appliances were new we really only needed them to wipe the countertops and clean out cabinets in addition to one bedroom and the floors. The sliding door looked great, stairs were vacuumed and overall the house was cleaner than before, but we did have to go through and clean several spots ourselves afterwards. I definitely wouldn't say it was worth the $260 we paid and we probably won't be using them again. Green Cleaners is great on the business side of things. They text and email beforehand to remind you of your appointment, they have good communication throughout. Based on our first cleaning it would be a 5 star service. Based on the last two it would be closer to two stars, and an expensive two stars at that. read more

Mila is the best! She's been cleaning our houses for many years now and we trust her completely. She gives a lot of attention to detail and you never have to ask her twice. She's punctual, clean, sincere, hard-working and having a fixed schedule works the best I think. Ad-hoc requests might not be the best way to go as she's very organized and her calendar has very limited openings. The products that she uses are also usually organic and non-toxic, which is great for the long term use of your household surfaces and also for the environment!
