I went to Clean Freak for a car wash and had a great experience. The car wash itself did a really good job and my car came out looking clean and shiny. I made a special trip to the car wash because I had canceled my membership back in February and wanted to make sure I was no longer being charged because I just received another charge on my credit card. This is the third time I have contacted this company to stop charging me.  The employee told me they could credit me for one month, but I explained that I wanted to verify my car wash package had been completely canceled. He kept repeating that they could credit me for one month. The issue, according to him, was that there were two cars on the plan and only one had been canceled. I asked him, "How can I cancel my plan and still have a car remaining on the plan?" He responded by saying both cars had to be canceled separately. I told him that made no sense because I canceled the entire membership in which both cars were on, not just one vehicle. At that point, a young employee interrupted the conversation and said, "You're just not listening to what he's saying." I told him I was listening and that he should stay out of the conversation because I wasn't speaking to him. I told him to fuck off, which I should not have said But his tone was so bad the words just came out. He then proceeded to tell me to "fuck off." After that, the gentleman I had originally been speaking with told me I needed to leave. I told him I've been listening to you, but you're not listening to me, Once again, he told me I need to leave now. This company operates in a very dishonest way, and I honestly don't think I've ever dealt with a business this dishonest and condescending. For the record, I originally canceled my membership because the quality of the car wash was poor.  I'm not sure this behavior by either employee is condoned by management but if they're ever wondering why their business is failing, they don't have to look too far. read more

Damaged three of my vehicles. last one was the charm. Tore the wiper blade off, damaged a piece of trim on the rear door and blew out the skylight. When I mentioned the last one, the torn off wiper the attendant said that they had equipment failure and were in the process off adjusting the brushes. I enquired again and the manager on duty handed me the broken wiper and said read the sign. "Not Responsible"! We have been going there since they opened. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Came through today because I have a monthly pass, saw the new graphics and screens with fancy displays but still broken equipment. Missing drying nozzles, brushes that don't spin. I'd rather they invest in equipment vs. flashing lights. I've been a customer of this company for a while and it's just been going downhill. Over the past year it's just becoming more of a dilapidated establishment. I pay in full every month yet this place does not deliver in full. I signed up for a monthly membership. When I signed up, the customer service rep recommended not putting the FastPass sticker on the car, but to just leave it in the glove box so we could use it for our other vehicle. Fast forward a few months, and we were vacuuming out the car and a customer service rep came up and started accusing us of stealing from the company because we were using the pass on another car. I understand their point that they don't want people doing that, but that was literally what the customer rep said we could do when we signed up. Being reprimanded and accused of stealing for doing exactly what they recommended we do was sad to see. They handled that so poorly. I canceled my membership that day and have no plans on going back. Along with that, I feel like the washes have not been as thorough as they used to be. It often appears as if some components of the wash are not functioning. Also, maybe half the vacuums work, so that's frustrating as well. I only plan to use this place if I'm desperate and in the area. read more

Been coming here off and on for the last 8 years and have had more bad than good experiences. I have 3 different vehicles on a unlimited pass and there is always something wrong. See video a typical experience. The beater from above is straight up missing from the wash and both sets of bristles that wash from above were inoperable. Also, the high pressure water from the top and sides are broken as well. Furthermore, because something is always wrong, they put all my washes on some kind of econo mode even though I am paying for the best package. The ceramic doesn't seem to work either. I finally cancelled my unlimited pass for a while after waiting almost a whole year for the tire shine machine to be fixed. And TBH, after seeing so much equipment not working, I'm going to cancel my unlimited plans once again. I can't believe this place has the gall to stay open when so much of the was being broken. This is in addition to several of the compressed air blowers next to the vacuums blowing more air out the side than thru the nozzle. The towels often smell really bad and you have to grab a stack of 5-10 towels before finding one that doesn't smell like mold. The only reason I keep coming back is that the employees are really helpful and nice, but from a business standpoint, the owners should be offering some serious restitution to monthly pass holders for all the continued headache and inconvenience that borderlines shady business practices. Fortunately, I have taken several videos over the years and thinking about doing a compilation showing how bad things have gotten over the years. read more

What a disappointment. One of the original fast car wash places in QC, but far, far from good. Half the vacuums don't work, the other half are so weak that can't even suck up dust. Apparently one of their vacuum pumps is down ... for over a month now. The air blowers don't work on some of the stations, even though I told them about it a few times. The wash is fast, but now one of the big brush rollers is not working!! When my car came out with dirt on the side, the guy just shrugged his shoulders and told me I could just wash it again and walked away. Some of the employees are courteous, others seem to hate the job and the customers. C'MON!!! That's not acceptable. I have too many other choices around town to put up with this poor service, equipment not working, and staff that treats customers like a nuisance. Going somewhere else from now on. read more

Disappointed. We've only had a few months of membership...but for the past month or seems like every time I go something is broken. For the past month every time I've been (mind you I go 3+ times a week), the rubber spinners get some sort of sap all over the bottom half, and hood of my car. I spend more time rubbing it off afterwards than I did in the wash. I HAVE MENTIONED this to the staff...but they're all young kids doing their best. Who knows if the info even gets passed on. Car wash attendant loaded our car today with only two track bumpers and a broken track bumper between our car and the next. Nothing between our car and the next car as the two bumpers were under the car in front's tire and bumper cover. We put car in neutral as directed and we were still rolling and bumped car ahead of us. Luckily no damages to either car, however handling by management was horrible. Immediately blamed us for the incident (that we should have stopped our car during car wash when our car got close to theirs) as far as we knew the vehicle was under the car wash control. They also kept insisting that we drove over the bumper as they always have 3. See picture from their cameras - nothing between the cars. Our biggest beef was this was the second time around as the equipment failed the first time with only a foot between the cars as they ran them through. The attendant and manager we out the gate saying we needed to go through our insurance companies if damages and very rude. It was not until I pointed out that our car was under the control of the car wash that he let us see the video. No, hey are you ok? Sorry about that, we think your car may have been in drive (protecting themselves - which we did not agree with but could understand their position) but they glad everyone ok and no damages and hey would you like a free car wash? Which they would not have had to pay since we both were members. Nope immediately awful and when the other driver asked the manager to speed up the video so we could see the actual accident since he needed to go, Manager actually rewinded the video as a passive aggressive gesture to slow things down. Cancelled my memberships today. Advise everyone to find another carwash, they don't care about safety and keeping their equipment repaired/training their staff. Business is now called Neat Freek. The automatic wash works well but dryer is not great. Expect a pretty wet car when leaving. Thankfully there are detail spots on site where you can park, dry, vacuum, clean floor mats, etc. There are compressed air guns in all bays allowing you to blow water out of cracks and crevices while you dry. It's a great feature. Wish there was option to purchase additions like air freshener, microfiber drying towels, chamois towels, armor all wipes, things like that. I've seen washes with vending machines that distribute for a few bucks each. There are times I'm out, want a wash but remember I don't have towels to dry. Grabbing one from a vending machine for a couple bucks would be great. Might drive more business. Staff is friendly and ready to help. The prices are fair. I usually opt for the premium wash. At $15 it's a bit pricey BUT you get a free premium was within 2 weeks. Have two cars? Get two awesome washes for $15 (wax, wheel wash, tire shine). Does a good job. You can also purchase a membership for like $30/mo to get unlimited premium washes. You go once a week and that's like half price. A good deal if you live nearby and obsess over a clean car. I've been coming for over a year now and will keep coming back. read more

I see many negative reviews for this place yet I've never had a problem. It moves quickly and does a pretty good job of cleaning my vehicle. I've never had a problem with the vacuums, and there are always towels for detailing. I have a membership and use it 2-3 times per week. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is handing out the little interior wipes. My last carwash place had them, and I miss them. read more

This was a great place with awesome customer service before they changed management. Young employees with no respect or manners . The managers and the regional have no idea what they are doing. They don't return calls and when you ask them a question they look annoyed. This car wash chipped paint and scratched the hood. They lost my card on file and they continue to charge my account. I blame upper management for the poor training and customer service. Because of this I cancelled my membership on both of my vehicles and now I have to spend $300 to repaint my door. I have been going to Clean Freak since the first day it has been open. I was originally grandfathered into the first price full service to include wax, tire dressing, etc. Most recently, I had to change my payment method due to a data breach w bank, then under the new ownership they made me go up in price for the same services. For the last few years, most of the equipment such as tire dressing, wax, etc did not even work, and on many occasions, the brushing tools did not work, I dealt with it because it was close and convenient to me, but I have realized it won't change anytime soon with this new ownership... circle k is a joke and the new staff does not know what they need to do to take care of their customers or their hands are tied with new ownership. I will be driving further for a more reliable car wash moving forward. I am hoping this review will open their eyes to make it better, but I won't go back anytime soon. read more

The 1st time I came here I thought it was the best car wash ever and love the concept for a great price. However this will be my last time here. After trying the same car wash at Arizona Ave and the 202, this place needs to step up their game. $10 for the middle wash package I think is pricey when the other was provides air freshners and great wet cloths to clean the interior. This location lacks staff presence. I had to move my car to completely vacuum as there aren't hoses on each side of the car. Definitely worth the drive out of my way for better customer service and the extra items for the interior and more vacuum hoses. read more

This is the closest car wash to us so we come here out of convenience. Like others pointed out, just about every time you run your car through it, something is broken, yet, for some reason they just increased their monthly charge. For about 3 months every time I ran our 4Runner through the brush roller cleaning the right side would stop, it literally just stopped spinning, so the right side never got cleaned. I ALWAYS run our car through twice within the same visit, after the first run I go straight to the bug wash station because the car wash removes zero bugs or dirt from the front grill. The wood handled brushes at the bug removal station are awful, and who knows what people are using them on. That said, I can scrub all day with those brushes and it still doesn't get all the dirt and bugs off the grill. Now, I'm no dummy, I realize there's a certain level of cleaning that requires good ole fashion elbow grease, but cmon, get some stuff that actually cleans. Here's an idea for improvement... have your workers scrub, wash, or pressure wash the grill as cars enter. Awful, that's all I can say about this place. I can't wait for the new car wash to open on the corner of Ellsworth and Hunt Hwy where the water & Ice stand used to be. read more

I purchased the "best wash" they had. I knew that my car needed it. I was not happy with the results. Half the car had dirt still on it and the back window looked the same. When I tried to contact the location to discuss, the customer service agent was not helpful at all. When I called the number on my receipt it rang several times after the second time calling someone finally answered and they couldn't hear me so they just hung up. I visited this location on 11/3 for a wash. During the wash I noticed the high pressure rinse was only spraying a solid jet on the passenger side of my car and no where else. I informed an employee upon exit. My car was still soapy and dusty. The employee responded that the machine was broken and the part is on back order. I requested a refund since it only washed half my car. When I showed the manager (Raymond) the dirt, he told me that the dust was from driving from the exit of the car wash to the vaccum area.(only on the driver's side) He said our car wash isn't perfect, it's like a dishwasher, sometimes cars come out dirty like dishes do. When I called I was directed to call the location I originally went to (haven't been there in over a year). I called, the girl who answered took my name and phone number. If I could give a one-eighth star I would. The GM, employee's and apparently the company (Circle K?) don't give a damn about customer satisfaction or service. Yesterday I exited the car wash with a black grease streak straight down the center of my white truck, including my windshield. Asked the kid at the entrance for a spray bottle of cleaner so I could get it off and he apparently had to ask the GM for permission. GM came out of hiding to see what was going on, I showed him, and he exclaimed "What did YOU do?!" I told him what happened, my hypothesis, and he told me his equipment was perfectly fine and that I must have come in with the grease streak. I took that as him calling me a liar. His reply to that question "No! That's not what I'm saying! That's what YOU'RE hearing!" A back and forth ensued with me losing my patience and swearing at him (retired Sailor - my second language). I tracked down the culprit of the grease, the truck in front of me with a 5th wheel hitch and his black grease was very recently wiped clean from the top of the hitch. The GM didn't have the presence of mind to even investigate what happened or even give me the benefit of the doubt, as the customer. ALL I wanted was a spray bottle to clean my grease streak off. I got it & cleaned it, but also cancelled my monthly membership and will take my business to San Tan Valley - Super Star Car Wash. read more

I washed my car there once. The automatic antenna was bent. Was signed up for automatic billing . Every month. Did not know that. So one car wash cost me the Automatic antenna and $49. Before I caught I was being billed every month. Instead for one month. They had a guy spraying the car. He should have told me to lower the Antenna. read more
