We've had O'Neil Carpet Cleaning come to our house twice now. Both times, Craig was at least 10 minutes early (which we were impressed by) for the scheduled cleaning time. His rates are incredibly competitive with quality that matches more expensive businesses. Of note: we adopted a dog during COVID and she had some house training accidents along the way. We tried using our own carpet cleaning spray to clean them up each time, but sometimes a lingering stain appeared after a week or so in high-traffic areas. Craig cleaned the carpets and all such spots are completely gone! Three weeks later there's no sign of any "accidents" on the carpets. Outstanding! The previous family living in the home had 4 children. Even though the carpet was newer, it was visibly dirty with a few spots with dry, unknown crust on it: I wasn't sure it was all going to come out. Craig was extremely thorough and efficient. The patterning of his passes on the fresh carpet shows a complete overlap, demonstrating the quality of his work. The carpet is at least four shades lighter, and it is still wet, which means it'll be even lighter in a few hours. Based on the many stellar reviews of his business, I didn't bother requesting a quote when he arrived because I wasn't concerned about his honesty. The quality and value of his work are outstanding. I called and was able to make an appointment about one week out on the morning I needed my carpets cleaned. Craig arrived 15 minutes early and was ready to work. This went a long way with me. Just like the other reviews stated, he was early (10minutes) and finished in about an hour, and is very reasonable/affordable. I was going to go with a friend of a friend who gave me a good quote but Craig beat his price without even knowing the rate! Plus I was iffy about my friend's friend because last time we used him, the carpets were left wet and squishy until the next day or so. (Then again it was in December and kind of cold out)- Craig just finished up so I'll update how quick it was to dry in this June weather. He said roughly 5 hours and advised me to turn on the fans. It's rather late in the day though. -- (it's been an hour and it's already pretty dry. ) I called Craig before day's end and he gave me an appointment the next day without having to waste time looking at the place. It was a quick and easy phone call. Although he had only 33 reviews at the time I looked him up on Yelp, the reviews were just what I needed to hear, mostly all five stars, and his prices had me sold. No hidden fees.
