Their coffee & pastries are always delicious! Loved this location. Service was amazing and had different seating with a relaxing ambience.

Nice convenient location right off the freeway. There is plenty of parking and seating. I went with some friends. The Hibiscus lemonade is so refreshing and a perfect drink to beat this summer heat. My friend got the salted caramel latte, and they said it was sweet and delicious. It's a nice place to grab a bite and a refreshing drink, and they have plenty of seating and are not too loud, so a nice place to work as well.

    Sausage, egg, and cheese croissant

The staff were super nice and even gave us free samples of their bakery items. I highly recommend the lemon drop or the lavender cheesecake. You can't go wrong with either. I got a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. Absolutely delicious and very filling. The sandwich was huge. I also got a hot latte with sf vanilla. The drink sizes are pretty big but I really enjoy their coffee and have never been disappointed in what I have gotten here. We will definitely be back!

I definitely prefer the full offerings of the regular Common Bond but we were here for a quick bite so it worked out. They offer sandwiches, coffee, and some of the desserts offered at the full service locations. The cafe was the same cute theme and a decent amount of seating. Overall if in the area I would eat here again if I just needed a quick bite.

The food at Common Bond is always a good quality spread. I was a little disappointed at the limited spread at the Marqe location compared to the Montrose location. The bakery itself was of little character and felt a little lost with the high ceilings. There was also a little area that was boxed up by itself which did not feel inclusive. The service was pleasant and informative.

Met a few colleagues for an afternoon meeting - would definitely recommend for that or if you're looking for a place to work on your laptop. Had a slice of the lavender honey cheesecake - SO DELISH!

Medium iced Americano with the perfect amount of milk

The staff was kind and helpful when I couldn't decide on a bakery item. They recommended the bacon, egg and cheese croissant and it was delish. They also understood the assignment when I asked for light milk! So many coffee shops dump milk in ruining the drink, but Common Bond got my iced americano to the perfect color. Other reviews noted the bland decor, and sure it's pretty bare inside, but it's their "on-the-go" location so it's focused on quick service and the drive-thru. They were quick with my order so I call it a win!

Ventured outside of the loop. Running errands, and needed bread the drive-through was chuffed. I went in. Great service Monday morning fully stocked great service, nice ambience. The clerks outstanding( wish I could remember the brothers name)! Sourdough so good. A definite first choice.

I tried the common bond's chicken salad croissant for the first time for lunch and it was very delicious. We usually go to the common bond at heights, but we tried the one in marquee complex. Chicken salad croissant was very very delicious. We also bought chocolate chip cookie, morning bun and our favorite almond croissants! The Common Bond at marquee has very open style interior and also has outside seating that you can enjoy the weather. For brunch or breakfast, this is an excellent choice and if you go there try chicken salad croissants!

    Texas Pecan Nitro
    Brett N.

Why 5 stars? Because the Texas Pecan Nitro was unique and delicious. --- --- --- If I go to a coffee shop and nitro is on the menu, my order is decided. I was on the fence about visiting Common Bond after having lunch next door, but I looked on the menu and found a "Texas Pecan Nitro" and the debate was over. There was a drive thru and no one was in line. The time between "May I take your order" and the coffee hitting my lips was no more than 45 seconds. And more importantly, when it hit my lips, I let out an involuntary "OoOoOo". A lot of nitro's are similar to each other. And don't get me wrong, I love most of them. But it was nice to have something a bit different here. The flavor was very pecan heavy, which was nice. I can't say I would *prefer* it over others, but variety is fun. And this delivered variety. And most importantly, caffeine. I saw multiple Common Ground shops during the afternoon, so now I'll know to stop when I run into one in the future.

One of my favorite bakery. I used to go to the Montrose bistro but it started to get so crowded that the lines outside would stretch enough to hold us out for even as long as an hour so I have stopped going there. When I noticed Common Bond in the suggestions for coffee place, I almost jumped up my seat and when I saw those familiar shades of pastel green, yellow, white and teak shaded, heaved a sigh of relief and couldn't wait to come in. This is a new location, about 1.5 months old only, and it is an 'On-the-go' concept, so we don't have soups, and fries and the like. The taste and quality stands without compromise. Apparently they custom- made a coffee for my partner, that made him very happy. We split a veggie sandwich, it was light and oh' so fresh ! There is big huge muffin staring out of a bag but am too full to try it. It is Common Bond style do upscale you can say and with everything made fresh, it is reasonable for the quality maintained. The staff is very friendly. They have a drive through too. And registering your phone number into the loyalty program will earn you loyalty rewards

What's nudged this place up to 5 stars for me is they have really improved their coffee game, specifically their quality of cappuccino's. Previously it seemed more of latte, but now to me its a legit Capp. Their choice of pastries hasn't changed, which gives you a good assortment of choices and they have added an additional barista or server which also is a nice touch for service. The only niggling items, parking can be tough, so you'll have to either walk a block or be quick to find a place close by. Regardless, definitely give this place a go to come for a pastry and coffee.

Inside you will also find French pastries, coffees and teas, gelato, milkshakes, sandwiches and macaroons. I felt the most interesting items were the French pastries as they are cute and tasty as well. Also, they plate the pastries nicely when you dine in as an added bonus. I tried the Chocolate Royale and the Ruby. Chocolate Royale - a petit chocolate mouse slice with flat chocolate panels along the sides. It is delicate and tasty. If you're a chocolate lover, this is definitely up your alley. Ruby - visually this looks like a strawberry Hershey kiss, with red powder on the exterior and a top piece of foil to resemble foil on the wrapper of a hershey kiss. Inside, it's filled with a strawberry cream and has a chocolate base. I just wish there was more chocolate in this one. They have plenty of seating inside as well as along the sidewalk. Inside you have the more fancy tables, whereas outside, they're more weather resistant and not as upscale in appearance. The soft drinks to drink along with your sweets are in a cold case along the hotel side of the space and you just take them to the register as you order. One of the most surprising things when you come here are the relatively affordable prices as you might expect them to be more for being a coffee shop attached to a 5-star hotel with a helipad.

We finally came around to checking it out and OMG YES. It absolutely is worth the hype. As a lover of egg tarts and someone who is also very particular about it - these have won my heart! I also heard great things about the mango mochi so we couldn't leave without those. Thankfully they still had some in stock. I heard they sell out quickly especially on weekends. Those also lived up to its hype. SO YUMMY! Tastes so fresh including the mangoes. My kiddo who LOVES mango anything loved them so much! My husband also got 2 savory pastries (I forgot what they were called and I forgot to take a picture) and those were yummy too. Perfectly flakey crust just like the egg tarts. We wanted to get sesame balls but they were sold out. Customer service was great. The guy that took our order was very nice. It was pretty busy but he moved through the line quickly. There's some seating inside if you want to eat there. Prices are very reasonable at $2 each for the mochi and egg tarts. The savory pastries were $3. It's located in a shared lot/area. Parking can be tight and limited on a busy weekend day but they have parking right out front for the Eck bakery customers. Also note that if you pay with card it's a 2.5% charge so cash is better if you have it. We didn't but we know now for future. We had a great experience here and will definitely be back. Next time we'll come earlier and get a bigger order and try their other offerings.

The $8 price point is a little hard to swallow, but worth trying at least once! Milk bread is soft and the brisket goes really great with sriracha. The hoisin was a tad too salty for me; I think it would work best if it had, in theme, the aromatics from actual pho, otherwise it's too heavy. The yuzu lemonade was citrusy and refreshing, definitely hits the spot during the summer.
