I've been coming to this Clean Freak Car Wash location for about a year since I live and work nearby. The car wash itself does a good job, so I don't have any complaints there. The vacuum area, however, is a completely different story. The vacuums rarely seem to work properly and most have very little suction. Some stalls don't even have hoses attached, making them unusable. What really needs attention is the cleanliness of the vacuum area. The smell of urine, and at times even feces, is overwhelming and completely unacceptable. It's not an environment customers should have to deal with after paying for a car wash. Management, please do better. The wash itself is fine, but the vacuum area has been neglected for far too long. The value would be there if the services advertised were available. warning @!!!! 1. this company provides zero customer service to help with billing issues 2. they will respond to this by saying how happy they are to help i should just email support. 3. nobody will respond. they did not respond to the credit card company or beter business bureau and attendents at the carwash couldn't help. 4. they overcharged me by $10. trying to take care of this minor error i spent multiple hours. 5. things just got worse. i will have to close my credit card that i've had for 20 years, as they keep trying to bill for the next month even though i said ":cancel my acct" in the many emails i sent. now everyday i get multiple notices from my credit card that a charge was declined because i deleted that virtual credit card. only way to stop that was to delete the underlying card. my best advice is use a diff carwash just in case you might havbe a billing issue. seperately i recently saw a post of a woman that got her antenna ripped out putting a hile in her car. they did not respond to hetr either. so....you may be better off using a car wash that actually responds to customers. read more

Clean Freak Car Wash was #1 in my book. Wished they had more in states like Virginia, North Carolina and near the beaches in the Carolinas. The charged by the month was not bad. The setup was nice. They put a scan label on your windshield and you drive tru and it scans your label then the gate raises then you drive on up to get your windshields washed by a person to get the bugs off. Come as many times you wanted in the month to wash your car. read more

As others have mentioned, Customer Service is a bit spotty here although I am keeping an open mind since maybe it's because we arrived 15 minutes before closing (6:45 pm, when posted closing time is 7 pm). Clean Freak team, Google Maps still has your closing time down as 7:30 pm in case this is something you all can fix / update. We paid $22 for the Lux Wash and won't be coming back to this location, as the wash felt cheap and not worth what we paid. We also had to move to find a vacuum that worked well. Saturday March 2 arrived for my weekly wash at the Ina rd in tucson store. A new attendant did a truck bed check he told me my truck was no longer allowed thru the store after today because there are tools in the bed. The tools are in a box. the truck has ran thru this wash for 3 yrs without a problem. same truck same set up. when I tried to explain to the new guy he turned into this power trip explaining new rules new ownership. My new month was debited on the same day my truck was 86ed. Now. No reply to emails phone calls not answered to get a refund. Shady no customer service. it's very evident that this company could care less about the people that create their livelihood.... MisterCar Wash has great customer service. ANTHONYS Clean Freak Car Wash CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD. ANTHONYS employee took an incident report for the crack on my windshield when it happened. ANTHONYS employee told me that I would hear a call back in 48 hours. ANTHONYS employee checked the car wash and walked out with a CRUSHED DR PEPPER CAN. Neither ANTHONYS employees nor ANTHONY ever contacted me. I had to call ANTHONY over 96 hours later to get a response. ANTHONY tells me that ANTHONYS employee who took the picture didn't get the outside of the car. Yes, ANTHONY waited 96 hours and I had to call for ANYHONY to say they didn't have the pictures. ANTHONY then had me come down on my day off to assess the crack. ANTHONY quickly tried to say the rock chip was already there and I told ANTHONY that is incorrect, I'm well aware you have to feel rock chipped glass in and that chip was not there. ANTHONY then stated ANTHONY needs to look at the cameras. ANTHONY had let 96 hours past with an incident report about a cracked windshield and had not looked at the cameras. I called up again on Tuesday and no one is aware of the crack windshield and ANTHONY was not in. This place has gone downhill. Back when Murphy ran it this place was clean ! Hints the name CleanFreak ... this place is just dirty change the name to Dirty Freak...Most of the brushes don't work or just rotate freely without touching the car. I will begin this by saying that Jesus Uriarte was always very nice and respectful since I started coming here a year ago. Recently, he helped me out when I realized that I was being double charged (after canceling our second car, three months later it suddenly started charging me againreading some other reviews, it seems they have major issues with this). He corrected it, quickly and went above and beyond to make me feel better about the situation. The car wash is ok. It never gets the soap off the back window and rear view mirrors of my car (RAV4) which is annoying. The dryer definitely needs to be upgraded. I always have to dry the car off with a micro fiber towel after. The vacuums are decent but need more suction. For the tight spots. There are better options in the city, but if this is convenient for you; it functions. read more

The TRICK to ending up with a sparkling clean finish is using the Bug Wash before going thru the tunnel. So before driving up to the area where you pay, go around the vacuum bays up to the Bug Wash area. There are 2 Bug Wash parking spaces there. Well once again, this car wash is terrible. This time I came out of the car wash with soap all over the back of my car and my windshield has a huge crack on it so I went to the two guys I'm assuming is a manager and the worker to get a receipt And they were so rude by saying it couldn't of been our machine because then everybody's windshield would be cracked. The one guy even said, do you brush your teeth I had to stop them cause I didn't really want to hear any kind of insults They were the two most unprofessional and rude people. I told him that this time, my mirrors folded back which they've never done that before and they just kind of laughed and as I'm walking away they're still laughing and talking behind my back, I mean how rude that's the kind of business and professionalism I don't think so. so eight dollars or not I will no longer be giving them my business and going to the car wash. You just don't talk to your customers that way. It was rude and unprofessional. It was very insulting to me. Amazing wash, great vacuums, and the staff is absolutely amazing & friendly. The location is convenient and they are open late so I can make sure to come in and take care of business. The fast pass program they have is the way to save some money and get in and out quickly. They charge you once a month and you get unlimited washes.
