I was actually walking towards Bellagreen, but I saw so many people walking into this establishment. So I decided to check out their menu. I thought this was just a sandwich shop, but it was so much more. They had healthy breakfast items, smoothies & juices, sandwiches and bowls. There are 2 self-pay kiosks as well as a direct pay with a cashier. Plenty of casual seating available inside and outside. The cashier was very kind and helpful as he asked me if this was my first time and I said yes. Then he began to explain everything on the menu to me. I greatly appreciated him coming around the counter and taking time to show me everything. That made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. After answering my questions, he offered to take my order. I placed my order and even signed up for their app because I knew I would be back. I ordered the Teriyaki chicken bowl and added shrimp with cauliflower rice and sweet potatoes. It came with Brussel sprouts and avocado. This bowl was SO good! The shrimp and chicken were delicious! The teriyaki sauce had a delicious flavor. I thoroughly enjoyed everything! I also had their orange blood & ginger lemonade. It wasn't really sweet but still good. I even went back on a different day to get their blueberry boost. It was pretty good too. I tried Chop Shop for the first time by ordering online. Ordering was easy, straightforward and I was happy to see pictures for all the options. I ordered a yelp fav - the Thai Coconut Chicken Bowl with the 2 bases being sweet potato hash and roasted veggies. I added an extra Thai coconut sauce for 50 cents. You can add/remove a variety of ingredients too. The seasonal lemonade I got (and most drinks) are only $1 if you order online! I was pleasantly surprised to see there was an online order pickup drive-thru. It looks like a repurposed bank drive thru, and you have to roll down your window on the right instead of the left, but someone comes out and brings your order out for you. I ordered mine to be ready at 11:45 AM (to beat the lunch rush) and I did not wait at all! I was in and out in less than a minute. Very fast and friendly. The portion was perfect and surprisingly very filling. I'm glad I ordered the extra sauce because I like my food extra flavorful. No complaints here! 10/10 experience. read more

Bland and simple as if I cooked it at home. After eating out for a week, this was perfect. If you add the sauce I'm sure it's flavorful since my partner ordered the Spicy Korean steak bowl and that was saucy. There's more grain than protein in the bowls. I went with the sweet potato hash (lower in calories than brown rice) and 80% of the bowl was grain. 15% was vegetables and 5% was protein. Ofc I wished there was more protein in a protein bowl. My colleagues and I order from the Chop Shop on Kirby a few times a month. I always got the same thing - The Greek-ish Salad with chicken. I love the fresh ingredients, delicious dressing and ample portion which makes it a good value. Today, unfortunately, was not the norm. Most of the ingredients were super fresh as they have been in the past, but the greens were terrible. The romaine was brown and the red leafy spring greens were dark and very wilted. So today was my second time giving this place a try. The first time I had a raw vegetable wrap with shrimp which lacked flavor and definitely lacked shrimp. Today I stopped in for a protein shake. I had the beach burn. Well let's just say the lack of taste continued with this drink. If you have ever had any drinks with pineapple or banana then you know that the flavors from both fruits will absolutely smack you in the face. I might as well have gotten a glass of cold water and threw two strawberries in it to marinate bc that's exactly what it tasted like, straight water with a faint strawberry taste. I kept drinking it in hopes that it would get better but nope. Safe to say I probably won't be going back to this place. HS green is way better when it comes to flavor. Was so excited that this new healthy restaurant chain in the Post Oak area opened and folks I'm here to tell you that my experience didn't disappoint. While it is an order and then sit place, I really like the set up and the team that was there the day we ate there. Team is very friendly, one counter person working for in dining orders and another counter person serving to go orders. Hopped in for a quick lunch and the Spicy Korean Steak Sandwich caught my attention. Best choice ever. Not sure if it's always on the menu but instead of the bowl, give this sandwich a try when available. The steak was juicy, cooked just right and when you bit into it, it was seasoned and tender to perfection. You didn't need any potato chips or sides with this sandwich as it was just the right size for quick lunch. Again, this sandwich was heavenly. Was so tempted to order another one to go so I could have for the next day. That's how good it was. As far as cleanliness, the restaurant was very clean and if I had more time, it would have been probably fun to sit on their outdoor patio, drink a smoothie and people watch as it had a very chill vibe. The açaí bowl (comes in a cup) is delicious. Very fresh fruits and just the right portion size and reasonably priced. The PB&J green yogurt is delicious as well. The Greek yogurt is the perfect tart flavor and the addition of peanut butter is divine! I have also tried the chicken and prosciutto and subbed the ciabatta for a wrap and it was so good. I actually ordered from here twice since I was staying close by and each time was super delicious and fast service! Both times ordered thru their website for online ordering and delivery! The first time was just me so I had it for lunch their chili lime shrimp bowl with brown rice and their version of Cobb salad but no bacon. They didn't disappoint the shrimp bowl was so flavorful and that chili lime sauce was no joke had a kick but you couldn't stop using it! The roasted vegetables were a perfect blend to it all. The salad was really good but my only thing was the bowl was like 80 the plain lettuce and the toppings sat on top, so even after mixing it in it felt like Thor lettuce was the main fluff, like i could count they only used like one grape tomato. It would've been nice if there was more but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe bc it was a to go order. Still delicious though. The second time we ordered for them we had a large breakfast order and I mean large that typically we expect a restaurant to mess up or forget something. But they nailed it!
