The monthly car wash pass is the way to go and love that it works valley wide at the various locations. I don't have a problem with the actual car wash itself or the workers as they are just following the direction of their leadership. On June 28 I visited this location to wash my truck after I got off work around the 5 o'clock hour understanding that many people get off work at this time just like any other retail location, his is most likely a peak time. With that said, as I was arriving at this location off of 40th and Baseline, I arrived and found that the lanes to the police stations were blocked by blue cones. There was already another vehicle there waiting, and you could tell the driver was extremely frustrated. This was during the open hours of operation and presumably at a peak time of the day. We were advised by a worker that she was following directions and it would just be a moment that she had to do this another worker came out and they proceeded to film a video on their cell phone while customers waited. The worker was apologetic and explained this was part of her job. I'm not mad at the worker if she is simply following directions and submitted immediate feedback after my car wash on the company website and received a confirmation email after submission that it would take 2 to 3 business days for a response. As of today, I have received no response whatsoever. When I submitted was simply the frustration of a pain, customer made to wait at a peak time and why their leadership would force their employees to inconvenience customers who obviously utilize services such as a drive-through car wash due to the convenience and are most likely not able to invest the time to wash the cars themselves and other locations. With his many car washes that are available, I asked for a reasonable answer as to why anyone should keep their business with them if they are not keeping the customers as their number one focus they are many times throughout the day and early evening that a training video for example could have been filmed instead According to the Employee, they were instructed to do it at this time which by the time that they opened, the lanes backed up there were additional cars waiting to be served. The service they provide is very basic. It does the job, but there is nothing over the top. It's disappointing as a pain customer to submit feedback and be ignored The whole purpose of me posting to their site and not immediately coming to yelp was to give them an opportunity to speak to this event versus putting them on blast, however by not responding in approximately two weeks, that is extremely unacceptable and an industry where return customers are what make or breaks the business read more

Oh this one sucks. I don't think they know how to dilute the coaching solution my car came out milky and smear marks everywhere then when I went to wipe down the windows it smeared like crazy. They cancelled my membership after nearly 5 years without warning and then when I said something, they stated they cannot reinstate a membership and instead offered me a new one, at $10 MORE a month. Absolute joke. Went in person first to try to resolve this and then through customer service and got nowhere. Needless to say I won't be going back. JULY UPDATE. I have been emailing customer service since posting here and have gotten no where. Customer service is horrible. At this point I'm going somewhere else. While Super Star Wash has responded to my review... Take note when there's an attendant standing at the pay machine; they are blocking the menu screen where prices are displayed. Even when I said I only wanted a single wash NO MEMBERSHIP - the attendant nodded his head and proceeded to process my transaction acting as a "single wash" while actually entering me into the membership agreement. So riddle me this Super Star Wash how the heck would I know to cancel within 7 days if I believed I only paid for a single wash and there is no receipt given stating a membership? I backed out and left because I don't like being tricked into something using deceptive practices. You guys owe me $20.95. This business has created fraudulent memberships for many customers, signing them up for memberships without their consent. Just look through the reviews. I disputed the charges and all were found in my favor except for one. Apparently they provided documentation for that charge, but it is fraudulent and I expect a full refund for every payment. Went to get a wash back in March. Attendant was "taking orders" at the payment machine with an iPad. Ordered a regular wash, proceeded through the automated machine. Started receiving charges monthly on my credit card.... Thing is, I have not had my car washed there since the original time. Don't complain or the manager Gia Dean will threaten to call the cops. Two weeks ago I signed up for the unlimited pass and they told me I could use it on both of my vehicles with a sticker I can just not put it in my car and just pull it out when I needed it with either car. they said will give it to me next time because they were out at the moment. I went today asked for the sticker, they told me I was misinformed and it can only be used towards one car and the sticker must be in there. I was frustrated as this was not what I was told. The manager then comes over to put it on my car, I asked her to not touch my car, she immediately began giving me an attitude. She accused me of yelling, which I wasn't my tone wasn't kind but I was trying to get across my frustrations of being missold across but still normal volume. I used the word fuck, I did not call her names I just use swear words as an adjective because I'm an adult and I can. She said I needed to leave even though I was not done with my car and then threatened to call the police on me for using the word Fuck. All while not helping me with the issue that I was missold. I used to only come to this car wash so did my husband and in laws because they live in the same neighborhood and after today none of us will step foot in there. I was frustrated that I was mis sold and now I'm appalled that the manager would threaten to call the cops on me over airing my grievances. read more

I would have given a 5 star rating, as I do like all the convenience of having towels and a vacuum on hand! But, when that nice young person taps the screen for you and puts your card in for you they are fraudulently signing you up for a monthly subscription that you don't know about until you find it on your statement and then have to grieve it. They have gotten 39.90 out of me that I hadn't caught and disputed with my bank. So a warning don't let those attendants help you with purchasing your car wash. If you've had the same thing happen to you, go to the federal trade commission and report the fraud, as I have done. read more

The staff is nice enough but my car was not vacuumed properly twice in a row. I went through once and had them vacuum the inside and when they gave it back I still had crumbs of some food I spilt. There was a whole fry on the floor. I asked for it to be done again and the fry was still there. When I asked the manager to have it redone the second time he just didn't seem like he cared. I payed over 30$ for the mega wash package and honestly wish I just payed half that price and went to cobblestone and did the vacuum myself. I've never used a place like this to wash my car but I was borrowing a vehicle from a friend who lives nearby and I decided to meet them there as they wanted me to have a clean vehicle. Overall I was actually impressed as they just do a basic wash on the exterior and then you pull your vehicle into one of the stalls to use the vacuum towels and everything else to detail and clean your car. They have a time limit they would like for you to use but if anything you just need to honor it and be respectful to the other around you. If you spend 30-45 mins because u want to wax your car then your abusing the system. It took us longer as we were pulling Cheerios & other junk from van as if zombies attacked and we living in the vehicle for a month. I would definitely consider using this place as one of the options for a vehicle I have when the cooler months approach as it's easier to stand outside to clean the vehicle vs the hot summer temps. Vacuums are pretty strong and pulled up dirt and the dry towels made available in the stalls helped to get everything looking crisp and cleans. I do like that they have compressed air as one of my biggest peeves is when water comes out of the side mirrors onto the car when u drive away. read more

I've been coming to this location for at least 6 months, if not more, and I am now on their monthly unlimited wash plan. 95% of the time there is someone to greet you at the pay machine and they all seem to be pretty friendly. The wash itself is a good quality wash and not time consuming. My favorite feature is the free towels available to dry your vehicle. It's is so convenient. Two reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars..... First reason, I know the towels are free to use but the last several times I've used the towels, it left horrible smudges and streaks on every window. These were different towels then the ones you originally stated with. It was completely horrible. Second reason, location! During the week it is practically impossible to get to the entrance without almost getting in an accident. The driveway to get to the car wash and out of it is the same driveway for Circle K and an Elementary School. WORSE set up ever! read more

Let me tell you a little something about this car wash. Do NOT go behind a large truck with big tires, it WILL get stuck. You know what will happen next, your sedan WILL have damage from an unintentional forced rear end collision as the car wash mechanism continues, and moves your car in the direction of the stuck truck with a tow hitch that lines up perfectly with your bumper to leave a beautiful dent with a bonus scratch. This was no one particular persons fault. Accidents happen and the truck made it through the initial car wash, what's to make someone think it would get stuck? Car washes ARE private property, that means even if you're involved in an accident, unless your car is TOTALED, the police will only issue and incident report number. Most if not all car washes have disclaimers that they assume ZEROOOOO responsibility. We are all adults, read the fine print. I do appreciate Victor stepping into action and attempting to resolve the issue diplomatically and professionally. Car washes are like haunted houses....enter at your own risk. The wash does great even on the cheapest option, and whatever the dryer misses they have an awesome air compressor and strong vaccine to tidy up the rest. They even have a mat cleaner area that cleans up your floor mats very well. I've referred many people here and hope this plays stays for a long time to come. read more

DO NOT purchase a membership here. If you ever decide you want to cancel for any reason, you are met with obstacles and silence. Back in maybe September of 2023 I noticed I was still paying for the membership here. I went to cancel as I no longer needed it and couldn't get on the phone with anyone. I send in a request for cancellation to their customer service email and don't hear back until DECEMBER 1ST 2023. Which is hilarious as they promise a 3 day turn around for response (All the while I continue to be charged for the membership so I'm not sure how they couldn't locate me). Customer service agent Maritza Mendoza then asks me to provide more information as she has troubles finding me in the system, which I do pertaining to my claim 192452. After this, I follow up via email a handful of times on the progress. I don't not hear back from her until JANUARY 4th 2024 after I commented on an Instagram post that was advertising their awesome membership. I warned that I wouldn't sign up for any memberships if I were you! Understandably I feel this way as it's been 5 longs months (almost 6) of me emailing a brick wall with no response, not being taken seriously. On the day the charge hit my credit card I went to their Baseline location, which is close to where I live, and was told there was nothing they could do that I need to call to cancel.
