**You playing the veteran card is irrelevant here so not sure why that was even mentioned due to this review when it wasn't mentioned before the service. No one is bashing on a veteran! You are being reviewed on a dis-service you provided that has nothing to do with being a veteran. It's so silly how weeks later you want to change your replies and say you would've offered me a re-clean or a refund when that was not the case when I told you how unsatisfied I was with your poor work. Trying to make yourself look like you were the nice guy now when you were not then is comedy. And you getting people to leave you good reviews that are probably fake to hide my real review is obnoxious. Because there's no way you did "great" work for others after you told me my stains were going to come out and then they didn't because you said had to do more work to get them out that you never decided to mention before starting the work. ** Pt 3. Because you just seem so passionate about my very REAL review. This app is to rate the business not the customer. You're just upset at my review and it's comedy you are trying to rate me. You were made aware hours before the appointment that I would not be there. That was your opportunity as the professional that you are NOT to explain to me that if I'm not there we can't do the so call walk through you claimed we could have done that you never mentioned to me. We all have smart phones if you really wanted to tell me about stains you were not going to be able to remove before you started you could've sent me pictures or face timed both of which you did not. Exhibit 2- you said "also wish you would have given me the opportunity to assessed the situation and make things right instead of pulling the trigger so quickly on making threats and leaving me a negative review. Even after you threatened me with a negative review, l attempted to resolve the issue. As I value my work and every customer that I am given the opportunity to service." You did none of that! I told you when I returned I would leave a review. So as a courtesy I told you ahead of me doing the review that I was going to leave a review based on the fact that you didn't do a good job. Your reply back to me was not to come back and fix the issue by trying to remove the stains, your "resolution" was a 25% off discount on my future service. If you really wanted to make it right that was a horrible way to make it right. But all people shopping around should know the kind of awful service you provided.
