10/10 recommendation! Came today for lunch and service l, as well as good was impeccable. We had pineapple shrimp and pineapple chicken with veggie fried rice, as well as a lobster egg roll. Their Arnold Palmer is unmatched. Everything was so fresh and just really good food.

Absolutely incredible! From the service by Ben and his recommendations to the food which was incredible. The restaurant is so homey and cozy feeling in the middle of a strip mall. We will definitely be back!

Amazing food, the staff is always friendly. I usually do take-out but I do like their set up. I'm always surprised when they're not packed. Definitely a hidden gem.

I agree with other reviewers that this is a little bit of a hidden gem! I have driven by numerous times on Capital Boulevard and never noticed this place existed until I saw a listing for it on Yelp. I decided to get takeout from this place and placed an online order. Just a heads up that the website doesn't give you a pickup time but I would say allow 30 minutes for pickup. Once you get there, give them a call and they will deliver your order to your car. There is also a dine in option as well. The interior of the building is a small space but it is beautifully decorated and it seems like it would be a cool spot to eat at! The menu is sort of eclectic in that there's a mix of Asian dishes, Italian dishes as well as subs/cheesesteaks! I ordered the champagne mango salmon and it was delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the fried rice that came it was delicious. It also came with a side of lettuce. I'll have to try one of the Italian dishes next time.

Wow what a dining experience this was!! I was in town visiting a friend and she insisted we try this place out and I'm so glad she did. My friend was already their when I arrived and as soon aaa I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by Steven who showed me to where she was sitting and brought me a menu. My friend ordered some Blooming Tea and asked for a water and proceeded to take a look at the menu. And what an eclectic menu it is. There's your standard am aero can dishes like chicken wings, wraps, and subs. Then there's quesadillas and a whole page devoted to Hibachi. I think they also have some specialty items that they offer because my friend ordered Curry and that was definitely not on the menu. After looking for a bit Steven came over and made some really great recommendations. I decided to go with the Steak Sub w/ fries. My friend also ordered the lobster egg roll for an appetizer and that came out first. It was perfectly crispy, well seasoned and came with a sweet and sour dipping sauce. Next Steven started to bring out the tea. He brought it over in a clear tea pot and explained how you are suppose to watch it blossom as it steeps. This whole experience was so cool because as he brought out everything he explained it's relevance to Chinese culture. It really was aa unique experience. After a few minutes of watching the tea blossom it was ready! He showed us how to drink it and how you should smell it before you drink it as the tea has the ability to calm and relax. Our food came out shortly after the tea. My sub was great though I wish I had tried something a little more adventurous. I tasted my friends curry and it was pretty good too! Next time I'm in town I will definitely be back. Not only was the food good but I had so much fun! If you are looking for a little experience with your meal please check them out!!

    Shrimp Wonton Noodle Soup

This was my first time going and my initial was this place is VERY DISGUSTING. It had a very bad smell when i walked in. It smelled like an old furniture store. The customer service was terrible. I waited 15 mins for a bowl of soup that ended up have hair in it. They tried to blame me saying it was mine. The hair seemed to be a facial hair of some kind. So I would not recommend.

We tried 8 different ones, and all were excellent! The pesto and salami one was my favorite. The inside of the restaurant is pretty dimly lit, but we didn't mind and it helped create a cozy atmosphere. The outdoor patio looked nice and could be a good option for daytime. Our waitress was very attentive and let us know about the seasonal specials. They have a board and wine deal on weekday nights that we're looking to try next. Would definitely recommend for a fun night out in the Village District with friends or a date!

I have been to Postino many times before, but this was my first time at the Raleigh location. While it's been 4 years since I've had Postino and the menu has changed a little, the bruschetta board is still a permanent fixture. We ordered a bruschetta board for an appetizer and I ordered the half panini & half salad for my entree. The bruschetta board is a must order because you can get 4 different kinds. The top tier choice is the salami pesto one. It's my absolute favorite. For my panini, I got the caprese one on ciabatta bread and the half of the mixed greens salad. The salad was delicious. This was a ton of food and felt very satisfying. I always love the vibe of Postino's, but this location was way too dark with only a small candle at the table. Service started off good and we were able to order our food without a problem. However, our server was done with his shift right after we ordered so we got a new server. Our new server had no idea we already ordered and was a little behind coming to our table for water refills. Despite that, we were in and out of the restaurant within 45 minutes. Postino is surrounded by other shops and restaurants, so they had a ton of parking available outside the restaurant. Highly recommend this place if you want good food!

It offers breakfast and lunch for the desk jockeys working there, which is convenient. They have your egg-and-meat type sandwiches for breakfast (toast, English muffin, or croissant) and sandwiches and salads for lunch, with a different soup on a rotating basis. They also offer a special every day, which a lot of my coworkers really enjoy. I heard a bunch of them rave about the veggie melt, which I still haven't had a chance to try! Anyway, there are your typical deli sandwiches, plus several mediterranean (vegetarian) options, which is great for me! There are a couple sides, like fruit salad, tabouli, and stuffed grape leaves. It's a pretty good deal, with sandwiches around $5-7. A cup of soup is just a few bucks! They also carry drinks and some snacks, and always have a couple baskets of brownies and bars to satisfy your nagging sweet tooth.
