If you're into juicing and cleanses I feel like this is really a great spot for you. The staff was friendly and of course they were taking the necessary COVID precautions, which was nice. I should preface this by saying I hate leaving bad reviews but man, I left SOO mad at myself for spending $10 on an awful, watery, bland drink. I ordered the coffee smoothie expecting for that kind of money it would be and elevated version of the smoothie I make at home (banana, almond butter, almond milk, spinach, cocoa powder) and I was so sorely mistaken. If I could give this ZERO STARS, I would. Let me start off by speaking on the positive first. I love the area, that this Clean Juice is located. I'm a regular at all of the restaurants and boutiques in the area. I also enjoyed my PINK cold pressed juice. Here's where it went downhill: I ordered TWO items. One was the PINK cold pressed juice and the other, was a kid's Wild One Smoothie. The cashier was Katie. She came at me negatively, asking me multiple times of why I ordered a kid's smoothie. I'm not too sure why, when I already ordered my PINK cold pressed juice as well. It wasn't WHAT she asked, but it was HOW she asked. The smoothie was for my 11 year old daughter!!!! Why did I need to explain that? Next, she took my payment. And I just wanted to get out of there at that point. Next, I was given a SLOPPY wild one smoothie by the guy who blended it. He kept trying to wipe it off and I told him, to please give me the drink so I can LEAVE. I get in the car and drive to the next store. My daughter asks me why is there a charge for THREE drinks on my receipt? I IMMEDIATELY CALLED Clean Juice and that's when JASON answered my call. I explained the full situation to Jason and told him that I'm on my way back to them, so this issue can be handled. He rest assured me that he will take care of it and he remembers that I only ordered two items. I gave him my full name and offered to provide him with any ticket IDs or order numbers, so he can recall my transaction...he kept saying that I didn't need to come back up there and he said that he will check the card system and refund me the $4.25 back to my card within the next week or so. Not even 5 MINUTES later, I receive a call back from Jason stating. "Well you ordered a PINK cold press juice and a kids smoothie and our system is going to charge you an extra $4.25 for another 16 ounce smoothie anyway." I couldn't believe what I heard! He hung up on me and that was that. He completely lied to me in my face. I feel like management needs to check the cameras and the terms of their transactions because I have NEVER heard of ordering TWO items and getting charged for a THIRD item that I NEVER ordered! I had a horrible experience with Clean Juice through a delivery service. First, the portion sizes and food quality were not worth the high prices. Second, either the pictures on the menu are deceiving, or my order was made incorrectly. I ordered an immunity juice ($10!), which was pictured I in a cup over ice. I received a small plastic bottle that was only 1/4 filled. Not only was there no ice, the juice was room temperature. So I paid $10 for a nearly empty bottle of lukewarm juice. Everything I have tried so far has been amazing! They make everything right in front of you, using the freshest ingredients. My go to is the energy juice with cayenne before I work out. Really tasty and refreshing smoothie bowls! The granola is really good as well. But the bowls were tall with a smaller circumference when comparing it to other smoothie places, meaning less room for toppings! For $10.75 you would hope to get more fresh fruit and toppings on top. I visited this store a while ago just as they were getting up and running. The owner was present and was extremely helpful in suggesting products. I ordered the Chocolate One and it was delicious. It was not just chocolate, there were different notes to it including cinnamon. As I tend to frequent the McDonalds drive thru more often than I should, I could feel the healthy benefits of this smoothie soaking into my cells. Yes, I did feel more energetic and healthy the following day. I have yet to try the cleanses as juicing is not truly my thing, but I would go back to try different smoothies now and then. The wraps are not wraps they were pressed paninis which probably cost $15 each and not worth a penny, very underwhelming. Once we got our food our bill was almost $80 for two smoothies Two wraps and an açai bowl.
