I've been coming here for years (over 15) and have to say the quality of work has most certainly gone down. I paid over $40.00 for my car wash and to add the interior trim shine and additional SUV price. It was haphazardly done. I have a subscription to Bubble Down which is fantastic. However, when I need my windows cleaned or interior detailed, I have always gone to Bay Breeze. I will buy the supplies and detail the inside of the car myself in the future. I responded to the email and got no response. The email provided was wrong so I researched what email others were provided with their terrible reviews. I responded and got ignored. For 40 dollars I'm not sure what I paid for. The trunk was hardly vacuumed. I understand I have stuff back there but you couldn't even vacuum this section?!?! Also no tire shine? You barely clean the rims so I'm not surprised. On top of it the interior vacuum up front was subpar at best. I could've taken it through a gas station car wash and gotten a better wash for my money. I normally don't leave reviews like this but this is a waste of money for anyone looking at it. I almost always tip the guys at car washes unless I have no cash on me but this time I didn't tip them. Was OK with the service, even though the wash was broken far too frequently when I attempted to use it. The REAL problem arose when I ATTEMPTED to cancel service. THERE IS NO WEBSITE nor anyone to talk with about issues. Had to go in person to cancel, and was told my payment info was removed - that's how they handle terminations... Company continued to charge anyway. They even charged an extra $10 somehow above the normal fee?!? Non-existent central billing, oversight, so I must go out of my way to stop in for a visit in person (WHEN DOES THAT HAPPEN TODAY?) to sort things out, or contest as FRAUDULENT charges with the CC Company... and of course they gave me NOTHING approaching a receipt/acknowledgement of cancellation - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL business practices by standards of 15 years ago. I just went thru this car wash today and it was a royal pain. One of the entry lanes is blocked off so you only can use one side. The person in front of me had a lot of trouble with the payment kiosk and the arm wouldn't lift. I sat there for a solid 15+ minutes before anyone would come help him. I noticed 3 guys wandering around & not one bothered to assist him. Finally one of the guys came over & tried to help and that didn't work. They lifted the arm with a switch...finally. I have a paid pass and then the arm wouldn't lift for me. So, now both arms are broken Finally I got to move forward to have my car washed & they didn't spray down the windshield & front with the bug remover. They did a pretty good job with the cleaning of the car bit I'm unhappy with how I was up charged for service I didn't ask for. When the guy first took the order down, I told him the $25.99 wash with $4 additional for door trim clean up. I go to pay and found that he charged me for $29.99 wash and vacuum+ $4 door trim clean AND $2 for SUV charge. Really? When I complained, they only acknowledged that maybe the SUV charge not being conveyed clearly. Nothing about how my $25 request was wrongly upgraded to $29.99. I decided to give to give this place a shot on cleaning my truck, due to great reviews from my wife who uses this place weekly. I can't be more disappointed. With the name being Clean machine car wash I would have thought they could actually clean a vehicle. My truck had some mud and dirt on it but nothing excessive. The day before we had visited friends who lived on a clay road and were leaving when it was raining which caused the truck to get dirty. My wife had been telling me to give clean machine a shot so I did. When I pulled in I talked to the very nice reception lady and opted for the most expensive wash plus an upgrade. I didn't want to go cheap bc I knew it was dirty from the day before. I asked if they would clean everything and get it looking like new she said oh yes. Fast forward to going to pick up my truck I did a walk around and pointed out spots I would like re washed or cleaned. The manager or head washer I guess whoever it was said "we ran it through the wash twice and that's the best we can do" i was so blown away by the response that I just said ok thank you handed them a tip for a job not done very well. Interior looks awesome. Exterior is another story. Very disappointed and will not be back and neither will my wife after the customer service we received today. read more

I got the express wash the best one they had. $26+ including tax. No prewash. No after wiping. Terrible wash. Had black streaks all across my tailgate. Machine didn't dry. I wanted my money back. They wouldn't do so. I asked why there is a wipe station at the end and why I didn't get that service but there was a car getting the treatment while I stood there talking to them. They explained that that car got full service, I didn't. I asked how much for full service. $14-26. What the F____! I pay more for the cheap wash then full service. Ridiculous!! They did offer to prewash and run me through the wash again. Which I did. Mediocre at best. Again, no wipe down. I will not be back! January 2023. read more

This is the place I take my car for wash and oil change. I have been here several time. It is a quick thing to do. Sometime the line is too long that I have to come on other day. Today is Tuesday and they have the lube and oil change special. It is $19.95 include out side wash (normal is $29.95). The oil change service include the compliment wash. The price is a steal with two things accomplish in less than half hours. Alway inform them to use hand tight for the lube nut to avoid damage to the car. I have only car wash here before. They did an ok job for the price paid. Usually you will see some dirt in the trim line that difficult to get out. Overall they are clean. They have different wash or wax or cleaning the inside or steam clean with leather amor. The bug removal is extra. They also have the reward card if you come here regularly. Every dollar you spend you get 10% back in reward. It work for me like 10 wash get one free. Do not expect extremely clean. But is clean enough. It is good in winter since you don't need to wash in cold weather and someone take care for you here. read more

They no longer provide hand-drying for the "express" wash, which has now gone from $5 to $10. So, less service for more money and my car was still dirty at the conclusion. There was no one behind the counter to report this to for a few minutes, so while I'm waiting to tell any employee to turn off the tv, the scene continues with the man eating food out of one of the woman's orifices. I took my car to be detailed and after I got home I've noticed that the center console cup holder insert divider barrier separator was missing. I contacted the business by email and phone and after many attempts the general manager, Christian, called me and sent me an e-mail. I explained to him what happened and he said he would take care of it and would buy a new console cup holder. He told me he was going to order through Amazon and it would take a couple of days to arrive. I was never informed if he got the console cup holder he ordered nor received any answers to my follow up e-mails. I picked tier 4 (out of 5) and showed the service person that my kids had dirtied the doors in the back. He told me they "don't clean the doors" even if I picked the top tier! I reluctantly proceeded to also show him that my center console was also dirtied with dry food and he said they "might" do that. I ended up paying more than 35 dollars and received a half vacuumed car, no interior doors cleaned, no center console cleaned and the whole process took 11 minutes. They have around 7 people who receive the machined washed car, dry it, and call you to get you in your way. I've never had issues taking my car in for a wash but here apparently they can't scan my stuff and they would like to put a new sticker on my windshield which I just don't want to peel and place a new sticker on my car when it works perfectly fine at the car wash close to my house. read more

This review is for the lube service. I brought my car here many times and they always do a good job. This last time I brought it in they didn't fasten the skid plate on the bottom properly and it dragged along the highway and broke. I went back there and spoke to a great guy name Fausto who assured me that everything would be fixed to my satisfaction. Within a week or so they had the new part and they put it on no charge in addition he also threw in a free car wash and a free next oil change. He was incredibly polite and very customer oriented. My point is anybody can make a mistake but these people made it right. And Fausto especially was terrific. read more

We have probably been going to this car wash for at least 10 years. Yes, prices go up, but at least the quality of the work should remain constant. That's certainly not the case here: the prices went up while the quality of work went down. I've lost count of the number of times we've had to go to the supervisor to have issues rectified that should have been done in the first place. Not just done correctly, but actually done because they were totally missed! It is not my first time at the place to have my car fully detailed. But this time it was the worst. I paid 190$ for a full detail. And I left my car over night so they can start on it the next day. When i came back to pickup the car. The manger came to deliver the car back to me. I told him there is some wax left on the car and this nun is not perfect and this is not what I paid for. So he said I have seen you hear making a lot of complain. But this is not true. I think you can't make any comment if there is something not right about the car they just want you to pick up the car and leave. So today I would say it straight forward this is not the right place to take care of your car. Maybe a quick car wash is ok but not full detailed. Bad manger. I would rate him -5 star. Determined they used some type of universal closure for my oil pan and didn't even close it right. I then had to remove the oil to put in a proper drain plug, that is when I realized the oil was dirty and nasty and they had not even changed it. If I would have continued to drive my car would have been ruined. Charging for Services Not available for months! In March I signed up for unlimited car wash service. My signing up was based on services provided including Vacuums, dry towels, window wash fluid, and car mat washing and air blowers coming soon. In May these services all shut down and went under construction. Expectations 1.5 months during which time I was paying them. Now it is mid June and they just said they are "hoping" for end of July to be done due to back ordered part. 3 months at least paying for a service not be delivered. I have a monthly car wash membership however most of the time I have to wait a while until someone comes out to scan my barcode instead of someone always attending the "Express" car wash lane. Also they stopped hand drying the car after the car wash and since there's no rags available for me to do this myself I'm left with water spots on my car. Do not go here. The manager David is not customer service trained and the crew does not know what cleaning means. The only clean machine is the automated car wash. Change your name to Non cleaning machine. My car looks the exact same. The doors are dirty the seats not vacuumed and console still has sticky stuff from kids. DO NOT COME HERE. I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed I actually paid for what I got. I picked the #4 package and paid $5 extra for the console shine and $5 more for the love bugs. Not only did my windshield still have bug splatter on it-the inside looked like it was barely cleaned. I had my two toddlers with me so I obviously couldn't inspect until later. This is a decent car wash, but would only suggest if you're not particular about how pristine your car looks and feels when it's done. I bought the $50+ car wash (the highest one on the price list) plus added the leather seat interior cleaning for extra $15....and I must say I was a bit disappointed. The car was "cleaned" I guess, but not to a detailing standard. Mats were still dirty and the interior wasn't wiped down properly. Long story short...if you want a quick average standard car wash then come here, but no need to get the most expensive option.
