I just got my car detailed. I was able to text Rich as I had some questions. He responded within a reasonable amount of time. I had originally made an appointment to do just an Exterior Detailing. I only noticed later that there was a special running for a Full Detail. I asked him if it was possible for me to upgrade to the Full Detail package special. He said it would be possible. There was clear communications about costs and any surcharges (pet hair and/or very dirty vehicles). I really appreciated this as I didn't want to be caught without enough cash. Rich arrived a little early (better early than late in my opinion) and we did a walk through of my vehicle. He is friendly and professional. Explained everything to me. I have WeatherTech mats, and he informed me that cleaning those were included in the Full Detail package. He finished within the 3 hour estimate. My car looks brand new inside and out. My brother got me the interior and exterior detailing as a birthday gift because he said my car needed an "intervention" haha! Rich and his colleague showed up on time and were done in 1.5 hours. Mainly the interior needed a lot of attention as my car is almost 10 years old and admittedly I'm good at maintaining the mechanics of my car but not so much the interior. They managed to get out a stain in the back of the car that I've tried to but just didn't come out. I really find that their business being mobile is wonderful. After doing my research on Yelp, I decided to hire Rich based on the strong reviews for a Stage 1 paint correction and ceramic coating. Unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to the expectations set by those reviews. There were a few red flags from the start. During my appointment, Rich emphasized that he needed to get to his other appointment, which made me concerned that the job might be rushed. About 45 minutes after he began working on my car, he called to say it would be ready in 15 minutes. That immediately raised doubts, since a proper Stage 1 paint correction and ceramic coating typically take at least 2-3 hours to complete. When I arrived, it was clear the work hadn't been done thoroughly. The hood was barely corrected, and Rich pointed out himself that the front and rear bumpers, along with the lower portions of the doors, hadn't been polished. Those areas still looked as if debris or residue remained on the surface. I mentioned the imperfections I noticed, and he quickly went over the missed spots, but that "fix" took no more than 15 minutes, which again felt rushed. Another major issue was the change in price. Rich had quoted me one rate through Yelp, but on the day of the appointment, the price unexpectedly increased by $100, not due to any additional work or changes in scope. He even denied quoting the original price altogether until I showed him the written confirmation from our prior messages. That experience alone left a poor impression of professionalism and integrity. During his visit and again when I came to review the "completed" job, I also pointed out a noticeable scratch on the quarter panel. Rich initially insisted that the scratch went through the clear coat and paint and couldn't be removed. After I asked him to try correcting it, he went over it and was, in fact, able to remove it, which made it even clearer that attention to detail was lacking throughout the rest of the job. After allowing the ceramic coating to cure for 24 hours in my garage, I inspected the car more closely and found numerous surface scratches and swirl marks still visible throughout the paint; clear signs that the correction process hadn't been done properly before applying the ceramic. Bottom line, this service felt rushed and inconsistent with what a professional Stage 1 paint correction and ceramic coating should deliver. The quality and attention to detail were far below expectations. No better than what you'd get from a standard hand wax or car wash. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend confirming pricing, timeframes, and deliverables upfront to ensure you receive the level of care and workmanship you're paying for. read more

I usually don't leave reviews but this one definitely deserves one. After researching and reading reviews, I decided to reach out to Rich and inquire about ceramic coating of my car. We exchanged a few texts and phone calls about the process and products involved, I then decided on using coating with 10 year warranty. He told me about the special that he was running and gave me the special offer for the 10 year warranty coating. Rich showed up 10 minutes before our appointment and was well prepared. He was professional, respectful and pleasant, just like the way he sounded on the phone. He estimated about 2 hours of work and was done just on time. The car came out really shining and Rich took care of a few problematic areas that I have pointed out to him before the start of the project. I have never had ceramic coating done and was really happy about how the shiny the car looks. He kept the work area (my driveway) neat and clean. He also offered a free car wash about a month after the coating is done to make sure no areas needed touch up. Mixed feels also. I had pre booked several days in advance online and did choose Easter Sunday since it worked out for my busy schedule but that's not something I celebrate and many times showed up. I'm not a morning person either but luckily I woke up earlier and only then did I get a text asking to move my time up much earlier and that they'd be there in 30 mins or so but it was more like 5 mins and I was already frantically moving items out of my car and felt rushed/distressed. Only one guy came and I did get the full detail and it was way too freakishly fast and felt like they super rushed it and didn't do a good job the first time as I found several spots I still had to clean myself after and the interior roof and window shades also looked missed and some other areas. Basically, it def wasn't a "full" detail and I felt like he gave up on the rear mat which was in rough shape but it didn't even feel wet or that much of an attempt was made. I reached out nicely afterwards noting the missed spots to see if they can come back but it was a bit awkward coordinating and the response time wasn't as quick as I'd like. I did get a slight discount since there was a holiday deal and it was somewhat convenient, but overall wasn't 100% satisfied as I expected a better job the first time and full effort on everything. Additionally the last minute schedule change was not appreciated at all as it threw me off the rest of my day. If you know you want to take time off that should be taken off the website and coordinated with the client to reschedule much earlier. read more

Scheduled a Signature Cleaning for 4:30 pm on a Thursday. Thursday at noon, they called me back asking if they could push me out to 6 pm because another customer booked a cleaning at 4 pm. I said there wouldn't be enough sunlight for 2+ hours of cleaning, and Rich said he was going to call the other customer to see if they could be moved. He never called back to confirm anything, so I assumed I'm still set at 4:30 pm. I left work 2 hours early to empty and prep my car for them so it would save them some time. Even had snacks and drinks ready because it's a pretty hot day. 45 minutes after my scheduled time, and NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED. I called them at 5:15 pm, and Rich said that he thought I said 6 pm was fine, which I never agreed to. Cancelled the appointment and will NOT be recommending them to anyone. Rich and his buddy did a great job at making my car look and feel fresh again. It was the first detail I've had in the 8 years I've owned my car. When I noticed some crumbs that were still stuck in the tiny holes of my seat, they were happy to grab their brush and vacuum to get the crumbs out the best that they could. As a team, they were efficient with their time and did a way better job than what I could have done. However, I do have to take away a star due to the scheduling mishap. I made an appointment for 11am, but no one showed up. So I reached out around 11:18am asking if somebody was going to come by. Rich called me and said he had me in his calendar for 4pm and asked if that was still okay. I had some errands I needed to take care of anyway and was able to move my schedule around to accommodate the later time. At around 1:36pm while I was out taking care of some errands, Rich had finished early with another client and said he would be at my place around 2:20pm. I had to rush back home and he ended up arriving at my place around 2:10pm. The nice thing about mobile detailing is that it's supposed to be convenient since they are traveling to you for their service, but I think the convenience was taken from me when I felt like I had to keep my entire day open to accommodate his changing schedule. Other than that, the detailing work was great. He even waxed my tiny spoiler lol. read more

amazing service! i spilled a banana matcha in my car and it got in compartments i didn't even know existed. i spoke to a few different services before deciding on supreme shine because the spill went into an area that i thought may require seat removal. rich was the only one who said that he would be able to remove the seat if needed. thankfully, he didn't need to - he was able to move the seat around to get to the hidden areas the drink had gotten into. i wish i had taken pictures before he cleaned it to show how bad the stain was, but it was so disgusting that i didn't even want to look at it. rich did an incredible job getting the stain and the smell out and he left my car looking brand new. he also had a great price - everyone else was quoting around $200 for just that section of my car with the spill, but he did the whole car for $250. read more

Very disappointed with the end result and sad to leave the review because they seemed like nice people. Got the full detail but a few areas were neglected. Can't expect the a 10+ year old car to look like new but after they left I had to go over the bumper again because there were still some dead bugs on the paint which tells me they didn't clay bar nor polish the area. Also had to wipe down the inside of the side windows and the instrument panel because they left water marks. Otherwise the interior was very clean but not quite the attention to detail I would have expected for the asking price of $320. Most disappointingly, they did not honor a the summer25 promo which had advertised 30% off. They said they discontinued it earlier in the month but I am pretty confident it was still the 30% off when I booked because I had been comparing quotes and that was part of my calculation. I had also left a message on the reservation to confirm that I could use the promo which they never responded to. I can't prove what the promo stated on their site when I booked and to their credit they did provide a partial discount but still out an additional $56. edit: Usually wouldn't respond to a comment but just want to respond to the claim that they re-cleaned the bumper. I cleaned up the bumper myself. I'm sure they would have addressed it if I had noticed before they left but those are details that they should not have missed and also signal to the fact that they did not deliver not only on the wash but on the clay bar and polish that I paid for. read more
