Portion sizes very "skimpy" at this location. Should of taken a picture of my large bowl I ordered in comparison to the managers bowl that came out almost overflowing. When I made the manager aware she explained it away and said she paid "extra" for her overflowing bowl. She then got up and walked into the back and never tried to make it right. Have eaten Clean Eatz in multiple states and have never had such a small portion of food. They are ripping this community off! Also, told me my phone number for the rewards wasn't in the system. Go elsewhere or clean eat at home! Nope...go ahead and gaslight the community. As soon as the bowl came out I questioned the portion size. She is a manager assistant or not. This franchise is ripping the community off and I never asked for "extra cold sauce". That was to make the bowl look fuller! Shame on you for trying to make the customer "the problem ". First, the people are very friendly! In-person and on-the-phone. If I had questions, they were happy to answer. In person, they had a clean set-up. There are options to order your meal plan or choose their to-go meals. Overall, I ordered around 8 meals for my meal plan previously and picked up on Sunday and received the order as expected. I saw a promoted post on Instagram about Clean Eatz and thought it was like an online-only purchase subscription meal plan thing. I was excited to find out they have a physical cafe/restaurant you can eat at! This is a great spot to eat if you're looking for a lower-calorie meal, but still filling. I got the chicken panini and fruit for the side. The sandwich was only 416 calories and had honey mustard, turkey bacon, spinach, onions, and tomatoes! So I have been here 3 times thus far and I enjoy the atmosphere and obviously I look for clean eating and it does provide that...I have dined in and have gotten it to go...my only issue is the staff...when there was an issue with my order (when the cook made the mistake) she was displaying a certain kind of disgust over being questioned about the order when she was actually in the wrong...I value quality service and if I don't receive it I still look for compensation in various areas...I just ask you be adult about it...I will go back again but don't need the extra of it....thanks!!! read more

Food was good, The wrap was delicious. The side salad I got was not very tasty, The pineapple tasted like canned pineapple and had no flavor. You really need to put a sign over the drinks to make sure customers know that they are sweetened with Stevia, I was so surprised when I took a drink. Good food but the customer service is severely lacking. There are too many options in Green Hills to be treated the way these people speak to customers. With two exceptions, the staff is consistently rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. This is the kind place where you can ask for an item, and you'll get, "No, we don't have that anymore." Then silence. No alternatives given. No suggestions. Zero help. Just a "No." Okay then! I'll spend my dollars somewhere else where the staff is at least friendly. Sorry, Folks. Love this place. You can order off a menu, you can pick up prepared meals, either frozen or fresh, and they serve beyond meat! You kind of have to hunt for the veggie or seafood frozen meals. The preordered meals for weekly pickup don't frequently include veggie options but you can create custom meals which is nice. The folks that work there are pretty friendly too. Hello clean eating in Nashville l get tired of cooking for 1. I find myself eating the same things over and over out of convenience. So glad l found a place with grab and go meals from $6.00 to $8.00! I got the pull pork with smashed sweet potatoes grab and go and 2 orders of sweet potatoes nachos listed under snacks (btw they r large portions!) My boyfriend and I ate dinner that night and we loved it. I was happy to go home and work in my yard instead of spending a lot of time cooking and cleaning and then cleaning again! The easy ordering online every Thursday to pick up the following Tuesday makes me excited to have dinners at home so I have more time for life and to work around my house. l also got the Cookie Monster smoothie (protein, pb2 powder, sugar free chocolate syrup and fat free yogurt) hello to satisfying my sweet tooth without the bloated feeling from ice cream! They even have strawberry stevia flavor water!!! Note to reader grab and go are not listed on their website they r only in the store. The menu inside is for the cafe but the meal preps menu comes out on Thursday and u pick up Friday. They even have a description of no carb, half carb= weight loss and high carb = maintenance or weight gain. So this gives u options to know what u need to order. Not many places in Nashville have caught on to this eating but it's all over the place on the west coast! l love this place and plan to be back on Tuesday to pick up my meals. read more

Clean Eats is my go-to place for a quick lunch and I sometimes buy some of their frozen meals. Their food is good and fresh paired with an upbeat service always makes for a great experience. It's tasty and healthy which is both important to me. Only criticism, I personally need to add a lot of spices and hotness to the food - but that's just me, and the variety could be a little larger (after several weeks of getting lunch from there), but is probably just fine for someone who comes occasionally. My personal favorite is their Salmon with Kale or their poke bowl where you assemble what you are in the mood for that day. With a variety of dressings, one can easily switch up things for a while. A great alternative to the usual take-out food, that's for sure. read more

We advised the cashier of a severe dairy allergy before ordering. She warned us against Mayo because she thought it was dairy, but failed to mention the peanut butter dip had yogurt in it. When we asked a second employee about the ingredients we learned of you dairy in our food. When we advised the employees a second time they didn't seem to care at all. Never write bad reviews but this place royally messed up and their customer service to find solutions was equally as bad. I am not from the state and in town for work. I researched meal prep companies and ultimately chose clean eatz. I called two weeks in advance to find out when there menu was released, etc. Last Thursday the menu was released and the macros were very high. The woman on the phone was so nice and told me that they offered custom orders. She walked me thru the process. I called back two times for help and she was so patient and sweet. She confirmed that the orders would be ready Sunday. Sunday morning I called to see if they had options to deliver my order to hotel. They did not so I let them know I was ubering over. Which was fine. When I arrived to pick up my order on Sunday, the three employees at the front desk looked at me like I had five heads and said "ummm will you be back tomorrow? Whoever you talked to didn't tell you right. Custom orders are different and they aren't ready." I ORDERED ON THURSDAY AND TRIPLE CONFIRMED PICK UP ON SUNDAY. I was very upset and the only solution they offered was to call the owner for refund. They made sure to mention they wouldn't be able to get a hold of him today & to get refunded money it would be Monday/ Tuesday. I ended up picking out a few meals because I was left no choice and they did not charge me which is what they should have done. I was with two friends and the people at the front were talking poorly of me because I was upset with their service. Riddle me that, they looked young so will blame it on that. They seem to have a nice establishment but complete fail. they should have offered to get the meals done today, or in an hour. It's not that hard to make it work for a customer.
