I am not a person addicted to my very old car. For me a car is only to get around in and I would give it up if we had a better public transport system. I say that because a few years back I had the monthly membership that they offer and it was a waste of money for me and they did not honor the unused credits so I cancelled it. With that said, every now and again, but rarely I need to bring it in because my work schedule does not always allow me to time to do it on my own and the car needs a good scrub. Last week was one of those times. It was very bad from tons of OT at work all month. I paid to have the upgrade and to be honest I noticed no difference at all from the basic wash. In fact, my car did not even come out as clean as it should have. ( maybe an equipment adjustment is needed?) The things they said were extra seemed nonexistant upon closer inspection. I hate the hard sales pitch. It happens every time I go and it makes me uncomfortable and annoyed. Please STOP trying to sell me more than I ask for. When I visit you I tell you what I want yet you keep arguing and badgering me. I think I wont be coming here any more and will find a new place. It feels like bullying. One of the last surviving full service car washes!!!! Thank Goodness for this place!!!! I'm sorry but I refuse to spend the little bit of free time I have washing my car! They do a pretty amazing job in a fairly quick amount of time. You may have to remind them to wipe something down here and there, but if you let them know they're quick to oblige and I'd much rather they do it than me. These guys are hard workers especially in this HOT fiery hell of Phoenix we live in! so please be kind and tip them well. I can't stand to see cheap a$$$$es who don't tip theses guys. Literally broke my back working for this company. Was constantly over-worked yet told to do more. The big part of the problem was the people they hired as "managers" were manager in titles only. They didn't listen to what I constantly updated them on as far as making sure the place was running well for the customers. I'd have people looking for jobs and wanting to work, but they were dragging their heels and not even doing interviews when we needed people. Instead, I had to work more and cover it with extra effort on my part. My hours were messed with on paychecks, complaints never addressed, and then when I started speaking up about stuff, I get hit with 4 write-ups on the same day and was told I was being fired. I guess they didn't like my objection to ASKING CUSTOMERS FOR FALSE REVIEWS. Customers, or potential customers: The dudes I worked with are creepy, the place is a disaster, and the place only runs well if someone is literally hurting themselves doing extra work. Lazy, lazy people there that don't care. I don't know if the other sites are bad, some management from other stores are decent people. But this store is garbage. I didn't even want to write a review but my conscience won't let me stay silent, and I was completely ignored after getting fired and trying to text for help. I was at this wash on 4/6/25 and used the kiosk as I have been for several months not only here but at other similar car washes throughout AZ so I am very well experienced in using the kiosk. Yesterday at this location, some young man, Native American, 20 or so, 5;6, 140, black hair, brown eyes displaying carwash logo, came up to my kiosk and asked if I picked a wash already and I immediately told him, "I got this, thank you" and he pushed the higher priced wash that I did not plan on picking for my 07 Dodge Ram. What the hell is the matter with him? I asked to speak with his manager and he said he was the manager, I asked to speak to his boss and he tells me he has no boss. What kind of outfit are you running here? No employee has the right to interfere with a sale a customer has already initiated. What this young man did was wrong not only at making the choice for me but then to lie by declaring he has no boss. By the way, I did tell him I have over 741k followers on another media platform and yes they all take time to ready my reviews and what I post and mostly because I am very descriptive and honest about establishments I visit or use frequently. Honestly the 1 star is due to the 1 horrible experience I had. The guy operating the car wash did not seem focused had ear buds in and didn't seem to care. My car got sandwiched between a truck in front of me and a car behind me. When I told the guy operating the car wash he said "Well there's nothing I can do about it. You can get a free wash but this can happen whenever it's an old machine. I can't help you I'm busy". So for $30 a month I can go somewhere else and hopefully not have my car hit and have workers who know what customer service is, which wasn't lacking here before but 100% is now. I'm pretty sure these people are somehow incentivising people to leave good reviews because otherwise, I don't get it. All of their vacuums are s***. I had to move a total of 4 times to be able to vacuum my car. The vacuums are either detached leaving you with a vacuum on only one side, the suction is weak, the vacuum attachments are falling off. The trash cans are filled to the rim. All in all, I am puzzled by the 5 star reviews. I've been busy and out of town a lot. I finally made it back to use my second car wash of the buy 2 deal. It cost a little more but you get 2 carwashes. Well I try to punch in the code and it doesn't work. I come to find out the code is expired? After talking to the attendant, I now understand that it's written on the receipt that it expires after 2 months. But I bought 2 why does one get to expire? Sounds kinda like a scam to make money to me. As far as I am concerned, you guys own me one. After this incident I wont be returning. Visited yesterday..litter everywhere...vacuums with very little suction...no towels in the boxes...it is a dump.

I pay a for a monthly pass and there are never any clean microfiber rags and the vacuums are always broken or super weak.

Super quick, always a great wash. The attendants are nice and will help you work the machine, among other things. They've got free vacuums, and clean towels to dry your car. Good place to go to for a quick wash and there are free vacuums! It was finally about that time I got my car washed since the peak of haboob season is over. I pulled in and talked to a very friendly attendant who explained their special and suggested just doing the $10 wash without the hot wax. It's been over 2 months since my last wash so I went with it. I got my free air freshener and wet chamois wipe and sat through the wash. Pretty good wash, removed most of the dirt on my car and a majority of the grime on my rims and a nice spray of tire shine. I made my way to the vacuums and it was easy to clean up the car. Appropriate trash can placements and the vacuum hoses were convenient in length. Pretty good price for a decent wash, plus the location is convenient. read more

He was so kind and generous with his time, patience, etc. Chris made sure I was taken care of after Michael was very verbally rude, had forced his presence on me, and exhibited very entitled behavior.
