Not only is the carwash itself subpar when it is open (which is maybe an hour a day) this place is down right fraudulent when it comes to cancelling the membership! When I wanted to cancel the monthly pass I was told it had to be in writing, so I emailed all my information requesting a cancellation and it was completely ignored. When I saw I had been charged again I tried calling to get the pass cancelled. After several times being just straight hung up on when requesting a cancellation I had to call my bank to do a charge back as my only means of cancelling this membership. If you do use this carwash, which I don't recommend, AVOID the monthly pass. It's a trap.

In their contract, it states they require a 24 hour notice for any rescheduling. I guess that only works one way. It has been a month and I still have not received my deposit. Completely unprofessional and a thief. I wouldn't recommend them to clean my worst enemies vehicle. STAY AWAY for this scumbag.
