I went for a wheatgrass shot and the attendant acted like she didn't know what I was talking about and went in the back and another attendant came out and asked me what I wanted. I told her and she said the wheatgrass shots are made the day before and put into the refrigerated case. Wheatgrass shots are supposed to be made fresh at the moment and drank right away. I ordered a tropical smoothie and the associate who took my order recommended I use the app. You can get $5 off if you pay with the app on your first visit, which was a great deal. Wanted to love this place as I love fresh juice and my husband loves açaí bowls. We've tried our fair share of places and this one is below average. The juice tastes old, like something you'd buy pre bottled at Trader Joe's. The açaí bowl also tastes not fresh, like something you'd buy in the frozen section at a grocery store. I get the feeling that's what they're selling here, premade stuff that they just repackage and sell at a premium. read more
